"The Start"

24 hours before the catastrophe.

At Manila International Airport, a plane is disembarking passengers. One man stands out against the crowd, it is not because he is ugly nor handsome. It is because of his clothing. He is wearing a soldiers uniform, which is fairly rare in this place. He swaggered out of the terminal with a hint discipline.

After he got out of the terminal, a wave of heat suddenly blasted to his body. The not so subtle difference between the inside and outside of the terminal made his brows creased. 'I'm back again' he thought. The average temperature outside is 38 degrees celsius, very normal specially in summer.

He called for a taxi. After putting his luggage inside the trunk, he got in and said to the driver, "Brother, let's go to the Quezon City Hall". The journey is normal, normal traffic in EDSA. Well, by normal it means bumper to bumper traffic. It took about 2 hours just to get to his destination.

After he got out of the taxi, nostalgia filled his mind. Although some things have changed, the landscape is still the same. After a few moments, he finally got back to his self and starts walking toward his home, just a street away on the back of the city hall.

As he was walking towards his home a few of his neighbors instantly recognized him. One old man with a grocery bag in his hands called him out, "Hey Ryden, you're back from your deployment eh. How long has it been since you last came home?" Uncle Mark queried. Ryden smiled and replied "I think, it's been about a year uncle Mark. How are you? I see that you're strong as ever". Uncle Mark waved his hand and replied proudly "You're talking about my old bones? Heh, I can still work like a bull!". Ryden smiled at the old man, "I see. Well, I gotta go, I'm really tired because of my flight. I'll catch up to you later".

Ryden finale got to his home a minute later. Tired, he put his luggage down and goes upstairs. He lied on his bed and finaly fell asleep.

He woke up at 7 PM to buy some groceries outside. It took him half an hour to buy some food, drinks, toilet stuff, all kinds of house necessities.

At the same time on Earth's High orbit a conspicuous but deadly looking spacecraft suddenly turned on. The thing from the looks of it is not of this world's creation, it is too sleek for it to be a satellite. It looked more like a probe from the Sci-Fi movies created in hollywood. It looks too high tech.

After the the probe turned on, some lights flickered. It looked like it's scanning the planet below. It only took a moment to completely scan the entire planet. After the scan, the probe transformed. Now it looked like a satelite made by humans. It approached the low orbit where the human satellites are. A bay door opened and fired a few high intensity laser beams on the satellites near it. They all exploded one after another.

The American millitary is suddenly alarmed by the lost of they're satellites while the Chinese is in the same situation, virtually there is panic in every government in the whole world. But common people didn't noticed a thing.

(Entity AO-3-D6C:

Log entry 0001: The probe sent by the empire finally reached it's destination. Exo planet D6C or as the primary inhabitants call it, Earth. After a few scans of the planet, the Entity AO-3 determined that the planet is on it's path to degeneration, also the damage of the planet caused by the primary inhabitants is speeding the process up. Entity AO-3 will commence the primary objective since the requirements has been met.

2 hours until the catastrophe.

5 o'clock in the morning, Ryden got up. He changed to his running clothes and stretched his body, preparing to jog. The sun is still not up when he got outside, he jogs his way to the park.

After a half an hour he finished running, and sat down in a bench. His stomach rumbled, expressing his hunger. 'I'm starving' he thought as he caresses his stomach. The sun is now up and activities of people starts to liven up the surroundings. He started to walk towards a fast food restaurant nearby, he got inside and started to smell the food being cooked. In a moment of carelessness due to hunger, he stumbled upon a lady. They hit each other and fell down. He then realized that the women is very pretty, high bridged nose, smooth and white skin, black raven hair and she looks sexy and cute at the same time. Definitely a women that can befall a city.

They stared at each other, his and her eyes met. Her eyes is so black that they can suck you in. Ryden was very flustered at that moment, as hungry as he was, he can't think straight. He finally got his composure back after a few seconds, he got up and finally helped the lady too. The lady looked annoyed, she looked at him and said "Hey! Watch where you going and stop daydreaming!". Ryden looked at her a bit embarrassed and apologized, "Sorry miss, I was just very hungry so my thoughts are floating in the air. How about I treat you to breakfast as an apology?". The lady scrutinized him, 'He doesn't look like a bad person' and then she said "Hmmm, well you looked sincere enough. I'll let you treat me to a meal" They both sat at a empty table, Ryden asked what the lady wants "Miss, what do you want to eat? I'll order it at the counter". The lady looked at him with a smile and said "I want breakfast pancake, egg sandwich and a cup of coffee. That should appease me".

He got to the counter, and ordered. It took 5 minutes before the food arrived. The lady looks happy, her smile captivated Ryden. He stared at her, scrutinizing her every detail. His stomach rumbled and finally got his self back, the lady then smiled knowingly. She said with a smile, "Have you seen enough? I know that I'm pretty but I didn't know I was that pretty, for you to drool all over" she said jokingly with a wink. Ryden coughed to hide his embarrassment. He then started devouring his food. After a while they finished eating, he noticed that they're drinks is empty, he started to get up to get some water.

But just as he is about to stand up, everything blacked out.

(Entity AO-3-D6C

Log 0002: Stealth pods successfully landed on the planet. After successfully landing, the pods deployed the cleansing agent. At 6 AM, GMT+8 in planetary time, the cleansing agent finally started to take effect. It is supposed to take a effect in just about 1 minute, but the primary inhabitants is more tenacious than expected. It took more than 10 minutes for it to finally take effect. Requesting the lab to improve the formula of the cleansing agent.

6:11 AM, GMT+8.

After scanning the planet, Entity AO-3 pronounced that 80 percent of the primary inhabitants of this planet is now dead. This will at least help the planet to slow down the degeneration by 135.56 percent.

Activating Planetary curtain. The curtain could only be lifted if the requirement has been met, or in case the entire population of primary inhabitants is almost gone, Entity AO-3 shall determine whether to intervene or not.

No entry or exit shall be allowed in the atmosphere without proper authorization.

Attempt to entry without authorization shall be judged as a hostile act against the Council and the Federation, any attempts shall be met with lethal force and be persued the by the Council and the Federation.

Any inhabitants that shall try to breach the atmosphere into orbit or higher shall be met with non-lethal force. The craft shall be givem a warning and be escorted back into the ground.

The requirements

before lifting the curtain is as follows:

1. Find a leader that can represent the entire planet. The Entity AO-3 shall organize a championship to determine who would be the leader of the surviving population.

2. The planet shall have a strength to be independent, The Entity AO-3 shall judge the progress of the civilization.

Until the requirements have been met, Entity AO-3 shall be on standy as a guardian and observer of the planet D6C.
