"Big sister Yang Xin, please take yours and give theirs to the three uncles Gu Yan, Huyan Ming and Mu Yang", He asked her.

"Okay, little brother Xiao Yan, thank you", She put the papers in her storage ring without looking at them.

"I'll see you next time", He said as he left her.

While going back to the Council Hall, she thought to herself, {So that's what a real genius is like, huh}

Huyan Ming and Mu Yang were looking over the answers on the wall excitedly, they were choosing which answer they would check first.

As for Gu Yan, he was looking at the pill formulas again.

"Xiao Yan gave these to you", She said as she gave them one paper each.

After reading it for a few seconds, the three of them made a breakthrough, leaving a dumbfounded Yang Xin.

Back in the main hall, he directly asked her, "Big sister Xue Yin, I would like to pass the Inscriptionist examination"

Surprised at first, she still replied him, "Little brother, there is no examination in our association. You can be considered an Inscriptionist as long as you can make an Inscription Scroll or an Enchanted Equipment. Your rank is determined by the level of your inscriptions. You are considered an Inscriptionist Apprentice if you are able to make Bronze Rank or Silver Rank Inscription Patterns, an Inscriptionist Master for Gold Rank and Black Gold Rank, and finally an Inscriptionist Grandmaster if you manage to draw Legend Rank inscriptions."

"Oh… Then what is the purpose of the Association?", {If people don't need to, why would they come?}

She didn't get offended by his question, instead was pleased that he was quick witted, "For the Enchanted Equipments, none, as the buyers can check the equipment even without understanding the inscriptions. But they can't do so for Inscription Scrolls, as it'll be destroyed once they use it. Even if the shops would compensate the buyers, most of the time they wouldn't since they activate the scrolls in life and death situations, so they don't live long enough to complain to the shop. The Inscription Scrolls bought at our Association are checked by at least one Inscriptionist Master, so we can confirm that it'll activate even without using it. That's why the shops prefer to buy from us than from isolated Inscriptionists"

She thought a little and continued, "As for the Inscriptionists, by coming here they don't have to go to each shop to ask what are the scrolls needed, since here we have the orders of all the shops and families of Glory City. We also sell the best tools and materials to make Inscription Scrolls and Enchanted Equipments. They usually look at the orders to choose the one they want to take, buy the materials needed, return to their home, come back when they finished to have the order checked by the Association and finally get paid by the buyer"

"Hehe, of course little brother", She smiled while taking three books from her storage ring, then continued, "This book contains the orders of Inscriptions Scrolls and this one the Enchanted Equipments. As for this one, it lists the tools and materials that we sell. Feel free to look at them"

He first used the LoHP on the three book to have them in his mind, then took the one concerning Inscription Scrolls and started to look through it.
