As Issei stood the power around him began to calm down. Flexings his fingers slowly as he began to chuckle to himself.
-Hey, Partner? I recommend you don't use any of your soul, dragon gear, or powers right now... Physically you're fine, and you should be able to wield Ascalon still, but anything else you will need to wait.-
~Its going to be easier to laze around now that I'm not the only person in his head to help him.~

Issei gripped the hilt of Ascalon he had dropped as he gave it a few test swings, it was when he brought his arm up suddenly did a massive force of air leave the sword and cut along the ground and upwards towards the sky, as he practically moved it with enough speed and strength to cause an air blade to rip out.
''Man, I feel so... Great right now, I thought there was supposed to be pain involved?''

Issei kicked off the ground as he sailed through the air to the opening snake symbol, a hot woman stepping from it only for her to get a sword pierced into her chest, Issei dragged the both of them back down to the ground as he landed. His wings weren't opening so he assumed he no longer had them, or his Dragonic aspects had gone far enough to completely change his wings so he needed to wait to use them.
Granted that didn't matter since he could just jump really high, a hazy fog seeming to slowly emit from him as he naturally released Touki, both Albion and Ddraig using their wills to help him keep it in check, even slowly starting to train it to help him in the future.
The woman coughed blood only to get a right hook from Issei as he punched her face into the ground, savagely beating her into a pulp as he never gave her a chance to do anything.
Azazel leaned over a bit, speaking to the others. ''Does anyone else think they could manhandle that woman that easily?''
All the shakes he got confirmed his suspicion as he nodded softly. ''Seems the Devils just got an incredibly strong new Satan class, and we haven't even seen all his new tricks yet.''
Sirzechs was watching Rias who seemed to bubble with excitement. ''Is everything alright Rias?''
''YES!... Sorry, I mean yes...''
Akeno snickered a bit as she smiled, lovingly watching over Issei as he manhandled another woman into the ground.
''The pawns Issei have, have all mutated, but they can no longer support his power so they are slowly starting to leave him... A quick look around the room and Azazel noticed that all the females present were interested, chuckling to himself as he shook his head...
'I wonder if Issei would be willing to become friends? There is so much to study with his power... a person capable of wielding not one, but both of the Heavenly Dragons.'
Sirzechs himself felt a bubble of pride in his chest for his Step Brother, after all. If Issei was this strong already... How long would it be until he could just protect Rias from every danger in this world, and beyond?
Micheal was just interested, it's happened before of course... When a human has gone from the predetermined path and has risen to such strengths, but here he was witnessing it himself.
The thing that felt foreign to him, however... He felt no worry about Issei ever turning against him, Micheal truly wanted peace between all three factions, and it was because of it has he started to directly get involved with all the things happening with the Church, disappointed in what they have turned into during the time the Angels were trying to focus on making sure the System would stay operational after God's death.
Issei had killed the woman, it has been enough of a warm-up that he was able to stand and stretch, his bones cracking as his body even now was going through changes.
''Ophis, I know you can hear me... I want a meeting on the terms of Peace.''
Issei blinked and she was there, floating in a sitting position as she had her head tilted towards him, her eyes seeming to never leave his chest as he spoke.
''Five years of peace, and I'll kick big red out of the Dimensional Gap so you can return to its silence...''
''Only... Five years?''
''Only five.''
The Dragon watched him for a long moment before the barrier seemed to fall around them and she simply vanished.
Issei stood there a moment as everyone else watched, shocked at what just happened.

Issei's lips thinned a bit as he turned to the mutilated corpse of both Vali and Katerea.
''Well... Damnit.''
