"I'm sorry about James," he said. He apologized to me about his friend, and he said he promised James wouldn't do that again. "He likes to take the jokes too far," he said. "I'm sorry," He told me. I can't believe what he said to me, but I am over it already.

"My name is Malachi," he said with a smile as he introduced himself. "Your name?" Malachi said, drawing his attention to the part where he told me his name. His eyes then shine in the blue moonlight. Even though he had green eyes, they were bright.

"It's Eve," I said. "ah, see, was that hard to say," he said with a smile. "how funny... Haha," I said, smiling. "How is the party?" he said with a laugh.

"This is my first time at a party, and it's pretty interesting. I'll say with how it went," I said. "I'm glad I'm here," Malachi said with a flirty smile. He was pleased to be here so that he can make this night better for me. I can't help but stare at his smile.
