chapter 59 - Acier silva

After Samshiel revived Acier, Mereoleona immediately questioning how he was able to do it and he honestly told her about the breakthroughs he experienced.

While they were bickering like a old couple, Acier couldn't help but chuckle seeing her old friend. After their bickering she asked Mereoleona about her children so she explained the situation.

She became happy that her eldest son had become a Magic Knight Captain but was concerned about her daughter who had weak control over her magic.

"Can I see them!?"

"No, sorry….at least not for now as your body and soul hadn't fully integrated and if you were to leave this place then you may collapse and once again die."

He bluntly explained seeing it didn't matter if he were to lie or not. After hearing this it made her frown but still nodded as she somehow felt that she could trust Samshiel.

He wasn't lying though, because after Samshiel became the overseer of The Wheel of Samsara in Black Clover, he still needed to fully control it or else all souls will collapse and be erased.

At least Acier only needed to train her body once again to reach her peak, not to mention her body isn't normal anymore.

"Do note that the body of yours is not human anymore as I changed your race. I know it is sudden but you are currently a Dragon God…"

Samshiel began to explain what he had done while she was being revived surprising the both of them but they calmed down when Samshiel said that she was technically a human. The only difference she was slightly stronger and could transform into a dragon.

"Why hell did you do that, brat!?"

"Sorry about that Leona, I just wanted to see if I could change her race and make her stronger, of course I would take full responsibility."

"Damn brat are you planning to add her in your harem!?"

"Huh?"

Samshiel blankly looked at her then realized his mistake as he looked at Acier's flustered face. He could hear her voice inside his head thinking all sort of things. Samshiel cut the voice link but couldn't remove the soul link.

'Damn! I should have chosen better words!'

"Ah no, of course not! But I'm not saying she's isn't beautiful and wouldn't mind adding her but….fucking dammit!!"

He couldn't find the right words to say that he will only take punishment like letting his women have their way. Samshiel didn't mind adding her to his harem if she wished because he knew about her past due to Sha Naqba Imuru.

"Well whatever, its her decision if she wants to. Anyways I gave her a stronger body and planned to change the races of you and the girls."

Of course this doesn't include Cereza and Sapphire because they already have powerful races.

"How about you show her around considering you know her more than me. I'm going to visit Mariella to see how they're doing."

Mereoleona didn't say anything and gave Samshiel a passionate kiss making Acier blush but didn't stop staring at them. Their lips separated and Samshiel waved goodbye as he went and visit Mariella.

Samshiel arrived to the residential area where modern housing were built. He created the infrastructure using magic as the supply for energy which was echo friendly and results to no pollution, not to mention it can regulate the excess energy being produced as Samshiel grew stronger.

No one paid attention to Samshiel as he was making sure to remove his presences. He arrived to where Fanzel and his wife were staying. Before he could use the doorbell he saw Mariella sitting on the front porch seemingly in a dazed state.

Samshiel mischievously smiled and teleported next to her. Marie was so lost in thought that she didn't notice Samshiel who appeared next to her.

"BOO!"

Mariella, by reflex created an ice knife to try and stab Samshiel but he stopped it by using his index finger.

"Easy now Mariella. You seem lost in thought what's going on?"

"S-Samshiel I'm sorry about that I thought you were an enemy…what are doing here?"

"Don't worry about that, I know it's hard to get used to the new environment and I'm here to see how you all have been doing."

"I see, well we've been doing fine…."

Mariella stared at Samshiel as if trying to convey something but was holding back which made Samshiel frown sensing her emotions.

He could already guess she was still thinking about her past as an assassin and the people she killed.

"Mariella…If you have a problem you can talk to me."

Samshiel grabbed her shoulder and dragged her to get closer making Mariella blush but calmed down as Samshiel used his calming aura.

Both were silently feeling the warmth of each other, understanding one another's pain. Samshiel knew she wanted to redeem herself by changing sides and stopping being an assassin.

"I been thinking if I deserve to be this happy….do you think I'm evil for being an assassin?"

Samshiel thought for a minute remembering about his family and decided to tell her his past. They had a similar problem, facing people that had different mindsets. Samshiel was afraid that his family will become distanced if they were to know about him being a murderer, it doesn't mean he regrets it though.

"No….to be honest I always ask this question to myself, I have a sister in my original world that I left in order to find a way to save my mother but the way was by killing people yet I don't regret it one bit because I will do it again and again if I have to protect them."

Mariella could feel his longing for the warmth of his family. She was already informed about Samshiel when they decided to live in this world. It wasn't secret a to his citizen and they can't really escape this world without Samshiel's permission.

Samshiel didn't want to bring the church people because here as he could always visit them. If he were bring them then Asta and Yuno would likely join as well.

This made him think of Acier, if she were able to travel outside. Though Samshiel doesn't mind for her to join his harem but it was unlikely because she would probably like to remain in this world.

He thought of bringing her next time after she catches up with her family. Samshiel turned to Mariella with remorseful eyes and asked.

"Now do you think I'm evil person when I say I will kill countless people even the innocent ones in order to protect the ones I love?"

"…No, whatever choice you made it was for the people you loved and for yourself…..now I understand thank you Samshiel."

"I see, no problem then. Anyways I'll go chec-"

Before Samshiel could finish his words Mariella decided to kiss Samshiel who accepted her tender lips. After few seconds their lips separated and their gazes locked.

"Are you sure about this?"

"…Yes, you always give me sense of security when I'm around you and I feel an emotion that I lost long ago….its trust….you're only one that gives me this feelings."

Mariella would have likely fallen for Fanzel if he weren't married because he was the only one that didn't see her as a weapon but a human being. Samshiel accepted her doubts and had similar situation as her. She thought that both of them will be able to see the future together.

Within the inner castle where many beautiful architectures were built by high class workers, but of course it isn't comparable to what is inside The Jade Imperium.

Many nobles were busily arriving in one of the parties of the well known family, the Roselei. It was most famous for its heiress, Charlotte Roselei, who was the main spotlight of this afternoon.

Walking around the ballroom she was dressed in a blue dress with her light blonde was down showing her flowing hair.

"Charlotte, are you sure your lover will arrive?"

Charlotte turned to a mature woman that looks exactly like her but had few wrinkles yet they did not take away her beauty. The woman wore a red dress with elegant ornaments.

"I want to see if this boy is up to my standards, I don't care if he is a commoner as long he isn't a bastard like other men!"

Besides the mature woman was an older man with regal features like someone who had fought countless wars for his country. He wore a dark overcoat with a gray inner vest and a blue tie.

"Do not worry father, mother he will surely come and surprise you."

"It would seem the Silva, Vermillion and Kira families are here."

One by one the guests arrived, Fugeleon and Leopold along with Mimosa arrived as Mereoleona didn't like noble parties. Solid along with his two younger siblings arrived giving their congratulations to Lady Roselei.

"Greetings, my king."

"Hmph happy birthday Lady Roselei it would seem that your daughter had become a fine lady."

The King said with lecherous eyes which desired Charlotte's body while the said woman looked at him with disgust but couldn't say anything. She could already see how mana react to certain people because of her new bloodline.

"I thank you my king, I do hope you enjoy the party."

"Of course I will, now if you excuse me."

The King then went to sit in the VIP area along with his women. Charlotte wanted to puke when she saw this disgusting man eyeing her but thought what would happen if her lover were to know of it.

"Good afternoon Lady Roselei I wish you a happy birthday and thank you for this amazing party. It nice to see the Blue Rose Captain in such a nice dress."

Her thoughts were interrupted when she saw Julius giving a warm smile while greeting her mother like a friend. This calmed her down and she smiled.

"Greeting Sir Julius, are you neglecting your work again?"

"Hahaha of course not! Max is taking care of my work for now saying it would be inappropriate if I didn't come."

This made Charlotte look at him with a deadpan expression knowing that he skipped his work again but just giggled and enjoyed the party. Many noble gave their greetings to Lady Roselei. Charlotte had started to worry about Samshiel forgetting the party but then felt his presence and smiled.

"Forgive me if I'm late, a stray cat bumped into me making me change my path."

All the noble stared in awe as they saw a near perfect man with his wild crimson red hair wearing a dark green overcoat with a gray inner vest and a red tie. Beside him was woman with a beautiful red dress that couldn't compare to any other clothing. She had snow white hair that flew with the wind as they entered the room.

The men looked at the woman with lecherous eyes while the women looked at the man with lustful gazes. The man looked at the men which made them freeze in fear as if death was looming over them.

The new arrival moved to where Lady and Lord Roselei sat and gave them a small bow with utmost elegance as the woman did the same.

"Greetings Lady Roselei, Lord Roselei my name is Samshiel and this woman here is my other lover Sapphire, it is a pleasure to finally meet you."
