5 Broken Memory

After Yuan lei sat in the array and around him a dark brown colored aura containing primordial energy started forming. His body started absorbing the energy that Yuan Lei felt like bathing in cold water. He could feel his body changing and he started to feel a little pain. Slowly time passed the pain he felt now was slowly becoming unbearable and his bones started to crack. He shouted on top of his lungs. His voice became hoarse and his mind began to feel numb with pain.

The pain which he felt was much more than his fighting in total years on earth combined.

Slowly he started to faint due to so much unbearable pain.

After what it felt like an eternity Yuan Lei woke up in a strange place.

"Am I dead?" were the first words that came out of his mouth.

He was in a strange space from where he could see far away stars very clearly and even the people living on it, it felt to him as if his vision have grown infinite times better. He became curious and he started seeing all the stars very keenly and the people living on it. Slowly the scenery changed now he was standing in the void before a large battlefield. Hundreds of Millions of bodies lay there dead without any moment. He was shocked and seeing the broken flesh and bones and blood even he a veteran fighter, a killer, the man who went against the whole world, felt like vomiting but anything didn't come from his mouth. It was as if there was not any food or water in his stomach which he could throw.

And Then He saw something or someone covered in blood walking towards what seems like the exit of a giant cave carrying a blood covered sword. It was a woman or to properly say the most beautiful woman he have ever seen. The blood which covered the part of her body only seems to add some devilish beauty to the woman. He had never seen a more perfect woman than her and for the first time in his life, he felt genuine appreciation that came direct from his heart for the woman. It was as if the creator had taken some extra time to create the epitome of beauty on this woman.

Suddenly As if feeling his gaze the woman turned towards him. Yuan Lei's breath was stopped for a moment, but the woman continued walking towards the exit once again. There he saw her full face somewhat covered in little blood and he had a little headache as if he knew her but couldn't remember her. And once again trying to remember her the pain in his head started increasing.

He clutched his head and bent down on his knees trying to suppress the unbearable pain.

"ShangDi"

He listened a beautiful voice in the void in front of him. And the pain which he was feeling was gone in an instant he felt the voice.

He raised his head and once again saw the same woman which he had seen a moment before blood covered but this he saw her without blood and so near to him. He was once again mesmerized by her beauty. She was the epitome of perfection and though she was devastatingly beautiful but one can never have a single trace of profane thought on seeing her.

But soon he discovered a problem that the woman standing before him was not in a body. Her figure was illusory and most importantly he noticed her beautiful eyes were devoid of any life in them.

"Shang Di You were right. I shouldn't have left you. I should have listened to you. I always asked myself, Was it worth leaving you and her to die alone? And the answer which I always got was 'No'.I was Young. I was impatient. I was wrong."

The beautiful woman once again said. Yuan Lei was in a big confusion of Why is he here? Where is he right now,is it after life? If it was the afterlife then what were those visions which he saw? Was it some sort of memory but then once again the same thing, Whose memory is it? His or most probably the woman's memory who is standing right before him. But who is she? He knows her but at the same time, she is complete stranger to him. And who is this Shang Di whom she is always calling?

And After seeing so much within few moments probably for the first time in his life he was at a loss for words to speak.

Slowly the scenery once again started to change and he felt his body lying on the ground he opened his eyes and saw the blue sky once again. He stood up and checked himself and was surprised to see his skin have become smoother and he felt that he had become a little taller than what he already was before. After assimilating the physique he has become a little more handsome and a little bit taller than before. On earth, he was already the most handsome man, and coupled with his smooth skills that's why it was so easy for him to get under any woman's skirt without much challenge. He wanted to see himself in a big mirror but before he had some questions to ask the system which he hopes it can answer.

"Yinger You should have told me that there would be so much pain during the process. And what were those memories and that woman which I saw in the dream."

[Host You were unconscious for 3 days which shouldn't be and There should have been little to no pain during the assimilation of Physique. The Elder God has left Primordial Energy Array just to make it easier for you to absorb. And I can't look inside your dream so I don't know what you talking about regarding the woman and memory. One thing I can say for sure is that whatever you saw in your dream were your own dormant memories.]
