5 Meeting with Chen Fan

As I drew closer to my campus I changed back to my original appearance and begin to blend into the crowd of a bustling street.

As I walk I notice the presence of a cultivator, their qi was far denser than any earth cultivator of the early qi refining realm and the training method they practised seemed to be the void refining arts. It's Chen Fan!

As I walk closer and closer to him I see his blue-haired friend Jiang Tangqiu aka the nightclub prince. I dont know why but that nickname always made me chuckle a little.

Jiang Tangqiu was bombarding Chen Fan with compliments on how he just beat Si Yingxia. Chen Fan just smiled with a look of indifference until he suddenly opened his eyes at gave me a cold stare as I ignored it and continued to walk as we passed each other.

'Oh, it seems the timeline has been going along smoothly and exactly the same besides me of course.' I thought to myself forming a grin on my face.

Knowing the timeline is still the same I decided to head back to my school to once again cultivate and prepare to dominate the martial tournament or join the military to establish a strong force that I can control. If I go to the martial tournament I will need to fight Chen Fan in which I can use my identity of Fenghuang due to the many 'experts' there but if I join the military I can keep my identity as Feilong due to the experts in the military mainly at the inner strength realm although some are higher and the great general they have but that will not be a problem and the great general Ye Nantian will not be a problem soon either.

I arrive at the now-familiar tree which seemed to be brimming with life ever since I started cultivating by it. I sat down in the lotus position as I took 5 pills of a brown colour and ate them before I began to cultivate.

1 day later

A loud Boom could be heard in the school as I hit my palm into a tree that was 20 meters away as it disintegrated.

Seems I actually reached the early-late stage of qi refinement and can easily squash any earth cultivator with my skills and strength although the god in Kunlun burial ground will put me in a troublesome situation.

This is just too insane of a speed and these pills are just incredible however I feel that to break through to the innate realm will take at least 1-3 years and I will have to hold off on it. The reason for this seems to be how hard it is to actually master my own cultivation technique with each great realm posing an incredible barrier but if I can get past this I could probably dominate Mars without a problem along with any aliens who try to harm me.

I go to classes once again after being scolded for missing a whole day of lectures which got me detention which I did not mind as the work was easy and allowed me to figure out a way to establish a friendship with Chen Fan without having to fight and most likely kill him if an I actually had to fight him due to his strong will and need to be independent although he just creates trouble for himself suppressing his cultivation by so much in front of others.
