Is that all?

"I have a question Miss Qi." Fan Xifeng spoke

Qi Anmei albeit feeling anxious toughen up since she still do not believe in Fan Xifeng's capability. "You are recognized Miss Jing."

"If given the chance you'll have a week or maybe a long vacation time, what kind of place would you usually go to, to spend your "me-time?""

Qi Anmei snickered inside. 'What kind of question is this?!', she thought. "Miss Jing, this time allotted is only for questioning and feed backing regarding my report about Team B's research so far. If you want to question anything about my personal affairs, maybe you could do that after this meeting?" Qi Anmei replied. The rest of the people inside the conference were confused as well. Despite the lack of faith regarding Fan Xifeng's capability, they reserve their actual judgement and further observe.

Witnesding the way Qi Anmei talked to her immediate superior as Fan Xifeng is now officially the team leader of the team she belongs to, they sneered inside, except Cheuk Rongfang who could only heave a sigh. Qi Anmei's display of attitude couldn't help, she turned to Superior Gu to look at his expression and the man's face is indeed, very gloomy.

Fan Xifeng didn't react at all being talked to that way as if it's irrelevant and she replied instead, "Miss Qi, what I'm asking right now is a part of this research. Please calm down and just answer me."

Qi Anmei imaginarily rolled her eyes but she decided to answer, after all, she'll be switching team soon so it's okay, she doesn't need to waste much energy on that ugly woman! "Naturally I will chose somewhere comfortable with scenic views so I could relax but at the same time, I would consider the price…" Qi Anmei paused realizing her stupidity. Isn't this situation quite similar to that a fish being trap by its own mouth?!

Before Qi Anmei could explain her words more, it's too late since Fan Xifeng's line of question fired relentlessly giving Qi Anmei no time to think.

"Right. Somewhere comfortable where you could relax and of course, it should be affordable. Thank you Miss Qi for pointing out our the target location and target consumer of this research. Somewhere far yet accessible and somewhere comfortable and relaxing yet at the same time, affordable for the middle class. Now Miss Qi, please answer, do you know the history of the area where the Li Resort is supposed to be build?"

"It used to be an old hotel. The family that owned it decided to migrate abroad so they put the whole estate for sale." Qi Anmei recovered and quickly answered. Good thing that the ugly woman isn't really that smart and even jumped on another question. She's also thankful that she somehow put effort reading her report last night and this also includes the background of the said area.

"Is that all?" Fan Xifeng asked making Qi Anmei irritated. What else does this ugly woman wants?!

"What do you mean by that Miss Jing?" Qi Anmei asked in an obvious confused manner.

"Your knowledge about the background of that said family hotel, I mean... is that all you know?" Fan Xifeng asked her voice in disbelief! Seriously?! How could this woman be a part of the Research and Development Department?!

"Of course, that's all. There's nothing more to it Miss Jing. I'm sorry but I'm trying to understand you, however, the questions you threw so far is out of my report's scope." Qi Anmei replied, her voice like that of someone trying to understand the other's stupidity, in this case, of Fan Xifeng's "stupidity".

Fan Xifeng heave a sigh, this time, everyone could hear it, even Superior Gu turned to look at her. 'There's no point asking the woman. She should have known when even the report she asked of her from yesterday wasn't delivered.

Realizing that the sigh she made caught everyone's attention, Fan Xifeng decided she should just present her observation in front directly rather than to waste time talking back and fourth with Qi Anmei who Fan Xifeng realized, has no in depth idea about the Li Resort project research!

"May I take some time to directly talk and present my observation so far Supervisor Gu?" Fan Xifeng politely asked towards the superior.

Supervisor Gu first turned to his assistant, Wang Jing to asked something, should be his schedule for the day, Fan Xifeng could guess.

When Wang Jing replied in a low voice, Supervisor Gu then turned to Fan Xifeng with a smile, "Since my schedule for the morning is free, I decided to extend the meeting until launch time. We could use this time for each team to present and since Team B leader Jing Feng is new, I'll give her time to give her discussions and observations regarding the researches of every team. After all, a new perspective is always welcome," Supervisor Gu then looked on his right facing Cheuk Rongfang, "do you agree Team A leader Cheuk?"

Cheuk Rongfang smiled graciously. "What you said is right, Supervisor Gu. I believe that Team B Jing's insights would be very helpful with each team's researches."

Everyone observed Cheuk Rongfang's expression and shrugged off seeing her gracious smile. After all, one is beautiful with capability and the other is really ugly with skills yet to observe so they didn't thought much about this decision Supervisor Gu made.

Confirming she's allowed to speak, Fan Xifeng stood up yet stayed on her original position. "First off, the Li Resort project on first look should gain Fan Enterprise big profits, however as I just mentioned, "On First Look". But…., if we delved deeper on this research, we'll see three major disadvantages on this project much if we go on with it." Fan Xifeng paused for everyone to digest her words before continuing, First is the bad Background. Second is the Location. And third is the Target Consumer."

"Excuse me Miss Jing but what bad background are you talking about?" Qi Anmei from Team B obviously is the only one confused while the rest seemed no longer shock. The members of Team B were also surprised to have realized that one of their team member is actually not aware of this fact!

"Miss Qi please it seems you really haven't studied about this research, surprisingly, it's the research of our team and I only studied it last night. Please listen first, I'll feed your confusion." Fan Xifeng said strictly. She entered her strict work mode. Qi Anmei quietened sensing the imposing aura from the ugly woman, even Superior Gu and Cheuk Rongfang took a second look at Fan Xifeng.

"First, bad Background. Although it's true that the previous owner of the hotel decided to migrate abroad and put the estate on sale however, the real reason is because one of their family member, in fact the patriarch and their family actually committed suicide on the hotel's elevator. It is for the reason that the hotel has been receiving few customers for years now that the cash inflow could no longer sustain the running of the said hotel. This caused for the patriarch who also happened to be the manager's depression and later, he committed suicide.
