Chapter 68 - Alchemy

To describe how it feels to have a [ Divine Alchemy Knowledge] could not simply be put into words because the information was far too complex and difficult to attain. Caelum acquired numerous techniques, information about herbs and even creation of alchemy flames. 

This did not only include one alchemy way rather all of them mixing different stories and fiction of how to concoct pills. Despite all of it, The knowledge did not give him much to work with because he lacked the necessary way to perfectly make pills which was the ability to use [ soul force ]. 

Caelum did not lack the drawback and would revise a few of them along the way to ensure that he's still able to create pills without a [ Soul force ]. Regardless, it just makes things easier if he had the appropriate energy to produce pills and did not affect anything else. 

The pill grading varies from the verse it originated from, However, the most concrete and easy to understand was Martial Peak Alchemy grading. The pills are graded based on their cultivation systems which start from Common Grade, Earth Grade, Heaven Grade, Mysterious Grade, Spirit Grade, Saint Grade, Saint King Grade, Origin Returning Grade ,Origin King Grade ,Dao Source Grade, Emperor Grade and Open Heaven Grade. 

Up to Dao Source Grade, Grades are subdivided into Low, Middle, and High Rank. At Emperor Grade, there is an extra Great Emperor subdivision.

Caelum's ability only gets him so far for the rules and energy to create pills around Saint Grade are impossible. The world is like a pond where the energy is the water and could only hold so much to dry out and would take time until rainfall and fill it completely. 

It may appear endless and infinite but whatever inhabitants in those worlds are, only able to draw so much where the rain would fill it again without anyone noticing. In other words, Caelum is not the one who is weak, rather the world is just a cage for him. 

Regardless, there are still things that interest him in this world that Caelum is unaware of. 

'With the dragon's corpse and my [ Creator ] skill would likely help me breakthrough and open up my [ Eight Great Meridian] but for now let's use this.'

[ Flame Mastery Scripture

Grade: Mortal (Growth)

[A/N: I haven't been caught in Eternal Cultivation of alchemy so I will do some author privilege and do some bullshit. This also help not spoil that series. ]

Caelum knew this was the perfect way to gain a great foundation in controlling flames yet in truth the scripture was more powerful than it looks. He first needed to master it to uncover the truth of [ Flame Mastery Scripture ]. The energy used in the scripture was [ Aether ] as it was more malleable than the other energy and had more experience using it. 

He produces a flame that seems to move and feel alive. Caelum found it unique and intriguing that even using flame related magic was different than using the scripture. The temperature was more precise than before and rather than burn it seemed to remove something.  

'What if I refine my body? A pill is no different than creating a core….perhaps it is perfect when I reach golden Core?'

Caelum nodded to himself before deciding to head back and create a cauldron to start practicing alchemy later. He arrived to see his harem were looking at him like hungry predators. Caelum was confused then realized something.

'Cereza….'

[ Well, I can't exactly get pregnant but….]

He soon grabbed Mereoleona while the others soon followed to their rooms, locking the doors and placing a soundproof barrier.

"You're mine!"

"Baby making time!"

"This is going to be a restless night!"

"Less talking more fucking!"

The room soon filled with the sound of debauchery that everyone had gone beyond and lasted several days to just get pregnant with Caelum who learned that it was a lot harder to get his girls pregnant due to the potent power of his blood. 

However, in the end every single one of them had been impregnated and would give birth a few hundred years from now. Caelum chuckled staring at his harem who was panting while he stood at the balcony where the artificial moon was located. 

"They were really eager huh?"

Caelum said, still looking at the moon while Cereza walked over beside him resting her head on his shoulder and pressing her breast on his back.

"Well it's your fault that the stronger you get the more women will get attracted to you as their primal instinct kicks in."

"Let me guess it triggers their desire to have strong children?"

"That's how it is. Despite how humans had "evolved" , they still have the unconscious desire to seek out the best potential partner."

*Well that aside, why can't I impregnate you?"

"My body is artificial and I'm connected to the system that would cause complications. Don't worry, I don't mind waiting. I believe Sapphire would also not mind."

"Speaking of, do you know how she is?"

"She's perfectly fine, Sapphire is always watching you at every step. Furthermore, for her everything is an instant therefore you don't have to worry thinking that you made her wait."

"That's assuring."

He softly smiled thinking about his first wife who had returned to her home leaving Caelum to get stronger on his own. Cereza moved his head before taking a kiss and had another passionate session where moans of delight were heard.

Few days had passed, everything had gone smoothly where the progress of the empire was growing even further than before at a rapid pace. The rogue Dragons slowly died out or had left to hide in fear of dying at the hands of the dragon god. His title as the Archeapeiron Dragon god had reached far and wide. 

Humans who defy coexistence were met with ridicule and had their citizens revolt against them. Caelum provides everyone an opportunity to grow and live in harmony. He had taken his harem to meet Irene who welcomed them with open arms. She had already guessed that he was someone who had more than one woman. 

"What!? 500 years?? Why?"

Irene was taken by surprise when Caelum mentioned being pregnant and the length it would take for her to give birth. The other girls were already informed by Cereza and already knew something unusual would happen. 

"To be honest, I could place time dilution but that would not make any difference. I'm far from being able to make a 1 day to 1 year time dilution ratio."

Caelum might be able to change the flow of time to the baby but this might affect their future growth if he were to try doing so. The best he could do is be there for them until they give birth. On the other hand, Irene frowned that she had to wait that long to see her child but understood their bothering they could do something about it. 

"Are you mad at me?"

"What? No, I'm just shocked to learn that I'm pregnant, then the next thing I learn that it will last for 500 years."

"Then do you want anything?"

Meanwhile the other girls were watching and seemed to grow a bit jealous at how he was giving his attention to Irene. Caelum warily smiled, turning around to look at them.

"Dear seem too occupied to think about how we feel." ( Vanessa )

"Don't mind us, we can handle our self."( Noelle )

"Noelle, we should take care of Irene. Unlike her, we are already used to Caelum."(Mimosa)

"You're too kind, Mimosa." (Secre)

"To be honest it still feels like dreaming of being here." ( Vanica ) 

"Relax, you have already redeemed yourself. It was the devil's fault."( Lily )

"I'll head off to explore the city." (Charlotte)

"For me, I'll see how strong dragons are."( Mereoleona)

Half of them wanted to be pampered while Charlotte went off to explore and Mereoleona wanted to fight dragons. Caelum let the two know that if Mereoleona did something reckless they would immediately notify him. 

"Uhmm…Sorry…"

"Fufufu I apologize for overreacting and taking the moment to get spoiled."

"No no it's fine. However, we do want to talk to you alone."

"Guess I'll leave. There's still something I have to do. "

Caelum vanished into thin air looking through his memories and went into his [ Godly Grimoire ]. He went to find a suitable place around the planet within the dimension. The energy of the place had grown denser the moment Caelum became stronger. 

However, the place lacked something that he was still trying to figure out which would be vital for the world within the place. The key thing about the [ Godly Grimoire ] world is that it has not gained the [ World ] energy. Caelum needed to find a way to gain the energy when he had reached the Divine ranks. 

The [ Godly Grimoire ] was bound to him yet had not been refined to turn into his [ Inner world ] to become a Real Universe. He was still far too weak and knew that by refining it now would halt his further growth. 

'Now then, I was far too busy with managing the empire. I'll just let my clone do the work for me. Now, it's perfect that I have [ Ambrosia's Divine Heaven's Fruit Creation ] and [ True Ultimate World Tree magic ].'

Caelum smirked before reaching out his hand that soon vegetation started to sprout from the ground producing a rich and mesmerizing sight with the aroma that calmed and affected the world itself. The [ Divine Alchemy Knowledge ] gave him information on how herbs are created and grown. 

They were specific conditions but this was enough to make ingredients that could allow him to make [ Spirit rank pills ]. He created numerous beneficial fruits and herbs that gave him enough to make pills later. 

'Now I just have to let them naturally grow.'

He finished having several thousand kilometers of vegetation for pill making producing a more dense energy. Caelum plucked one of them and ate it causing his blood to slightly thicken. 

'It has too many impurities compared to the real one but….this is enough.'

[ Side Mission! ]

[ Objective: Find all of the Dragon gods and subdue each of them. Do not kill.

Rewards: Soul Warming Lotus, Compression art, Illusory Essence Art. 

Failure: Unable to get stronger for 100 years in real time. 

Time Limit: 5 Years ]

Caelum is a bit surprised when a panel screen pops up once again after just finishing his earlier mission. The reward seemed interesting, especially the [ Soul warming lotus ] that would be beneficial for the growth of his soul when he finally opened his [ Sea of Consciousness ] and created a nascent soul.

Though, the other art is a mystery to him and he doesn't know what verse it belongs to. Regardless he saw this as an absolute win and had some interest in meeting Selene who said to travel dimension. He ponders if it only applies with worlds like edolas. 

Caelum would find out soon enough but decided to just wait a year until he explored to find them. He finished reading and started to train his [ Flame Mastery Scripture ].  

He created a cauldron to begin his pill creation of simple medicine that is [ Common grade ]. Caelum finds it better to start at a smaller step than leaping without knowing the direction. His talent may be monstrous but it still has to start somewhere. 

The flame moves like a coiling dragon on the alchemy cauldron that burns to simple herbs that could be found everywhere. Caelum controlled the flame perfectly realizing that the [ Flame Mastery Scripture ] gave the benefits of precise control in outputting energy. 

'Well well, it's a simple yet effective way to grow stronger huh?'

Caelum inwardly remark starting to condense the ingredients causing the energy churn and burn the impurities within the pills before compressing into a pill. It was merely a common grade yet something was diffirent than normal. 

'A pill vein and cloud?'
