The Circus
The group leaves the void to find everyone but Keem have left the waiting area. "So, I guess we should practice for this tournament huh" proposed Ramui. "Yay, but we still need one more person" replied Aisha. "A death seeker clan ninja was interested in joining" states Keem. "Great, where are they?" Zemeki asked. "They left with the rest of the Death Seekers after she couldn't find you" Keem responds. "We could go look for her if she's still interested" proposed Zemeki. "I can handle it by myself" replied Ramui "You can go train or something" "Wouldn't it be better if we all go?" Zemeki responds. "If we go we have to be back in 3 days" Aisha adds. "... fine but we'll have to be very careful" said Ramui "I ran into the Child of Continuity around these parts" "You mean Bokosincharo?!" asked Keem "He's here?!" "It's a long story" said Zemeki as the group begins to explain to Keem about the Children and shit.
Keem, Ramui, Aisha, Zemeki and Joey ride out toward the Death Seeker Clan's hide out. As they travel they find no signs of Bokosincharo anywhere but cover there tracks just in case. It's getting dark, but the gang would need to catch up to the Death Seekers soon or risk not being able to return in time for the event. As they begin to slow down to take a rest they spot someone from the sole survivor clan in the distance. They may be getting close so they attempt to catch up with the ninja. They see the ninja disappear into a clearing and when they turn the corner they see a large red and white striped tent with flashing lights saying cirque du meurtre. "We don't have time, lets keep going" stated Zemeki. A man in a tall black hat pops out of the tent "Come one, come all" he moves his cane to the tent entrance "Whatever your looking for I'm sure you'll find it here" Keem replies "We're good" Aisha approached "I love the circus!" The man twirls his large moustache "Allies await you inside, all you need do is reach out and touch them" Zemeki says "That's sus bro"
The teams ready themselves for the event. Jeffro continuelly challenges Enway to duels throughout the day to his annoyance. "You never give up now do you?" said Enway as he is about to get struck from behind. Enway grabs his leg but Jeffro quickly punches him in the face 3 times, Enway grabs the fourth one.
"Ready... Fight" said the Wave as a blindfolded ninja dude gets attacked from all sides, he fights off each attack perfectly, deflecting and using enemy misteps to counter themselves.
The Emerald Warrior Clan is chilling on a shaded porch "What do you think about the competition?" asks a ninja "Don't really care" replied the Emerald Warrior "If your asking how you all will fair, your screwed" "But you can beat them right?" asked the ninja "That's right" he reponded "the only one who might be a challenge is that Arcada Kid, what was his name?" "I think it was Z-Co sir"
Aisha quickly entered inside and the rest followed. Royalty free carnival music can be heard playing all around. "So where are these allies you talked about" asks Ramui but the moustache man is nowhere to be seen. "Sit down the shows about to start" says someone in the seats. Lights are in the center stage as a miniature car drives into the center and 5 clowns get out. The first pulls out a sticky note from there pocket and clears their throat "What's black and blue and red all over?" she asked. The clowns have bloodshot eyes and the veins on the one speaking are clearly visible. "What?" people from the audience reply. "My ex-husband" she says as she rolled up the sticky note and sniffed it. "I don't think thats what..." responds another clown. She pulls some broken glass out of her pocket and attempts to slash at the other clowns. "OOh" states Ramui "So a circus is like the fighting tournament we're in" "Not really" says Keem "Well are we done?" Keem turns to the group to find they are missing.
"Damn I knew this would happen" says Zemeki as he finds himself tied to a chair with a beartrap behind his head. A TV turns on in front of him "Do you want to play a game?" said the guy at the entrance but he's wearing a dollar store halloween mask with the tag still on. "What's your plan?" Zemeki asks "I place you in a life or death scenerio and you'll die or any problem your struggling with will be cured" he responds. "I don't think thats how that works" Zemeki said looking for a way out.
Aisha wakes up in a hallway and see's the ninja from before step on a pressure plate and the walls yeet together crushing him. She hears a voice coming from a speaker behind her "Here are your options live or die" "How could you" she states "A circus is supposed to entertain people not kill them" "I have never killed anyone" he says "I simply place people in rooms full of death traps that may be related to their personal lives" "... Isn't that murder though?" "People kill themselves by failing to stop my deathtraps in time"
Keem rolls through an audience member finding out they are all ghosts. *Beep Beep* they hear the car run at them and they dodge out of the way. Hundreds of crack fiends pour out of the car "I'll hold them off" states Ramui as they strike at him with various sharp objects. Keem nods and goes to look for the others. As he roams the halls trying to find Aisha and Zemeki he notices he is being followed. Keem turns around to see a mime also turned around.
