Chapter 8: The End Of The Great War
In The Far Reaches Of Space-On The Planet Cybertron
Cybertron was in complete chaos! Buildings were on fire. Decepticons flew around, firing their weapons at any Autobot or Neutral they saw.
Suddenly a very familiar group of jets was seen flying in the sky. It was the Decepticon Air Commander Starscream with his Seekers.
"Aha ha ha! Come out of hiding Autobot fools and face your doom!" , Starscream yelled while firing at a few Autobots.
A group of Decepticons was close by, but was taken out by an Autobot strike team.
At A Decepticon Base
A few Decepticons were in the control room, while others were outside the base, trying to protect it.
The Decepticon communications officer Soundwave then stepped forward, showing a few enemy forces en route to the facility.
"Alert , Alert! Autobots approaching!"
Suddenly the alarm sounded as an Autobot strike force entered the building and started taking down any remaining Decepticon forces.
"Laserbeak , prepare for battle! Operation: Annihilation!", Soundwave ordered.
Laserbeak detached from his master's chest and flew around, while firing his lasers at any Autobot he could find.
"Special present from Ratchet for you Laserbeak.", Said An Autobot as he threw a grenade.
It emitted a sonic shockwave, which disoriented the drone's CPU and sent him to the ground, deactivated.
Soundwave was also defeated soon after.
Seeing this, a seeker turned to the others.
"Seekers! Transform and take flight!", He ordered.
The others immediately obeyed and transformed before flying off.
Starscream wasn't about to tolerate this behavior.
"No! Come back here you worthless cowards!", He yelled.
But the Air Commander was soon defeated, and stasis cuffed alongside his associates.
At The Autobot High Council Building
The council was discussing what to do with the prisoners.
Firedrive then spoke.
"The High Council finds you guilty of various crimes committed during the Great War. Billions of Autobots and Neutrals have lost their lives at your hands. You are hereby sentenced to life imprisonment at the Cybertron Maximum Security Prison. Take them away!"
Rotorblast nodded his head in a direction as a few Elite Guard troopers nodded back and dragged the stasis cuffed prisoners away.
The Great War has finally ended.
Shadowstorm went to the Elite Guard's Headquarters to talk to Optimus Prime.
At The Elite Guard's Headquarters
He went to the control room.
In The Control Room
Shadowstorm walked to the control panel to contact Optimus Prime.
A few minutes later, an im of Optimus appeared.
"Optimus Prime here, proceed Shadowstorm." , He requested.
"Optimus, the Great War has ended."
Optimus had a smile on his face upon hearing the news.
"Thank Primus! Excellent work old friend. I knew I made the right choice by appointing you leader of the Autobots. Now please tell me all the details."
Shadowstorm nodded and proceeded to elaborate on the final battle.
"I see. It is paramount you hunt down and capture those Decepticon fugitives before they get the opportunity to cause even more trouble." , Optimus explained.
Some Time Later
All the Decepticon fugitives were hunted down and put on trial.
In time the Seekers were located on the planet Technovar and brought back to Cybertron to stand trial with the other Decepticons.
