My name is Nathaniel Smith and this is the story of how I became a being in a world that I once thought was fiction

I was born on May 1th, 2010 and on that very day that I was born, my biological parents decided they didn't want me so they placed me in a basket and left me at the doorstep of the Smith family manor.
The Smith family is a very wealthy family of techies who own the Smith Research Facilities that have dedicated themselves to helping the world through their research and inventions.
The married couple, Mister and Miss Smith happy took me in the moment they saw me at their doorstep without any hesitation and made me their own son as they weren't able to have kids their own so my earlier was the life that anyone would envy if they knew.
At the age of five my new biological parents discovered that I was a natural-born genius as I had the IQ level 250 and was able to solve high school physics and mathematics without any sweat.
The moment they made this discovery they looked at me as if they had found the most precious thing in the world and so my training to become the world's brightest genius began.
My parents taught me everything that they knew and I started to do my own research and help them in the lab at the tender age of ten after I graduated from college, something that gained the title of the youngest college graduate that possesses a mastery of electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineering, electronics, chemistry, all levels of physics, and human biology.
Two months after my graduation was also the day that I lost my family in a terrible car accident. I was heartbroken and physically paralyzed for a while but I got back up and promised myself to fulfil their dreams of making the world a better place and so for the next five years of my life fulfilling that dream.
In the next four years, I solved every problem that the world had as I created an unlimited source of energy that provides the world with electricity 24/7. I invented cures for incurable diseases and provided technologies to aid and agricultural work to provide the world with enough food to last them centuries.
I turned the world into a real-life sci-fi movie with all the inventions that I made and fulfilled the dreams of my parents and myself. So, with the dreams of my parents achieved I dedicated the next three years to fulfilling my fantasies and that was what brought me to my death.
While growing up I fell in love with the fictional world especially the Marvel and DC world due to the many fictional inventions that they had so for the next three years I tried and created some of the things but never tried to temper with any of the physics-defying inventions.
During those three years, I created things like AI, robots, fictional cars and gadgets all for myself and after trying my hands with these technologies I decided to do the next big thing and that is Bio-engineering.
Yes, during the seven years that passed I also studied the cells of humans and developed a formula to create a serum that can enhance human capabilities to new superhuman levels.
Creating the serum wasn't hard but finding someone to test it on was the problem so I decided to test it on myself which turned out to be a very bad idea as I have made a slightly yet deadly miscalculation with the formula that ended up killing me so at the age of seventeen-year-old the world most brightest genius lost his life to his own invention.
Everyone thought that after death that was it but it seems that things are different when it comes to me.

I don't know how long it has been since death embraced me and I lost every connection I had with the world of the living but to me, it felt like it has been no more than a fraction of a second and I currently find myself in an unfamiliar place.
The place I find myself in is an endless void that is enveloped in eternal darkness and is also deprived of any sound or light yet I could see perfectly and for some reason, I also knew where I am.
I started roaming the endless void to find something to keep me company because I could not stand being alone in this place for who knows how long I would be stuck there.

While I was exploring the void I was suddenly blinded by a light that appeared out of nowhere and from the light I managed to capture the silhouette of a man in white robes.
The blinding light disappeared right after the man walked out of it and I was able to get a perfect look at the person. She was an extremely gorgeous woman with long white hair flowing down her shoulders to her waist. She has a perfect body that even though the robe he was wearing was covering it I was able to see it almost every curve she has.
"Interesting, a mortal soul was able to survive in here."
The gorgeous lady spoke out while looking at me with what seemed like sparkles shimmering within her golden eyes.
"Who are you?"
I asked the question that came to my mind when I saw this woman who was able to appear here which set off my danger sense to the extreme level.
"This the first time in eons that someone has asked me who I am but that's not necessary as you will never be able to know or understand my true name so just call me Death. I am one of the Primordial Goddess of Death and Life in the Omniverse."
The woman replied to my question with a light tone and very seductive tone disregarding the sense of caution I displayed towards her.
"Don't think too much about me because if I wanted to harm you I would have done it long ago. The reason I came here was because I sensed a disturbance in the void and wanted to check what caused it but now I'm glad I came."
The man who identified himself as R.O.B. moved closer to me while he was talking and by the time he was done he was standing about five meters in front of me.
"Why are you glad that you came, is it because of me?"
"Yes, it's because of you that I'm glad I came. Tell me, Nathaniel. Do you wanna reincarnate into another world or go through the normal reincarnation that every mortal soul goes through?"
Now I'm shocked at the proposal that the R.O.B is giving me. He wants to reincarnate into another world those novels and fanfics that I read about when I was alive.
As a scientist, it is very hard for me to believe in the metaphysical bullshit but I have tasted how death felt like and how I ended up in this void and there is no way that this is an illusion but before I give her an answer, I have to know why.
"Before I give an answer, can I ask you a question?"
"Hmm! You can go ahead and ask."
The R.O.B. nodded his head and permitted me.
"Why do you wanna reincarnate me? What will I lose if I accept your offer?"
I know I said I would ask a question but the second question was also important to me so I had to ask.
"That was two questions but I will answer them. I decided to reincarnate you because you could be useful to me... As a soul from "Earth" you must have heard about the multiverse or the Omniverse, right? Being the Primordial God of Death and Life, I'm responsible for all the Life and death of those inhabiting the infinite worlds out there."
"This has caused me to develop a dual personality with one is for my life self while the other is my death and the more people that continue to live their full life the stronger and happier I become but the same applies to my death self and the more stronger and darker she becomes. From the moment that I was born, both of my sides have been equal in power but for aeons now my death self has been increasingly becoming stronger and is on the brink of overpowering my life self and if this were to happen then the Omniverse will be doomed so I ask permission from my father and set on the journey to find this worlds responsible for this occurrence and after year's of investigation I found two main world responsible for providing my death self tremendous increase in power but a problem arises after finding these worlds."
"I wasn't able to interfere with the laws and rules of towards world due to some unknown reasons. I consulted my siblings about it and they gave me the idea of reincarnating someone into these worlds and tasked them with the mission of preventing more lives from being killed. Now you know the reason why I want to reincarnate you so what is your answer?"
