In the main hall, all of the Elders were already waiting.

Nie Li frowned, {It's Nie Wei, the Grand Elder, he isn't impartial. Always trying to protect his branch and putting the blames on others. His position is just beneath the Patriarch and he takes advantage of it.}

Before his parents could answer, Nie Li simply said, "Less than a minute? Old man, stop acting, we're here to discuss important matters, not to listen to your whining nor to satisfy your inferiority complex"

His soul realm was at the 9-Fate Heavenly Fate, he could easily feel everything that was happening in their territory and the last Elder came in the hall just a moment ago.

Never did Nie Wei expect that Nie Li's mouth would be so fierce, he yelled, "Presumptuous! How dare you talk without us giving you the authorization? Not only did you arrive late, you even dare to talk back to an Elder!"

While the two thanked Nie Hai, Nie Li's thought, {All according to the plan. Same as in the story, he wants to be on my good side so he gave these positions to Nie En, Nie Kai and my father}

The other Elders were looking at Nie Li with complicated expressions. Just what did he do, for the Patriarch to side him? They wanted to ask but they didn't want to end up like Nie Wei, so they didn't say anything.

Nie Hai then told the five newcomers to also sit down and he told everyone that yesterday he received 5 Billion DSC along with seven tailor-made cultivation techniques and seven Legend Rank Storage Rings as compensation for what was taken from their treasury.

It was then Nie Li's turn to repeat his made-up story for the third time.

All of the Elders were now excited, not only did they have powerful cultivation techniques, they even had enough money to buy a lot of elixirs!

They then talked about how to start spending the money: hiring new guards, buying new lands and buying elixirs.

Nie Li told them to keep secret the fact that they now had seven Legend Ranks to prevent attacks from the Dark Guild.

When the meeting was going to end, he gave two bottles of elixirs to Nie Wei, one contained nine Soul Tempering pills and the other one nine Scarlet Body Enhancing pills, he didn't have any other pill aside the one Caltrop pill reserved for Nie Yu. He said, "I no longer have any grudge with you or your family. Just tell Nie Xiaori and Nie Xiaofeng that it's time to grow up. Please accept this as a gift"

Watching this scene, everyone else let out a sigh of relief. They thought that Nie Li became arrogant due to his strength, but it seems he still had his head on his shoulders.

The Elders were also a little jealous when they learned about what contained the two bottles.

Then Nie Li gave one jar of refined blood crystal to Nie En for his family branch and another one to Nie Hai to divide among the other seven.
