"Is he back"? I heard Rumi say before opening my eyes and standing straight up.

I see him walking past my room through the hallway.

"Where were you last night" he asks with a scowl after doubling back.

"I found a woman" I replied telling the truth and a lie.

Rumi rolls his eyes.

"Come with me" he says.

We both followed after him towards the Royal district.

The divide started with the large tower that unlike the mages had vegetation growing on the side and dirt accumulating where grass is supposed to be.

We reached a large three story log and brick building.

It had smoke rising from its many chimneys and a red roof made of wood and clay.

When we entered the aroma nearly gave Yuit and I a seizure.

It smelled like applewood smoke bacon.

The whole place was wide with glass windows something I rarely see in this world.

Small round tables with red and yellow drapes are scattered around giving plenty of room to the guests if they had any.
