5 Chapter 4: Strange Dream

[General POV]

Unbeknownst to Aldril in his skill column a light began to flicker and the name of the skill "Dark Wolf Fencing" began to change, the change made that while Aldril slept he had a dream where he would meet someone very peculiar.

From the dim darkness of his mind, a wooded landscape emerged, where the leaves of the trees moved slowly giving a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

In the midst of this wooded landscape, a person was elegantly swinging a silver sword, with a fluid motion his sword tracing graceful arcs.

The sword makes a tinkling sound as it cuts through the air. "zzzsh" Every movement has a natural elegance and all of this was observed by Aldril who was fascinated by the figure's movements.

"Holy shit, how beautiful Am I dreaming about this? Aldril said with his eyes fixed on the person, as he got closer the features of the person started to become more noticeable, long white hair, tanned complexion, eyes of an intense yellow color, cat pupil.

"This person looks familiar to me, where have I seen him?" with a little fear Aldril approached, when he was about 5 meters away the person stopped his movement and turned to look at him.

Backing up a few steps because of the sudden movement, Aldril was stunned "Now I remember his name, it's that damned Geralt of Rivia!"

The witcher looked at him with a serene smile "Are you ready, boy?" Geralt asked in his deep voice, without explanation subsequently throwing his sword at Aldril.

Catching the sword in mid-air Aldril felt his heart pounding with excitement and nervousness. Geralt advanced and stood beside him. "Alright kid, I will teach you the style of the Wolf School, so get ready."

"First, the stance" Placing Aldril's feet in the correct position, the knees were slightly bent "Remember to always keep your balance as it is very important in combat."

"Now copy my moves" Pulling out a second sword Geralt With movement he began to demonstrate the basic moves "Keep a firm but not tense grip, cuts must be precise and for defense you must stay balanced, observe your opponent, look for a weakness and exploit it."

...

Aldril watched each movement carefully, absorbing every detail with awe "Oh friend, if I learn this style of sword effective against monsters, the poor orcs will suffer" With a small chuckle at his thoughts Aldril began to follow Geralt's steps, he began to imitate the movements.

...

"The key is in the fluidity, let the sword be an extension of yourself, a dance of steel and will."

With each repetition Aldril began to feel more confident, more in tune with the sword. Each cut became more precise more instinctive, he felt as if he was in a trance, where the only thing that mattered was the movement of the sword.

Time seemed to stand still as Geralt and Aldril continued their dance of steel. Every move was a lesson, every blow a revelation. Aldril knew that this dream would bring him many benefits. "Probably because of the system, will it always be like this?" he wondered as he followed Geralt's movements.

...

Raising his eyes to the sky, Geralt spoke "Alright kid, that's all I can teach you, you already have the baces it's just a matter of time and practice for you to be as good as me."

Stopping Aldril looked at him and nodded, he knew he was about to wake up, as the scenery around him began to blur "Thank you for teaching me, I really appreciate it" offering him his silver sword back Geralt shook his head.

"Keep it, It will help you on your journey" With a smile Geralt began to disappear "Don't die child" With those last words Geralt disappeared.

With a smile Aldril bowed in a form of respect towards the place where Geralt was, to subsequently also disappear.

...

"Piping" "Piping" "Piping" "Piping"

The soft sound of the birds singing in the morning gave a touch of tranquility to the warm morning, Aldril opened his eyes slowly, still lying on the log where he slept, his thoughts wandered to that dream he had "That was a beautiful dream, who wouldn't be happy if he dreamed that Geralt? Only a heretic wouldn't be happy."

Looking at Gandalf who was still sleeping, Aldril shook his head and decided to look at his system as Gandalf awoke.

Looking at the skill column, Aldril was surprised for a few seconds, but that surprise was replaced by ecstasy.

"So that wasn't just any dream, oh man, the orcs won't know I killed them, wait, if it wasn't a normal dream, that means" Looking at the swords at his side he was glad and with a big smile he noticed a new sword lying in its sheath next to his own.

"It definitely wasn't a normal dream."
