Chapter 3: Chance

I walk into the portal with my 4 companions who were with me since our elementary days

and it seems like someday I would see 5 of my other companions... someday

as I walk to the portal inside suddenly I felt a pull and then out of nowhere I was floating in

space but that's not the weird part the weird part is that I was fine and felt a familiarity with it as if home and nothing can hurt me

then out of nowhere the being from earlier suddenly appeared before me he was

standing/floating in front of me towering over me like a titan making me feel insignificant, but then he shrank and stood just my size

then my eyes widen out of shock as right now it was like looking at a mirror only if that mirror

was lying to me as the being has my face then an awkward silence passed and he finally

talks, trying to stop me from staring

"sooo... how's the life on earth prime~?"

with still my eyes widen confused I replied "I-it was fine"

to which he nodded and once again an awkward silence descends against us to which I asked the elephant in the room

"Who are you?"

then he sighed and pointed in my direction, as if not taking the hint I turned around seeing nothing he shouted

"I'M YOU, YOU IMBACIL I AM YOU! And I know you're not an idiot you manipulative psychotic prick "

seeing that he sees right through me, I showed the real expression on my face which was a 'SMILE' a beautiful FERAL SMILE, I only hide this emotion to make myself seem 'normal' but

'I wonder if somethings wrong with me'

as I was thinking I saw that prick smirking at me

to which I shrugged and replied sarcastically

" it takes one to know one..."

and then frowned, sighed, and rubbed his temples

"We both know that you and I are psych-"

to the I argued

"I'm not a psychopath, Bitch. I'm a high-functioning sociopath. Do your research."

his lips twitched

"you stole that from Sherlock Holmes"

"so what sue me"

"tsk... is this why they call me a bitch?"

I rolled my eyes as he mutter something, with that I finally asked

"you said you are me... how?"

he clapped both of his hands and a 3d projector in front of us appeared

"I was bit board, so I thought why not create a me and put it in a universe of the beginning

even though it was prohibited to do that and anyone caught will be punished by sending

them into the void for 100,000,000 years, at first I didn't do it after all I don't want to spend my forever life taken from me even if it's just a speck of it but then a genius idea came 'what I took a part of myself

it's just a speck of me a part of my soul but no powers, or manipulation. etc no nothing"

"and so you tricked the will of the universe or something..." 'So why now as I was about to ask

*ding ding ding* a bell was heard and I looked at my surroundings but saw nothing like I completely forgot I am floating in fucking space

"CORRECT!!! hahahaha, as expected of me~"

"narcissist" I muttered under my breath which he heard by the way, I am not believing that he didn't hear that after all this ass is/was and has lived as he said 'forever' meant infinite

as I was monologing he continued

"but I, us, we, were almost caught~, so I had to improvise" which made me twitch

"so you blow us up!"

he then nodded I was a bit irritated not that I can blame him after all if your sense of life is broken as well as your morals death is just an enmity for you

I sighed and asked

"so where are my friends?"

to which he raised a brow and sarcastically point at me and said

"you...friends.. hah! That the greatest joke in my entire existence since the beginning of time"

to which I scowl and glared at him he replied with a shrugged

"fine, fine, sheesh, never thought I would change with my time around mortals," he said with a sarcastic tone at the end

"they're...there..." He twirled his finger and then pointed

I at a direction and I looked and as if reality bend he said "If I were you I would be careful of the other 5 that weren't with you" but before I can ask him more about what he said

Still confused about what he was saying but knowing that it isn't the time and place for it I forced his warnings at the back of my mind for now

I was now with the people before when we went to the portal and my companions at my

back were staring at a wheel of 'FATE' where different entertainment such as TV shows,

Comics, Animated Series, Manga, and Novels. Fanfics... ETC.
