Chapter 23 - mission preparation.(Rewrite)

Today was inside the inner circle of the clover kingdom where the noble resides. I was currently going to meet the wizard king about my first mission.

I was able to come here thanks to finral who used his spatial magic for me to get here instantly. He accompanies me until I was able to meet with someone that was guiding me towards the office of the wizard king.

While walking I could feel the gaze of the noble and minister of this country. My anger would have skyrocketed if not for [my parallel thought processing] and [mind palace] was able to stop the jade emperor soul. Thankfully it had gradually fuse with me enabling me to better control it.

I put each passing noble my shadow to spy on them. Thanks to the blacklight virus changing into a bloodline I was able to use the [hive] ability to able to see what my shadow sees. I plan to make humanoid subordinates with life creation to make them explore and recruit trustworthy people.

I also plan to invade the spade kingdom, stealing their magic, and be a place for Rebecca with her sibling if she decides not to come with me. Though I'm not sure if my demise overlord magic would be able to kill the gravity devil motherfuccker.

When I get an inner world I will put the kingdom inside so that I would be able to bring my loved ones with me. Furthermore, if I am able to recruit a researcher and inventor then it would be a great help for my kingdom to bloom. I would be able to create a utopia for all races.

I might try going to my hero academia to invite mei for my plan in the machine facility and add her to my harem while I'm at it. she was part of my waifu therefore I had to include her.

When they finally open the magnificent silver door made of certain wood that provides security inside the room. My eyes explore the inside and saw four people, one was a man that had a mushroom hairstyle while beside him was a good-natured looking man that exudes of authority and kindness.

The other two were a woman and I knew them too well. The one had a silver-haired woman with a mature air exuding around while next to her was a light blond woman wearing a boob armor.

I gave them a tender smile as took a step forward. Sapphire immediately went towards me and gave me a sweet kiss while everyone was slightly stunned by our shameful act. Charlotte couldn't help but give a bitter smile as she couldn't kiss him because she is afraid of how people would say to her lover.

Sensing all this I quickly went to her and gave her a small kiss which made her really flustered and everyone in the room was shock at my action.

"It's good to see you, wizard king. What my mission are you going to give me?"

"I didn't know Charlotte would ever get a relationship with someone. Well, congratulations Charlotte you're able to find a fine man."

He gave genuine smile as he was of course a great of hers and was proud that she was able to remove her façade. He didn't really ask why I was in a relationship with multiple women as it was already common in the clover king though most of them are nobles.

Charlotte helps but buried her head on my chest to not show her burning red face. I chuckled a bit and used my [blacklight virus] to create a simple pheromone to calm her a bit.

The [blacklight virus] is really useful as it allows me full-body control and could create different kinds of chemicals inside my body. Additionally, I'm immune to all poison and diseases, and adding my rank that able to increase my immunity.

I would probably be harm by cultivation world poison as most of them have the intent and has more potency or even curses as it is supernatural.

"Have you calm down charlotte?"

As if he teleports the wizard king's face was in front of me with glittering eyes. I couldn't help but sweatdrop alongside everyone.

"Sir Julius please this is serious!"

"You do not that knowing this magic may be able to help in the long run?"

I couldn't help but sign and give in explaining my magic to him which made him more intrigue. I only gave him some vague answer just in case someone spying on us.

"[Shadow magic]? Interestingly this is the first time I heard such magic fascinating."

"Had enough sir, Julius? Now can you start explaining to them why they are here!?"

"Ah sorry, I almost forgot. Alright let me explain your first mission and I know that your surprised that I'm giving a high-class mission to you two but seeing as your magic power much stronger than typical new recruit I'm sure you handle it. Now your mission is….'

He began explaining that recently far in the outskirts where the border between the diamond kingdom, many veteran magic knights had come to investigate a strange report from the villagers and he explain about how the veteran magic knight had all been missing. It was been suggested a rare and powerful magical beast is currently residing near them.

The wizard king shows us the picture of the magic knight's corpse, it was the remaining torso, and gave me an idea of what type of animal it is. Now as to why magic knight captain was called, is because of how powerful the beast was killing all of the veteran magic knights without a problem.

The wizard king wanted us to capture it 'alive' before the diamond kingdom do. It would be beneficial as a magical beast is rare nowadays and he wanted to revitalize the species. I couldn't help but frown as I could sense some part missing.

"Sir Julius tell me the truth is this a request from a noble!?"

I released my killing intent around the room. All of the people inside the building were suffocating from killing intent even the wizard king couldn't help but sweat. I dislike the fact that after capture this dangerous creature the noble will just make them their pet!? Innocent people can be affected by this creature.

Though there may be enslavement magic but still, bringing it here without any risk is impossible. Enslavement magic is rare to the point that it's been years since someone had one.

"Boy could you calm down a bit and let me finish."

He used his own killing intent to even it out letting everyone breathe easier. I retracted my killing intent and continue to listen, the request wasn't from a noble, and was only really wanted to preserve their species. The wizard king explains that if the creature is really deemed dangerous for even a captain then killing is an option.

While he explained I was occupied with stealing this creature and making it my own pet. I would be able to make a master-slave pact with it according to cereza and could help make the creature stronger.

I would be able to make a fake creature using my life creation alongside my blacklight bloodline to be given. He finishes explaining and said that we would go to the borders we had a few hours to prepare as night time would be very dangerous.

I gave a small salute to the wizard king as I respected the man for dedicating his life to a change in this country without being a tyrant. I went outside with Charlotte and sapphire at my side.

"So you two wanna date? We still have a few hours to prepare."

"That would be wonderful! Right, Charlotte!?"

"Eh! B-but we should focus on the mission and not play around!?"

"Charlotte you learn to relax sometime and don't worry I'm using my magic just in case people so us."

It took a few minutes to convince Charlotte for us to have our quick date. We only went for a light meal and talk about random stuff. she also met cereza which surprises her to know that I am able to used spirit. they got along really well as they my [Harem parameter] affecting them. I made a promise to Charlotte that next time it will be only the two of us. After that, we went back to prepare to buy some healing potion and mana potions.

In the anime, it wasn't shown but there is a magic potion that able to energize their mana to a certain degree and a helping potion that able to provide first aid. We bought dozen of bottles just in case of emergency though I don't really need it as I have senzu beans alongside my vital energy manipulation. I can always anyone who may be at risk.

Though I would only used this if the wound are fatal and probably just use [Angel embrace] to heal them. I didn't want to show my cards just yet.

Now fully prepared, we departed using kaisel which surprised Charlotte. We enjoyed our time in the air while having a conversation while we face strong winds. We had mana skin so it didn't bother us too much.
