502 502. Buggy's Anger

What Buggy sees is toys transforming into humans. But the scenario is very different from how it was in the series because these toys aren't freed by God Usopp. These toys are being released on purpose by Sugar with Doffy's order.

They transform into real living beings again now, but they are still not free. All these people are still under Donquixote Family's control as they all have explosive collars on their necks. They already have those collars before being turned into toys because Doffy always planned to use them someday not as toys.

Now seems to be the best time to use them because most of these people were fighters. A lot of them are originally pirates, bounty hunters, kingdom soldiers, or even marines & cipher pol agents. They can fight to some extent, so Doffy decides to use them in this war.

Those from the alliance who see this scene can't believe their eyes. They never thought that the toys that suddenly appeared here were actually people. Some of these people were also quite well known before being turned into toys actually.

"This is not something that I would even imagine in my wildest dream."

"What should we do now?"

"We fight them, of course. They will attack us if they want to live and so are we. Fighting is our only choice."

The ones facing the toy people are soldiers from Dressrosa & Prodence. They are led by their Kings directly. Kyross isn't there because he has gone to fight Diamante who appeared not long ago. Just as Kyross wants to defeat Diamante that badly, the same also applies to Diamante, they are mortal enemies.

The soldiers prepare their weapons and shields, ready to fight these controlled people. They don't really want to fight these slaves, but they must do it or they will be the ones who lose & die. This is how cruel a war is as they need to disregard their feelings & morale a lot of times to win & protect their lands.

*BOOM*

But just when the battle is about to start, a figure suddenly lands between the 2 sides. This figure wears a black cloak and his face is hidden behind a mask. But then the figure opens his mask and shows who it is. It is none other than Buggy.

"Is that you, Flintstone?"

Buggy approaches a man without any arms and doesn't have a left eye.

"Ca-captain!"

"It really is you."

Buggy widens his eyes in surprise because this man is a former member of Clown Pirates. He retired years ago after losing both of his arms. He lost his left eye first, then his left arm, and lastly his right arm. All in different battles over his years in Clown Pirates.

"You.... What exactly happened?"

"Captain, I- I'm sorry, it was-,"

"Wait! We'll talk later. I need to calm myself first."

Buggy's eyes are shaking in rage because he never thought that Doffy would even dare to touch his people. He has let Flintstone retire to live a peaceful life just as the guy wanted. But Doffy actually dared to disturb his friend's happy life.

He would find out about this easily if not for the annoying effect when people turn into toys. They will be forgotten by everyone, even their closest person. That's why Buggy never knew about it because everyone forgot about Flintstone.

So when Flintstone transformed back into a human again, Buggy remembered him instantly when catching a glimpse of Flintstone's appearance. Then he showed up and now rage is filling his heart. He planned to just be a spectator, but not anymore now.

"I'll kill that fucking Flamingo. But I'll kill you guys first."

Buggy looks at Sugar and her men with a very enraged expression. They obviously know who he is and it makes them tremble in fear. Suddenly, their mouths start to froth as their eyes roll backward before they collapse.

They are knocked unconscious by Buggy's powerful Conqueror Haki. Flintstone smiles happily because he never thought he would be able to see this amazing scene again after he retired. His respect for Buggy that's already very high is rising again now.

Everyone suddenly sees Buggy raise his left hand to the air with his fingers spread. No one knows what he's trying to do, even Flintstone. It's been years since he retired, so he doesn't know Buggy's real might & power now.

Before they can even guess, Buggy swipes his hand down in the direction of the slaves. Nothing happens at first, but then they suddenly hear clicking sounds. They are confused before they all see the explosive collars on the slaves' necks are splitting in half and falling to the ground.

Then suddenly, the split collars float and fly to the Donquixote Family's men. The collars explode there because they have been separated too far from the wearers. Those explosions engulf and defeat the Donquixote Family men quickly.

Everyone is speechless. They are dumbfounded by everything that has just happened. No one knows how the slaves' collars suddenly get split before flying and exploding. Well, no one except for Flintstone who obviously knows it's Buggy's awakened devil fruit ability.

Though even Flintstone also never imagined that Buggy's awakened power would grow to this extent since he retired. Just a swipe of Buggy's hand was enough to chop all the explosive collars around him and that was without affecting the ones who wore them at all.

That means he has very delicate and precise control over his power. Flintstone is happy seeing his Captain getting stronger, but he's also sad he missed all the adventures the crew has had since he retired.

"King Riku, I'll leave everything here to you."

"What will you do, Buggy?"

"I will eradicate these pests."

*Swish*

Buggy suddenly disappears from everyone's sight using a high-level movement skill which is a modification of Rokushiki's Soru. Coupled with his high physical power, he can move at a very high speed and most people won't be able to see him.

In a short time, Buggy arrives near the place where Luffy & Doffy fight. Doffy is still having the upper hand and Luffy is struggling a lot. Luffy hasn't used his Gear 4 though, but it's hard to predict the outcome even if he uses Gear 4 because the current Doffy is much stronger.

Well, Luffy doesn't need to worry about winning or losing because he doesn't need to defeat Doffy anymore now. Buggy has decided to end this war himself and he suddenly appears behind Doffy without anyone noticing.

Luffy is surprised to see someone suddenly appear behind his opponent while Doffy still hasn't realized Buggy's presence at all. It's not until he realizes Luffy is looking somewhere behind him that he turns around to see what's behind him now.

"!? You!?"

Doffy is shocked beyond words right now. He never thought that Buggy would suddenly appear here. Then before he can say anything else, Buggy's detached right hand suddenly grabs his face and slams him to the ground. He can't even retaliate.

It's Luffy who gets shocked now because the opponent he was having a very hard time with is getting slammed easily. He doesn't know who this man who suddenly appeared is, but he can feel that this man is much more powerful than anyone here.

Buggy steps on Doffy's body and stands on the big man's chest while looking down at Doffy. He retracts his detached hand while crouching on Doffy's chest. Doffy can only look at him with a very shocked expression now and doesn't know anything.

"Doffy, haven't I told you to never touch my men or I will destroy everything you have? I thought you were smarter & wiser than this."

"Y-your men? What are-!? Are you talking about your kids? But they are the ones who started it first. You can't blame me."

"I know, that's why it's not about my kids. It's about my guy who was turned into a toy, do you understand now?"

Doffy's eyes widened so much that his small sunglasses weren't enough to cover his eyes now. He truly doesn't know who it was that Buggy means because there are too many people who were turned into toys, but he knows he messed up. No excuse will save him from Buggy's rage now.

"FUCK!"

Doffy shouts before he shoots thin strings from his fingers to attack Buggy. Buggy's body gets cut into many parts because he doesn't even try to dodge. Luffy is very surprised by this and Doffy uses this chance to escape.

He goes up to the sky and stands on a string quite high above the ground. Buggy reattaches his body and looks at Doffy with calm eyes. But Doffy can see the burning rage in Buggy's those calm eyes.

"If you are that eager to meet your fellow Celestial Dragons, then I will help you. I was the one sending them to their next world, so I'll also be the one sending you there. It's time to say goodbye to this world, Doffy."
