Chapter 6: Throne

If it was before Amos would be scared witless but after the 5-day ordeal, he came out no longer the scared millennial he was when he crossed over.

He seemed to emanate a sense of confidence, one that a weak 18-year old should not have.

Walking toward the depths of the cave, every step he top seemed to resonate with nature.

His steps grew louder even though his steps covered the same distance, and never broke the certain pattern.

He continued to walk toward the depths of the cave for over 15 minutes.

When he arrived at the end of the cave Amos gapped in shock.

The cave lead to a massive opening that was light up with crystals.

It was a strange sight, when he was one step away all he could see was darkness.

The sudden change from the bleak and dark cave to a massive room filled with crystals embedded in the walls and ceiling that emitted a rainbow light, there were even colors that never existed on earth.

In the middle of the room which had a diameter of around one kilometer stood a throne that was over 100 feet tall.

The throne was felt like it was the most beautiful thing in the world, and it was impossible to look anywhere else except for the throne.

And on the throne, there was something floating above the seat.

It emitted a light that was so bright that Amos who had no cultivation was unable to see it.

It was a drop of golden blood that seemed like it didn't exist in this world but outside of the dimension and space the cave was in.

As Amos walked towards the throne he saw the words on the bottom.

Even though he had never seen before, the meaning of the words was implanted in his brain, most likely Amos will find it impossible to forget it for the rest of his life.

{ Throne of Creation }

Thunder rumbled in Amos' mind forcing him to look away from those ancient words.

Amos gritted his teeth and continued to walk forward.

Climbing up the stairs he could feel the pressure mounting on him with each step.

About halfway up the stairs around step fifty he felt that he couldn't climb any further.

And others from looking at him may think that the stairs were exerting physical pressure on him forcing him to slow down and eventually stop.

But in reality, it was all mental.

Screaming Amos' brain was on the verge of exploding.

All of a sudden the fog that once enshrouded, there existed a Banyan tree around 10 feet in height.

Was it his soul or was it something in there that should never have existed?

Maybe it was from his cross over from Earth?

At that Amos no longer felt the brain-melting, soul-crushing pressure that nearly claimed his life.

All as he continued to climb he could gradually feel the pressure returning, but even when he reached the end the pressure was negligible compared to what he felt at the fiftieth step.

" What was that tree" Amos thought.

While trying to check his consciousness again he was surprised to find that there was no tree there only fog.

" Strange" Amos no longer dwelled on it anymore, he felt that it would show up again and he wouldn't need to worry about it until then.

When Amos was near the throne he realized that he breathing according to rhythm mentioned in the All-Encompassing Breath technique.

He didn't know when he started using it, but since it helped him instead of hurting him he no longer bothered himself with it.

As he Amos was a mere foot away from the Throne of Creation he was surprisingly calm,

he was so calm that it was unnerving.

So calm that if the Earth ended at this moment, his facial expression wouldn't change in the slightest.

Amos was too calm.
