Fighting "God"

After a few moments later, I arrived with the others. Releasing Child Emperor as he dusted himself off. Everyone was relieved seeing Child Emperor alive and well. If not for me then that wouldn't be the case... Well, he still lived in the manga even if I didn't save him so, meh, not a big deal 'No need for me to go for Amai Mask. The bastard will live' I thought

Bang: "You managed to save Child Emperor-kun. I'm glad" Bang said as I nodded

Fubuki: "Yeah, Zombieman is safe too. But all of the Cadres will appear soon, so all of you, be aware" I exclaimed, my words reaching out to the other heroes as they nodded at me with a new level of appreciation. Seeing me save Child Emperor with no difficulty against a Cadre's attack is hard to ignore, or because I am related to Tatsumaki. But either way, they know that I am not behind my sister's shadow at all now. I can handle myself just fine, if not pretty relative with her at my lowest compared to her strongest

*Boom*

But then, a second later, Genos landed not far from us. His new cyborg upgrade shined with some steam coming out of him and his mouth, as well as a frown on his face. Everyone saw him as a few of them yelled his name in surprise, but they were surprised too at seeing the small, but noticeable steam that was coming out all over his body. Both his hands on the ground while kneeling tell them that he's struggling to keep up with Tatsumaki and the fused Psykos and Orochi, at least that's what they think seeing Genos's current state

Bang: "Genos-kun, your body. What's happening?" Bang asked Genos, concerned about the cyborg's state

Genos: "My power core is starting to overload. Taking care of different cores is going to take a toll on my main one. I may explode if it continues like this, though that doesn't mean I will likely explode. Just a minor chance that is" Genos stated to everyone

Bang: "Is there anything like an emergency fix for it when it happens?"

Puri Puri: "Drive Knight should know Genos's parts inside and out, right? You two worked together after all!"

Genos: "He already left when we destroyed that barrier surrounding them" Genos said, making everyone surprised at Drive Knight's actions

Bomb: "Well that is quite heartless of him to do so"

Puri Puri: "Oh, and you mentioned something about Zombieman-san, right Fubuki-san?" Puri Puri turned to look at me as I nodded

Fubuki: "Yes, I sense him near the Cadres underground. Though I don't know what his current conditions are, I do know that he is still alive"

Puri Puri: "If that's the case, then I'll find him! I will not allow my cute boys to be scattered to the winds right under my nose! Angel Crawl!" He said as he started to dig underground with the hopes of finding Zombieman, bringing along with his nude body as well for this mission. Bang and Bomb wished him luck on his mission as we focused back on Genos 'Why aren't the heroes bothered by Puri Puri's nude body? Or they just got used to seeing him like this' I thought

Genos: "... There's no other way. If I linger myself too long, then my parts will be overheated by then. I have to give it my all to end the battle quick" Genos said. But out of nowhere, he felt like he was being injected a new type of energy into his cyborg body. The steam covering him, vanished into thin air while the others just examined the situation that was happening to him at this very moment 'What is this? I feel... Much better' Genos thought as he stood up, taking a second to take the new feeling in

Fubuki: "That should solve your problems for now" I brought my hand back, quickly healing Genos to the max. Genos realized that it was me that I healed him as he turned to face, bringing his hands to his side, and bowing at me

Genos: "Thank you for this, Fubuki-san. I may now know why sensei is very fond of you. I will get back into helping Tatsumaki-san. Take care, all of you" Genos said, lifting himself back towards the air to fight alongside Tatsumaki against Psykos and Orochi. I just perked my eyes a little hearing Genos say that Sai-kun is very fond of me, but I remained my posture quickly since as he should be. He is my boyfriend after all... 'Come to think of it, we really haven't "Confessed" To each other yet... Not right now, Megami. Not right now' I thought

But weirdly, a strange set of lights appeared in the sky above us near the battle between Tatsumaki and Psykos 'So Homeless Emperor decided to hop in' I thought, knowing that Homeless Emperor's energy balls were the ones causing said aurora in the sky. Genos seeing the bombardment of blasts, went back to the ground a few feet away from us to avoid the attack as he struggled slightly to get past them

Bang: "It's chasing Tatsumaki down!" Bang exclaimed, watching Tatsumaki fly away from Homeless Emperor's blasts that were causing the sky to turn into one of those awesome light things '... All of the Cadres are finally here, and also some new heroes arrived. But there's something else to deal with' I thought, walking forward a little and using my powers to nullify Homeless Emperor's blasts that were vastly approaching Tatsumaki

*Boom!*

But as I did that, all of the blasts combined into a bigger one as it exploded. Tatsumaki was caught in it, though just in time, I managed to clear the damages dealt by the explosion, stopping it from hitting Tatsumaki as she landed on the ground near us, aiding her arm with some blood running down all over her body, but it seems she isn't quite bothered by this, at least a little bit, though her clothes are starting to get ripped off. Tatsumaki saw us as she just grinned slightly, presumably seeing me in well-conditioned 'What is she up to now?' And as I was about to walk towards her, she suddenly perked her head up, her body once again enveloped in an aura. Flying over near Ugly Fuhrer, and the new addition to the Cadres, Gums, as she sensed what appears to be Tank Top Master and Pig God trying to save a person, whose lifeform is starting to deplete from their grasps 'What's a hostage doing here? I thought all of them left, but I guess not. The other heroes have made a move on the Cadres already. Almost all of the Cadres are scattered around the area. They can't win against them yet, especially if it is Pig God and Tank Top Master alone fighting these'

Fubuki: "I'll go with her, stay here for a minute" Bang and Bomb nodded as I flew into the air, and started to fly towards the area where they were 'It seems Pig God didn't have to take in any hostages inside of him, so no more reasons to get worried about that, just that last one that to deal with' I thought as there was still one thing back in my mind that was bothering me '... What is happening down there?'.

Flashy Flash: "What the?! Where are we?" Flashy Flash said as we are currently in a demolished area where the base of the Monster Association formerly resided

Saitama: "We're in the place where the Monster Association was before-

But before I could finish talking, I was forced to block Blast, or God's punch at me with my forearm as a small shockwave was created. I looked at the possessed Blast directly in his eye, feeling that Blast may be dead already, even if I managed to kill God and force him out of his body

Saitama: "Why do you want the cube?" I asked him as he brought back his arm and started to unload on me like a machine gun all over the area 'Get back, attack when you feel there's a chance too, this may take a while then I thought... Wait I forget, you don't have a weapon. Alright plan 2, get the fuck out of here' I said to Flashy Flash through telepathy

Flashy Flash: "Fine, I'll report this to the others" And just like that, Flashy Flash started to get the hell out of here

God: "Oh no you don't" God said, stopping his relentless attack on me as he teleported next to Flashy Flash, launching a light-speed punch at him with no one stopping it

*Boom!*

Except me, of course, as I arrived in time to punch him in the face, knocking him back to give Flashy Flash more time to escape as I landed not far from the poor, possessed Blast

God: "You don't understand what I witnessed. I need that cube back!" God stood up, clenching his fist tightly as a small set of aura vaguely appeared around each of his hands

Saitama: "What did you see? Tell me, I may give you the cube if you cooperate nicely" I said as I just heard a slight growl coming out of him 'What the hell did he see? This could be bad, this didn't happen in the manga at all' I thought

God: "Tch, give me the cube, now! OR ELSE!" God brought his open hand in front of me with a blast that I have never seen before. It was dark and had white dots all over it. I think it's just me, but I may have seen a galaxy or two within the blast of his, or maybe it was multiple universes

God: "I will destroy this universe if I have to! That cube is the last of my powers, and I need it! I almost got erased out of existence!" He finally explained as I raised an eyebrow 'So another being almost killed him? God, this is getting confusing. Well at least he explained his situation to me, but I won't give him the cube either way' I thought, bringing my hand in front of me as I also created a blast, which surprises God

God: "I expect nothing less from you. I will take it from you by force then! Just like how I took over Blast's and absorbed his companions!" He said as that made me surprised 'Wait, Blast has other companions with him?... Well, they're gone anyways so whatever'

Saitama: "Tch, it seems your tongue has tasted sour grapes. Just give up. Do you think that the one that almost erased you out of existence will just happily let you go when it finds out that you are still alive? And do you think that you could take it on again and have a slight chance at doing so?" I said. I mean, it was a pretty reasonable response from me. I'm not sure this being that God was talking about would not let him escape so easily after he was nearly erased out of existence

God: "That's none of your concern! I will get that cube no matter what. Now prepare to die along with this universe!!" He said as his blast started to spin like a madman 'This is bad, if our blasts clashed, there's a chance it may destroy Earth. But how the hell do I stop his blast?... Aha!' I thought, quickly deleting my blast and rushing at God with a punch ready, but to my shock, there was a barrier placed around him this time as I had to fall back to where I was just a second ago 'Shit, he was prepared for that. Now, what do I do?' I thought. As I could not do anything else but just face him

God: "You will not disrupt this one. I can still sense some of my energy within you. Say goodbye to this universe of yours"

*Boom!*

He launched the menacing blast at me as I had no other option than to somehow stop it 'Like hell I'll let you destroy it. But shit, how do I do this?... Well here goes nothing then' I thought, bringing my two arms forward as I caught the blast, quickly creating a barrier of my own around me with the blast inside of it. And as expected, the blast created a huge shockwave when I caught it with my hands a second later. Good thing I created the barrier just in time before it spread across the cosmos

God watched in shock seeing me simply grabbing his universe-busting blast with my bare hands 'Fuck, I need to get rid of this, it will explode soon' I thought, holding the blast steady as I started to compress it hard, and hoping that it will turn into a tinier version of it, and soon. Compressed it out of existence

Saitama: "Goddamn..." I mumbled, groaning a little bit as I finally felt some ease compressing this fucking blast of his. And a few seconds later, the blast started to release a massive aura as I was surprised by it. And out of nowhere, my head started to hurt

Saitama: "ARGH!... My head. Not right now" I said, feeling the sharp pain in my mind again as I tried to contain the blast as best as I can with this returning headache of mine

God: "It's useless, it will explode and destroy everything" God said, standing still and waiting for his blast to explode

*Boom!*

Just like he said, the blast exploded, but the barrier around me prevented the explosion to spread, only just me that was hit by it as there was a brief earthquake that occurred when the blast exploded, and as well as a Ding! that I'm so familiar with. God was shocked that a barrier could withstand the power that could destroy a universe

God: "Impossible!..." He said. And as the blast started to fade away inside my barrier. I was there, completely fine and well with my eyes closed and hands clenched tightly. My head looking down slightly to the ground

God: "YOU!! HOW!!" God shouted, not believing that I survived that blast of his with no difficulty whatsoever. I brought my head up, facing God as I opened my eyes. A slight, sudden red glow emitted from both of my eyes, but it went away fast so I didn't pay much to it, at least not right now. I brought one of my hands up as I created the same blast as God created a moment ago, but this time, the energy inside of this blast that I created is way immeasurably greater and far more stronger and potent than God's blast earlier. He was surprised seeing that I seemingly copied his blast in no time, which infuriated him even more 'Woah, this energy. It feels... Heavy'

Saitama: "This energy flowing in me... What's this feeling? It's like cooling my body inside and out... Is it because this blast has different energy than what I usually make?... I don't know, but either way, another ability learned and mastered" I said, deleting the blast from existence as I decided to save that for later. But then, I heard another Ding! in my head

[Ding! New Mission Acquired!]

[Mission: Don't let "God" kill anyone on Earth, or even the Earth itself/Kill him.]

[Reward: 10,000$ in yen/Beyond Black Hole Manipulation.]

[Bonus objective: Don't let anyone get hurt by God, even the slightest bruise or scratch.]

[Bonus reward: Immunity from any beings that possess the ability of Causality Manipulation. No matter how strong the user, or the power itself is.]

A holographic picture appeared in front of me as a new mission finally showed itself 'Beyond black hole Manipulation? I need an explanation for this, but after this is all done first. And this is new. Bonus objectives with a bonus reward? But the requirements for the bonus mission... I'll try my best at that. I need all the powers I could get now learning that someone is out there that may be a threat' I thought, accepting the mission to focus back on him with a smirk 'I don't know why, but I'm so energetic than before. Like I want to just beat him the fuck up right now. Is it because of that new energy flowing in me?' I thought as he noticed the little smirk that I had

God: "You don't know what you're doing"

Saitama: "Probably, but I'm just trying to save everyone here from you"

God: "Tch, he will stop at nothing to get everything that was rightfully his. I was shown a vision of the being that almost killed me. I glimpse of the truth, but that's all I got from it, a glimpse of a thing that can barely be comprehend by any being out their in the known cosmos. But that was enough to make me worry about my life"

Saitama: "Wait what? What do you mean?"

God: "He will take everything in existence. And since you're refusing to give me my powers, well what's left of it that is, then I have no choice anymore"

*Boom!*

He suddenly appeared in front of me with a punch towards my face. I launched a punch of my own as a massive shockwave occurred. He jumped back, creating two of the blast that he created earlier, and launching that at me. I immediately got worried about seeing those blasts, but I quickly remembered that I could easily absorb them. And as the two blasts were approaching me, I brought my hands forward, the blasts landing on each one of my hands as I got to work. Compressing the two blasts as best as I can, and it worked. Slowly the two blasts started to get smaller, and their energy and power were absorbed by me. God gritted his teeth at me as he teleported behind me with a kick

*Boom!*

But my reaction time came in clutch. Dodging the punch from behind and launching a counter kick right back, hitting him in the stomach as he was launched way back

*Boom!*

He was sent back into a wall, and a crater formed around him as I turned to face his direction 'It seems he is not phased by my weak punches and kicks. Even though my strength and other things are not bound to anything anymore, I could probably launch a punch that could destroy a universe at him with the weakest effort put into it, but, it seems blatantly unnecessary' I thought as he use the wall to gain a speed boost directly at me with a punch, but his eyes widened when he saw that he could not hit him

God: "What is this?! I don't sense a barrier anywhere. Why can't I hit you?!" He said as I released a shockwave as it spread throughout the ground. God was pushed back a little at the sudden shockwave that was created by me 'My infinity. Did it just activate passively?...' I thought as I heard a small chuckle in the back of my mind 'So she did that' I thought, thinking that Chiaki may have started to "Upgrade" my current powers

God: "I will not let you toss me around like this. I should've had that cube by now, but you let me do this" God said as an aura started to appear around him. A malicious, heavy aura. I just stood there and watched him power up 'Don't tell me he has different transformations, but if he does, then that's a nice start to practice. I've been planning a visit with a certain Saiyan soon' I thought as God's aura started to go crazy. I was sensing massive amounts of energy flowing around him, but a second later, the aura around him started to get smaller until it was just a tad bit taller than him

*Boom!*

Out of nowhere, the area around him was destroyed as I had to dodge his punch, but then God readied another punch at me toward my head

*Boom!*

I launched my own punch as it clashed with his. A massive shockwave formed as we stayed in that position for a little bit 'I can sense yet a massive power boost out of him. This is going to be interesting indeed' I thought, quite surprised that God can somewhat keep up with me, but not really

Fubuki: "Looking at it now, she pretty much went all out with Psykos. If she saw me injured, then she'd go all out even more" I mumbled, tailing Tatsumaki just a few feet behind as she stopped quickly. Her arms were brought forward as she made Ugly Fuhrer stay in place, and as well as Gums. Pig God was surprised to see the bloodied and bruised Tatsumaki arrive out of nowhere to help, but he took the chance to go and save the last hostage near Ugly Fuhrer that was about to get punched in the face by him. Tank Top Master also helped a little, quickly throwing Pig God away from here towards the others with the hostage in hand

But Ugly Fuhrer managed to break out of Tatsumaki's hold as she was sent back. And as she was about to hit the ground hard, I arrived in time, using my powers to grab her and contain her into a barrier as she was borderline unconscious at this point. I healed her immediately, but she was still resting herself

Tank Top Master: "TANK TOP TACKLE!!"

Ugly Fuhrer: "FOREARM CARVING PUNCH!!"

Tank Top Master challenged the attack of Ugly Fuhrer with his own move, Tank Top Tackle 'I won't let this two clash. Tank Top Master was brutalized by him in the manga' I thought, making both of them stop as I brought Tank Top Master back, dropping him near us as Ugly Fuhrer was still standing in place, unable to move at all

Tank Top Master: "What the?!" Tank Top Master said as he noticed the both of us next to him

Tank Top Master: "Fubuki-san, what are you doing here?"

Fubuki: "I'll take care of this, go to the others. This one is quite dangerous"

Tank Top Master: "But Fubuki-san-

Fubuki: "No buts, just go back. There are far more left for you to deal with. I will take care of this one" I said, looking at him with some seriousness on my face as he couldn't do anything else, but nod his head at me in understanding

Tank Top Master: "I understand. I'll be going now" And he left for the others as I focused back on the immobilized Ugly Fuhrer and Gums. But then, Genos suddenly appeared, launching a kick towards Gums as he launched the ugly thing back a couple of feet, making it fall to the ground as Genos jumped back next to me

Fubuki: "Genos. Can you bring my sister back to the others? She needs a breather after what she has done. I've already healed most of her injuries, but she is still resting herself" I said to him as he nodded

Genos: "But what about these Cadres?"

Fubuki: "I'll take care of it" I said, making him quite surprised to hear that, but he knows better than to try and argue with me for him to stay and help as much as he can

Genos: "Hai" He said as I nodded, bringing Tatsumaki to Genos as I broke the barrier around her. Genos caught her into his cyborg arms and was surprised that she weighed more than what he thought she would, but it was no big deal for him since she's still a petite after all, as he went back to the others

Fubuki: "Now that that's done" I said, facing the two Cadres in front of me as I released the hold that I had on them

Ugly Fuhrer: "You..." Ugly Fuhrer said once he felt that he was unimmobilized. He jumped forward, launching the same punch that he was going to launch at Tank Top Master before I stopped him

And as his punch was slowly and slowly coming closer, I brought my hand up as it glowed a bright, green aura. The fist of his stopped as there was a sharp pain that he felt on his arm, causing him to groan in pain loudly as I launched him back next to Gums. But now it was Gums's turn to rush at me as he opened his mouth, intending to eat me whole

*Boom!*

And as he got closer, he bumped hard into the barrier I created in front of me. Grabbing a large piece of rock, and smashing it at him. Launching him back near Ugly Fuhrer 'I expected better, but Ugly Fuhrer only has physical stuff, and Gums can only eat as its main attack' I thought as Ugly Fuhrer took a few steps forward with a not-so-nice expression towards me

Ugly Fuhrer: "I'm gonna mush ya up real good, into a big ol' pile of ground beef. You disturbed our playtime, and you bout to pay for that" He threatened, his body swelled more as he readied another attack at me

Ugly Fuhrer: "Dignity Carving Punch" He said, launching a punch with all the strength that he could output at me. I just stood there, watching his punch charge straight at me as I quickly gathered energy to one of my legs as it was covered in a bright, green aura 'This should do' I thought, launching a kick with the leg that I had gathered energy in, towards his punch

*Boom!*

My kick was able to send his punch back at him with twice the amount of power than before 'I could of used more power, but that would be unfair if all it takes is the bare minimum of my power to take these two on at the same time' I thought, hitting his face with his own punch as he fell backward with some blood oozing itself out of his ugly ass face. Gums came at me a second later with his mouth opened again

*Boom!*

I used the same treatment at him, launching him back towards Ugly Fuhrer as he accidentally swallowed Ugly Fuhrer up instead 'Ah, so Ugly Fuhrer is still going to transform' I thought, knowing what will happen next

And just as I thought, Ugly Fuhrer came out of Gums, ripping out of him as his body turned into this acid thing that reeked as fuck. I had to block my nostrils with my energy to prevent the smell from making its way there

Ugly Fuhrer: "WHAT THE?!" Ugly Fuhrer looked at himself with a shocked expression. He pulled out a mirror from god knows where as he looked at himself through it, but a second later, the mirror melted

Ugly Fuhrer: "You... YOU!!" He said out loud, staring at me dead in the eyes with this newfound transformation of his

Ugly Fuhrer: "I'll kill ya" He breathed out

Fubuki: "Then why don't you?" I said as he wasted no time charging at me.

*Rumble*

Flashy Flash: "What was that?" Flashy Flash stopped and surveyed his surroundings as he heard something that was hard to ignore. He's been hearing this for a little while now after he left to go report some breaking news to the other heroes

Flashy Flash: "... No matter, I better go back to the others quickly, if they are even still alive that is" Flashy Flash mumbled as he continued his way, not noticing a certain set of eyes watching him from behind

"Grr..." It growled and disappeared into the shadows

Kitev: "Has it grown large enough yet Lynel?"

Lynel: "No, It's still small for us to fit through. This will take a while"

Kitev: "I'm getting impatient already"

Lynel: "Come on, it's not like someone will come here. Nobody comes here at all so we are good to wait for this to get big enough... And what exactly are we doing once we enter through this, Kitev?"

Kitev: "We will explore. I feel like there are some beings through here that may be in it. Like the once written in the book of stories"

Lynel: "Like the one you said earlier? Was it Lucifer?"

Kitev: "Yes, and from what I can see. There are many iterations of him"

Lynel: "Ah, well what iteration of Lucifer do you want to see?"

Kitev: "Lucifer from the DC Comics universe. His story is very intriguing to me. I would like to meet him and see how he really acts"

Lynel: "Well let's not cause too much trouble. They may know about our disturbance"

Kitev: "I doubt it, but I agree. Let's not get ourselves into unnecessary trouble once we get through here. I don't feel like having to battle today" Kitev said, all prepared to go through the crack at any time now with a bit of excitement to see something finally new, rather than this red, sparkly, infinite cosmos that he had seen since he was just a tiny, little demon

Our punches clashed throughout the area. The shockwaves from our punches were slowly destroying the area around us as there was no stopping us now. Time seems to be distorted every time we clash, which was every picosecond, though we did not know it. The power we each outputted to each other was enough to literally disrupt time itself around us. The atmosphere soon changed as time around us was slowed down, though it only affected the area around us, not including the surface with the others

I quickly dodged a punch from God as I grabbed his shoulders, pulling him forward, and launching a knee right in his stomach as I let go of his shoulders at the same time. Launching him back into a wall as he quickly recovered from it 'Jesus, he really won't stop until he gets the last bits of his power' I thought, jumping back to dodge another punch from him. But he teleported right behind me with a kick ready towards my back

*Boom!*

I was sent flying, but I remained my posture as I appeared in front of him a second later 'His energy... Why is it growing so much at such an impossible rate?! At this point, I will be bested by his immeasurable growth of energy. Even I have not yet encountered such a thing, let alone having it myself. If it continues like this for him, he will transcend me, and every being out there, in everything... It's like he can warp and bend his energy to no boundaries or extent. I have to act fast. But with the little bits of my power left, I am bound to do no less than to destroy this universe that I am responsible for making than what I could do before I lost almost all of my powers, which was ruling and watching over the multiverse that's connected to this universe' God thought, starting to get worried about the fight that he pretty much caused himself just to get his last bits of power back in hopes that he could somehow force a retaliation against the higher being that almost erased him with just a thought. He was embarrassingly made to a lower case g, god. Rather than a capital g, God

God: "I never thought a being from this universe could potentially beat me. Even though I don't have all of my powers" God said 'And to think he's saying this after being afraid of my ever so "Immeasurable" energy that he could not sense the end of it'

Saitama: "Fine then, I'll use only one hand for you. That should equal our relativity in power now, yes?"

God: "I won't let you beat me with those propositions of yours. We will end this. Even if I have to destroy everything that I ruled over"

Saitama: "Oh you know I won't let it come to that!"

*Boom!*

We each prepared a punch for each other as it clashed again. Time around us became more unstable and distorted. If it goes on like this, the Earth could explode from the inside and out 'We need to take this back to the surface'.

[A few weeks left before my summer ends. Which is a bummer. So here's a new chapter for your extreme patience. I will continue on this, just not as often as before. I still aim for 5k words per chap so it's a damn long time to wait for the next few chaps, but I hope the quality won't degrade too much in the near future because of my busy schedule soon.
