chapter 109 - Hungry

Caelum found himself accompanying a demonic woman who was greedily eating the food he cooked. Rajine was ravaging the food presented to her.

It was to be expected, considering he had bought the God of Cooking Skill and maxed it all the way, though he knew that he could still break through his limits.

Obviously, he had not stopped training for four years when he was on Earth and was able to refine all his skills and the only thing missing is the catalyst to make him breakthrough.

For example, his shadow demise overlord magic that had changed into a shadow demise God magic despite being maxed.

"Slow down, there's more."

"How the hell did you make it so good?!"

"Salt? Perhaps a bit of love??"

"Love?? What kind nonsense is that!?"

"Oh, you seem to not want my love?"

Caelum proceeded to take her food away, that caused her to panic because she had gotten addicted to the taste.

"Hold on! Give me more of your love!?"

He teasingly said while the woman's face became red upon realizing what she had just said. Rajine saw the man smirk and became annoyed.

"T-That's wasn't what I meant! I was talking about your food! Give it back!!"

'Is it really true that food is the way to gets a maidens heart!? I'll be damn then.'

"That just breaks my heart, that you only want my 'meat'."

"Just give it to me!!"

"Rajine, Rajine, if you want my meat then you have to know me more."

Rajine froze for moment then realized what he meant and became flustered from his constant teasing that her multiple hearts beat rapidly.

"S-stop teasing me!"

"Now you're just acting childish."

"Alright, fine I just couldn't help but find it cute that you always shift from hard-headed woman to cute little girl."

Caelum grinned returning the food, while the woman face heated up because it was the first time that someone teased her like this. She would always beat them up if they did, but Caelum was different from them so she couldn't beat him.

After finishing his meal, Caelum decided to leave his kamui, letting Rajine sleep on the bed. Rajine was reluctant at first but she needed to regain her strength and fell asleep.

Caelum decided to time dilute, due to having promised to continued playing with Nesta.

The next day, Caelum trained his devil suppressing divine exercise. The movement he displayed when using the exercise was a sight to behold, as an illusion of a demon God descended to feast on its own children appeared.

Rajine who was spectating gasped in shock seeing the vision in front of her. It took a few hours until feeling a certain bottleneck and so he stopped.

'Now that I think about it, would being in Purgatory allow me to train faster?'

Caelum time dilution limit was one day outside and a hundred years inside. This was furthest he could do, and if he added more it would collapse regardless of how much he tried. He needed space and time laws in order to further his time dilution.

He remembered Purgatory had time dilution of one minute outside while a whole year inside. It would help not only train his skills but also refine his emperor dao heart.

'That settles it, I would spend five days each, if I consider one day is 1440 year's then it would be equal to 7200 years.'

Caelum didn't like being away far too long with his family even if he could use his avatar to spend time with them.

'Hold on!? Can I refine this world?'

[No, Master as you are right now, you have yet to conquer and finish the main mission, if you were to do it then all stats would be locked for ten years.]

'Shit! Well, the reward is still worth it if I managed to refine it.'

Having the Purgatory while currently not having space and time laws would be extremely beneficial in the coming worlds.

Coming back to his senses, Caelum turned to see Rajine who was watching the spectacle in front of her. She was both awed and fearful seeing the illusion.

"*Sigh* like I said if I were to let go to her then the risk of you dying would skyrocket."

Caelum knew the butterfly effect that would likely happen if she were to leave his sub-dimension. Though he could let her die and move on, his conscience didn't allow him to let a woman die on her own after saving her.

It was not definite because she was beautiful woman that have a curvaceous body. That certainly NOT the reason.

'Actually, hold on….'

Caelum thought of an idea and put the death law with his eyes concentrating until it became blood-soaked red. Using death law, he was able to replicate the ability of a shinigami from Death Note.

It was first time trying it and surprisingly he manage to pull it off. This made him think of creating his own Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.

What he saw was her lifespan and became baffled seeing it was endless indicating she was bound by Caelum now. He quickly felt it was consuming far too much energy.

"I can't just believe your words! Let me go!"

"…..Alright, but it's currently impossible like I said you would die. Don't worry you would meet your sister again but not now due the risk of you dying. Though I won't lie, it will take 3000 years for you to be released once again."

"What!? I would be dead by then!"

"Don't worry, I would send you to my realm where time works differently. If I say you would only spend around a month or so."

If Caelum were to make a one day inside his inner world while one hundred outside then it would take a month or so for her to wait.

Caelum could see her lifespan kept changing and thought it was the butterfly effect trying it's best to fix her fate.

Rajine only bit her lip in frustration and accepted it because she couldn't see any lies with his words. She felt drawn to every words he said and how charismatic he was.

"Alright!! I'll stay, and not because of your food!"

Seeing the strong-headed woman acting the way she did make Caelum's sweat drop. He only sighed and proceeded to return to the real worlds to begin teaching Nesta magic.

Far in the distance of nearby village, within the forest were two individual. One was man with long wild crimson red who wore skintight sleeveless turtleneck while other was young girl with purple hair.

"Concentrate and try to send mana in the surrounding."

The man who spoke was Caelum who was teaching the young girl, Nesta the ways of magic, because it was pleasing to see her smile.

Magic systems in Back Clover and Nanatsu no Taizai are widely different, because unlike Black Clover which had grimoire to accommodate the spells. Nanatsu no Taizai needed time to train and only people with great affinity magic could use it.

Merlin is a genius for being able to learn countless spells, enchantments, curses, etc.

After a while, Nesta was able to sense mana and began to create magical spell through trial and error.

"Big brother, look! Look! I can do magic now!"

"Hehehe sure you do! You managed to conjure a spell within few tries, you know what that means!?"

"What does it mean, big brother?"

He grinned then lifted the little Nesta surprising her but giggled being lift up so high by Caelum.

"That's because little Nesta is a genius!!"

"R-Really!?"

"Yes! Normal people would take a month to a year to able to sense magic in the surrounding and little Nesta mange to do it for few tries!"

"Woah!! Then Nesta is happy!!"

Afterward, he put her down while being pleased seeing her run towards her home to tell her parents. Caelum felt a sudden surge of mana disturbance nearby and dashed to see what's the ruckus.

It didn't take long for him to arrive where many men wearing robes were ganging up on a little girl.

Caelum instantly knew who she was and calmly walked up to them. They instantly sensed someone approaching and focus their attention on him.

"Thank God there is no FBI in this world, or else your asses would have been sent to prison."

"Who are you!!"

"Hey, that's kind of rude when you haven't introduced yourselves, lolicons!"

"L-loli-what!? What nonsense are you spouting!? You have no business with us, and we only needed this child back in our kingdom!"

"Really? It seem your country is pretty shitty for a child to abandon it-"

Before he could finish his words, one of the robed men conjured a ball of flames then blasted it towards Caelum.

Enormous explosion was created upon impact and smoke was covered the whole area. The robed man who attack smirked, but then felt a sudden tug and instantly he was in the grasp of the man who's eyes glowed through the smoked.

"FBI, open up!"
