Chapter 03

After a week in hospital, doing some light exercise, Sasuke has been discharge. He currently plan to the Uchiha Compound to clean and give respect to all his clansmen.

He will hire someone to repair the destroyed parts. Now why is he doing all of this?

Flashback

Sasuke POV

The annoying old Hokage is here again.

"Sasuke, I know that the death of your clan is sad for you and your Clam Compound will only bring your memories back. Do you want to get an apartment so that you can live comfortably" Asked by the Hokage.

'If I remember correctly a lot of people said that Sasuke got an apartment after the massacre, Well it doesn't matter to me because I choose to live in the compound' I thought while thinking on the pros and cons.

'If I stay in the compound, I will have a lot more freedom. I will also get my own training grounds. There will be weapons in the armory and a lot of Jutsu in the library if that is fortunately not taken by that accursed Danzo I hope the seals there is working, one of these days, I will personally crush that old warmonger and his dreams.'

"I don't need the apartment, please just send someone to clean and arrange the compound. And also because I am the last Uchiha in the village, I want you to give and name all of the accounts of the Uchiha clan to me. I also don't want the library and armory get touched by others." I said calmly. 'Well the money from an entire clan will give me more than enough resources for training.'

The Hokage frowned slightly but regain his composure and said "Very well since it is your decision. I cannot force you, I will just send some people to fix the destroyed parts. But for the money it will take some time but take this money and use it for now."

"Thank you. I will go now Lord Hokage" I said before leaving. The last thing I hear before closing the door is the sigh of the hokage.

Flashback end

Sasuke POV

'I will go to the compound and head to the Yamanaka Flower Shop for the graves of the clan' I thought in front of the compound.

'Ryo is the coin used as a currency in Naruto. It is based from old Japanese coin before the Meiji period. The official exchange rate is a ryo for every ten yen and the old man gave me 3,000 ryo.'

'I will go to the market to buy some ingredients and training supplies. I will buy normal paper for calligraphy and some ink, and some normal weights and pills. I will go tomorrow to the public library for some.books in calligraphy because there is only a few in the Uchiha's Library. They focus on ninjutsu and genjutsu. They use the interceptor fist for the taijutsu.'

I now stand in the entrance of the compound.

'Sigh, it is really sad that they didn't even let the childrens to live. This world is really messed up.' I'm now in my room arranging my clothes. Thinking about the memories I got from Sasuke.

'Damn, Itachi is really cruel even if he is ordered. I mean repeatedly seeing your family die will make anyone crazy. It is a miracle that Sasuke didn't get insane.'

'Now to the flower shop, What flower would be suitable for giving respects to the dead? Hmmm maybe white roses with some irises would do.' I thought while heading to the flower shop

I entered a building with some plants outside. 'I will visit sometimes to buy some plants to decorate the compound.'

I saw a lady with light brown hair, I remember her in the Naruto Shippuden as Ino's mother.

And beside her a little girl about my age arranging some plants in a vase, it is Ino Yamanaka, before Sasuke's defection she is one of Sasuke's fangirl rivaling Sakura. Her mother is the one that first saw me.

"Hmm, what can I do for you?" she asked with a gentle tone. Before I can answer I hear Ino shout. "Sasuke-kunnn!!!!!!"

"Are you okay?" she asked while looking at me. I know that everyone knows about the massacre.

"Hn, I'm fine. I want a bouquet of white rose and some irises." I responded to her because I know that she really care.

"Condolence and I'm sorry to hear, what happened young man." Mrs. Yamanaka responded to me. I nodded politely to her.

"Sasuke you want me to come with you?" Ino said while still looking at me worriedly.

"Leave Sasuke alone Ino, he needs sometime alone." Mrs. Yamanaka said to Ino while preparing the flowers.

"Fine, but don't hesitate to call or go to me when you want someone to be with you." Ino said.

"Thank you." I replied to Ino.

"Here is the flowers young man, I'll give it for free." Mrs. Yamanaka said gently.

"Thank you, Mrs. Yamanaka and Ino." I said while slightly bowing and leave.

I go straight to the graves and distributed the flowers.

'Mother, Father and everyone of you. I know that Itachi is forced to kill all of you. I promised to get revenge to the people behind this. And I will still kill Itachi not for revenge but because I know that he is sick and he will just suffer remembering the time he killed all of you. I know that I'm not the original Sasuke but I promised to give justice for the death of you. May your soul rest in peace in the pure land.' I silently prayed to them. (Pure land is the afterworld in naruto or where the souls go after they died)

'I will get stronger and promise to avenge my clan and continue it's legacy.' I bowed
