73 Gu Changsheng's Humiliation

The moment Ye Fan had stepped out of the Ghost Rolls-Royce and saw a certain figure in the bar, he couldn't help but start to lose his temper.

And that certain figure was of course, Ronald.

'Why the hell does that waste appear everywhere I go?!'

'Where is he going to appear next?'

'In my nightmares?!'

Although Ye Fan didn't understand how or why he had somehow managed to cross paths with Ronald again in a different city, when he saw that Iris was standing in front of him with her dagger and gun drawn out, he was almost positive that Iris had actually betrayed him.

But why did Iris choose Ronald over Ye Fan?

Was there something more to Ronald than what meets the eyes or something?

However Ye Fan was sure that this wasn't actually the case since his gut instinct was telling him that Ronald was truly as pathetic as the rumor circulating him says.

And Ye Fan trusted his gut instincts a lot, after all, not only does it always get him out of predicaments that seemed completely impossible to escape from, but it has also helped him get to where he's at today.

Of course, even though the last couple of weeks for him haven't gone great for him so far, he still believed that sooner or later things will start going his way again.

And it seems like things have already started turning for the better already, since he can see that there was an extremely beautiful silver haired girl staring at Ronald with a bunch of unconscious bodyguards laying all over the bar floor.

And despite the fact that Ye Fan's gut insinct was telling him that she was significantly much more stronger than him, he also had a strong feeling that he can turn her into his woman sooner or later.

And besides, an enemy of an enemy is a friend.

So with that in mind, Ye Fan stepped into the bar with Gu Shunzhang and his bodyguards.

"Dad! Come help m-" Before Gu Changsheng could finish his sentence...

SLAP!

"How dare you always give me such a hard time!" After leaving a handprint on Gu Changsheng's face, Gu Shunzhang shouted viciously.

Even though Gu Shunzhang had a lot of tolerances and usually allowed his son to do whatever he wanted out in public, after hearing that his son had offended his benefactor, he decided that he had to start becoming more strict on his son so that he doesn't end up becoming a waste of society.

"But dad, I-"

"I don't want to hear it! Apologize to your benefactor right now!"

After hearing what Gu Shunzhang had said, Ye Fan couldn't help but straighten up his back proudly and showed a smug look on his face.

"Never!" Seeing the smug look on Ye Fan's face, Gu Changsheng replied back with hatred in his voice.

Ye Fan was the one who had humuliated him twice to begin with, so why should he have to swallow his pride as the son of the almighty Gu family and apologize to him?

Just because Ye Fan was somehow his father's benefactor?

Bullshit!

"If you don't kowtow down and apologize to our benefactor this instant, then don't bother coming back to the Gu household ever again!" Gu Shunzhang's face had started to turn red.

Noticing that his father was actually being dead serious and wasn't just playing around, Gu Changsheng gritted his teeth, got in front of Ye Fan, and then started to kowtow down.

"Sorry." Gu Changsheng said in an angry voice.

"It doesn't sound like you actually mean it, show your sincerity to me by barking like a dog until I'm satisfied." Ye Fan folded his arms and stated in a domineering tone.

"No! Fu-" As Gu Changsheng was about to get up and curse at Ye Fan...

"Son." Gu Shunzhang said in a cold tone.

Gu Changsheng couldn't help but clench his fist together after hearing what his father said, and then started to bark like a dog.

"Woof... woof woof! Woof woof woof woof woof woof woof woof-"

"Okay that's enough, go back to the car." Gu Shunzhang felt bad for his son so he decided to send him off before he humiliates himself any further.

"Is that enough for you, benefactor?" After Gu Changsheng had walked out of the bar, Gu Shanzhang slowly turned his head at Ye Fan and asked in a nervous tone.

"I'm satisfied, however, I have more of a greviance with this waste over here." Ye Fan then walked right by Sylvia, who seemed to be in a daze after hearing what Ye Fan had said, and started to make his way towards Ronald.

Ye Fan was confident that he'll be able to humiliate Ronald this time around since there was no other girl supporting Ronald now besides Iris and there was no actual family backing him up over at the capital city.

While Ronald was currently watching everything unfold, he was honestly surprised and happy at the same time.

What suprised him the most was that the scene that had just unfolded right in front of his eyes had actually occured in both the original novel and back in his previous life...

However it was suppose to occur in the Gu family manor and not inside of a bar.

And Ronald was extremely happy about it since it meant that Ronald didn't have to actually trigger and go through the torture plot in order to actually progress onto the future plots.

Of course, Ronald was still slightly worried about missing out on the torture plot since if he doesn't actually do the plot, not only will some of the future plots be much more harder to complete, but his completion percentage will also slightly lower as well.

But who cares!

This second life of his is already completely fucked up as is.

And besides, as long as he doesn't have to deal with Gu Changsheng's stupid sadistic sister of his, then he's willing to make a bit of a sacrifice.

The system might not be too happy about it, but Ronald was sure that the system wouldn't mind.

But with all of that being said, Ronald was now faced with a new problem.

The problem was that he wasn't suppose to get face slapped by Ye Fan after he saw Gu Yuan torturing Ronald.

And truthfully, Ronald didn't want to actually get face slapped if it wasn't required by the plot.

Sure, although he was already completely used to getting face slapped by now, he still wasn't a masochist.

So how could he get out of this current predicament he was in without having to reveal his strength?

Even though Ronald knew that Iris would most likely try to prevent Ye Fan from harming him now, the thing is that Ye Fan is a 'Grandmaster' now while Iris could even barely fend off against a Master at this time.

And not only that, but even if Iris somehow miraculously defeat Ye Fan just like last time, she would still have to deal with the countless amounts of bodyguards that had entered with Gu Shunzhang.

So while Ronald was racking up his brain thinking of a way to avoid getting face slapped, just as Ye Fan was about a couple of meters away from Ronald...
