149 Daisy vs Hill

Five minutes passed in the outside world, and when Daisy saw Hill's eyes suddenly light up, she knew that the White Tiger talisman had acknowledged its new owner.

"What a strange power," Hill clenched her fist and carefully felt it. The strength in her arm was a little unbelievable; she even felt like she could lift the Earth.

"No matter what you're feeling now, it's actually an illusion," Daisy is someone who has been through this, so she said with an experienced tone.

Hill fell silent for a moment, glanced at Daisy, and then used her feet to make a sprint towards her.

Maybe she intended to make a surprise attack, but having just gained new power, her estimation of her own strength was seriously lacking. She couldn't control the force and dashed out almost forty meters in a second.

Daisy sidestepped effortlessly, and Hill almost slammed her head against the wall.

Trying to regain composure, Hill touched the wall and looked back at where she had been, and a wave of emotions surged within her – excitement, exhilaration, and joy.

Hill had never experienced such speed before. The way her muscles exerted force and the running motion, based on her past experience, were all incorrect. Yet, she had moved forty meters in less than a second, almost crashing into the wall, which made her feel weird.

Daisy clapped lightly. "Looks like you've been communicating well with that guy. How does the taste of power feel, intoxicating, right?"

"Have you always been able to do this?" Hill asked.

"Of course," Daisy replied.

Hill's gaze became somewhat elusive. "So, you're so powerful. I always thought..."

"Thought what? Thought I was hiding my true abilities?"

Hill tilted her head, suppressing a smile. "I thought you could only vibrate..."

Daisy, feeling embarrassed, lifted her left foot, intending to show her a real vibration. But considering it was her training ground, and damaging it would cost money to repair, she quickly withdrew her foot.

Seeing her embarrassment, Hill couldn't help but burst into laughter, and Daisy joined in.

The tension between them, stemming from their previous issues, still existed, but they found a new common ground in a different way.

Following the training methods of a secret agent, Hill began to familiarize herself with this newfound power.

The White Tiger talisman was much better compared to those possessions or equipment that easily took control or drove the wearer insane. It was safe and harmless – wear it to gain power, take it off to lose it. Street heroes could handle its pressure, and as a well-trained agent, Hill found it easy to master.

In less than an hour, she could perform various attacks such as acceleration, thrusts, and lunges. While she hadn't heard of Nick Fury's theory that saving their own life was an agent's top priority, as a woman, Hill considered speed enhancement crucial.

"Speed alone won't cut it. Come, attack me and see what you can do," Daisy stood proudly, her posture poised like a martial arts master, just short of making a cliché martial arts stance.

"Don't cry out when I hit you," Hill, now filled with confidence due to her enhanced strength and speed, felt irritated with Daisy's proud look. Remembering the times when Daisy overpowered her and made her cry made her very unhappy...

"A mere White Tiger talisman, hm..." Daisy seemed indifferent, clearly not considering Hill a significant threat.

"Beat her!" This wasn't Hill speaking; it was the big tiger in the spiritual realm who never liked Daisy, cheering her on.

Hill took the cue and mumbled, "I've wanted to beat her for a long time..." Seizing the moment when Daisy wasn't paying attention, Hill stomped the ground with her left foot, propelling herself forward over ten meters like an arrow, her right hand clenched into a fist aiming directly at Daisy's face.

"The speed is okay, but your control is lacking," Daisy slightly dodged the unskilled straight punch, simultaneously grabbing Hill's wrist and using her force to push her forward.

"Again!"

The second charge from Hill was more composed, but in Daisy's eyes, it still had numerous openings. She dodged to the side, then kicked Hill under the ribs, sending her flying over three meters.

"Techniques during agent training are not insignificant. Even with enhanced strength and speed, skills are an important gauge of combat effectiveness. Unless you can punch a planet into pieces, you need to relearn your techniques and habits. Again! Agent Maria Hill!"

Daisy was determined to give her a good training session today. If you make me unhappy, I'll make you unhappy too. Come on! Let's hurt each other!

Hill looked at Daisy while rubbing her abdomen with her left hand; that kick just now wasn't light.

She always had a never-give-up attitude; let's fight, who's afraid of whom!

"Wait!" She took off her T-shirt, both of them had been naked with each other n number of times. No need to be embarrassed now.

She always had a pair of clothes in the training area, so Hill changed into sports underwear and a professional combat uniform for agents. Hair tied up, wearing the short boots that agents used in combat, and fully armed, she looked very heroic.

"Aren't you changing clothes?" She saw Daisy still in her shirt and jeans attire, and she felt despised.

"No need to deal with you, at least not now," Daisy said with a smile, provoking Hill.

To retaliate against her contempt, Hill exerted full force and launched a fierce attack. The big tiger in the talisman provided her with rich experience and attribute enhancements.

The moves became faster, the attack angles more tricky. Continuous blocks, parries, and dodges – truth be told, Hill's rapid increase in combat prowess surprised Daisy.

In the end, it could only be attributed to the vast difference between trained and untrained individuals.

Even ordinary street heroes, when given the White Tiger talisman, would take a long time to master it. For example, the previous Tiger Team needed three people to share the burden of wearing the talisman. It was like a dream for someone with such poor skills to proficiently use the talisman and fully unleash its abilities.

Yet, in less than two hours, Hill was able to wield nearly eighty percent of the talisman's power.

It had to be said that ordinary people and elite agents were different. When both started from the same point, well-trained elite agents could outperform ordinary individuals by a considerable margin.

Daisy opened her palm, blocking Hill's fist, while delivering a knee strike to her lower abdomen.

Trying to break free, Hill couldn't escape Daisy's fingers, prompting her to change tactics hastily. Placing her palm on Daisy's knee, she used the impact to leap vertically.

Daisy quickly adapted, altering her move from a diagonal knee strike to a horizontal push.

With a muffled "tear," Hill used too much force, and pulled out a big hole in Daisy's pants. You have to know that these are jeans, and this wasn't the end. The remaining energy didn't magically disappear and not just the legs but even the belt couldn't bear the huge pull, and broke directly.

When Hill was sent flying back by Daisy, she also pulled off Daisy's pair of jeans with her.
