I was just chilling out in my room

When dad called me.

"Amy we need to talk. " Through his eyes, I can tell whatever he is going to tell me isn't good.

" Is everything okay? Dad? "

"I have something important to tell you. I know you are not going to accept this, but it's for your protection. " His words failed to hide his nervousness.

"Dad, you are scaring me. What happened? "

"You know about the attack, I think you are not safe here anymore. We have a mole in our pack"

"So what Dad, are you gonna send me out, where are you taking me? "

"Alpha Alex's home"It wasn't something I expected that Dad would suggest to me to live with my ex-mate.

I think Dad didn't want me to ask anything further as he left before I can reply to him.

However, I'm really confused, why does he want to keep me in his house. Is he just wanna protect me for Dad, or he wants to protect me as mates do.

I dialled her number.

I jumped into his bed, hit the back of his head. And pulled out his hair and did the same with Emma too.

That's when I realized I ran away without any support. yuppie. My leg is perfectly alright now.

"Dad told us to leave you alone for few hours, well I don't know why"

Zander told me.

I looked at Emma, she is trying to make a serious look but was failing miserably, at last she laughed out loud.

"Guys I'm leaving"

"Hahahaha Ha" They were both laughing hard.

"Amy, ok that was a good start. It's funny. Well what was that you want to tell us"

They were both laughing like mad people.

"I'm not joking. I'm leaving in few hours. "

I'm starting to get irritated.

Deep silence flooded the room.

" Why? "

Emma asked me. Her eyes started tearing up.

"Where? And why am I hearing this now? "

"Dad wants me to go to Alex's pack. He will come to pick me up in the evening.

" The hell you are going with him. You are not leaving. I won't let you go"

I know he is angry from the way his eyes is switching from blue to black.

Zander yelled out and picked up Emma and left the room.

I quickly unlocked the door.

I wish I could just stay here. But I just don't wanna make Dad worried about me. If he thinks I will be safe with Alex then it's okay. But I'm gonna make his life living hell.

"We are getting late, get in the car"

He was already in the car, waiting for me to enter.

I quickly glanced at my parents and got in the car.
