"So, what do you want to talk about?" Rito, who had fought in the shadow eminence world, sensed something off about Mikado sensei as soon as she sat down on her chair and realized that the woman in front of him was not just a regular doctor from outer space.

Rito could also sense that Mikado sensei's calm aura had spread throughout the entire room.

"Mikado sensei, I do not know, but I happened to have met an exterrestrial life form, and one of the girls is staying in my home."

It was a straightforward plan to portray Beta as an alien who had accidentally become lost on Earth due to a space crack or other event that had brought her here.

This was not entirely a lie, however, as the system had in fact used that ability to bring us here.

As Mikado was listening to Rito discuss Beta, she was compelled to ask if she could speak with Beta later and to promise to make arrangements for her identity.

"Yes! I will bring her here, and thank you for everything, Mikado sensei." Rito finally exited the medical room after speaking with Mikado.

He thanked her, but Mikado only smiled and shook her head because there was not much to show for her efforts.

She was surprised to learn that their son had contact with an alien lifeform, so she reasoned that she should try to get in touch with them before things got out of hand.

"Beta! Can you come here for lunch? Yes! It will be up to you now, plus you can talk with Mikado sensei and remember things we had talked about."

After ending the call, Rito hurried back to his class, which had not yet begun, and took his seat as he looked out the window and considered how today would be a busy day for him because he also needed to find some clothes for Beta and there were other things he needed to buy for her.

Rito, however, was unaware that, with his action of contacting Mikado sensei, much trouble was beginning to revolve around him as the center of it all.

As the classes came to an end, Rito got up from his seat and walked over to Yui, who was carrying some heavy objects. Rito grinned as he walked over to assist Yui, and this time Yui did not object because she had begun to have a little more faith in Rito this morning.

Rito's kind actions and kind nature have already helped Yui realize that there are good people in the world who are also kind, even though it was the first time she had to accept a boy in addition to her brother.

"Thank you, Yuki-kun."

Rito was shocked as Yui muttered while moving, even though he believed that Yui had previously thanked him in a low voice.

'Maybe I am imaging too much; how can Yui from To-love Ru, thank Rito.' Rito smiled and just shook his head.

Mikan called Rito and asked him to bring a few items because she was inviting Mahiru over today and planning to throw Beta a party as well.

She had also decided to make a hot pot to celebrate the occasion.

"Okay! I will bring them on my way; is there anything else for me to do, my princess?" Rito joke, where Mikan on the other side blushed and bit her lips in annoyance, as she could imagine Rito laughing on the other side.

"Okay, brother, now that I have recorded this call voice, I would like to send it to mother and father to let them see how much Big Brother has started to love his sister, sis-con."

In the end of it, it was Rito who was blackmailed to bring pastries for her and could only agree with that little prankstar on the other side.

Rito smiled as he walked toward the park, crossed it to the other side, and began to walk toward his house after finishing up his shopping at the convenience store. He was looking forward to seeing Shiina again today.

'Hmm!' Rito's mind began to race as an impending threat suddenly materialized from behind him.

His mana immediately entered the hero card, but he was only able to materialize his sword, and, using the Sword God Style slash, he twisted his body and slashed a black figure that was only about 50 cm from his head.

The black object's remains crashed to the ground by the side of the road, leaving a large pile of debris and numerous cracks throughout the area as evidence of the force it exerted.

Rito's current vision did not allow him to see where that attack came from, but he was certain that its purpose—to kill him with such savage force—was to do so.

'It look like a rotation blade weapon, like shuriken, but it is not shuriken and is more complicated and advanced then shuriken-making technology of this world.'

The weapon's appearance allowed Rito to make some educated guesses, but he was unable to identify his adversary based solely on the appearance of the weapon.

In addition, as Rito walked to pick up the weapon, he noticed that its material was currently very heavy and was undoubtedly made of earth.

'Aline tech, plus it is related to Mikado sensei, so I can only take a guess.'

Rito was unaware of how difficult Mikado sensei's existence on Earth was given that she is one of the best surgeons and doctors in space and that numerous space organizations as well as other supernatural organizations are keeping an eye on her for the same reason.

The majority of the supernatural groups in the area were alerted to the boy's sudden entry because he knew she was an alien and even had contact with other aliens.

One of the few irresponsible groups even made contact by attacking.

'Hmm, they are the first ones to make a move, right? Then, I have all the right to exercise the self-defense mode, I guess.'

Rito's eyes flashed with a terrifying glint as he regarded the weapon by the side of the road.

If those cretins were to reappear in the near future, he was considering using all of his strength the next time to exact revenge.

"After all, I can't let them touch anyone beside me, and they will serve as a good example for others to make sure that they do not come to mess with me."

Rito left the area while muttering under his breath.

He quickly returned home with all the groceries and discovered Mikan and Shiina working together while Beta was watching television.

"Thank you; can you wait for us?"

After speaking with Beta, who had already obtained her ID proof, Rito went to his room, sat down in front of the computer, and finally opened the keyboard to begin typing once more. At this point, his thoughts began to wander back to the previous incident.

So, after removing the system screen, he examined the various items and discovered something that he might require; consequently, he purchased five of them in the same color.

After finishing his shopping for the items he would need, he started to consider how he would present them to the girls he knew and came up with a brilliant idea.

After that, he left the room and went downstairs to find that they had almost finished the cooking and were waiting for him.

He sat down with them all and looked at Mikan, who was clearly enjoying himself while chatting with Beta and Mahiru.

Rito could tell why she was already so chubby with Mahiru, who was like a senior to Mikan, because the two of them seemed to be somewhat similar on a few notes.

"Yeah, right! I remember something, Mikan, Beta, and Mahiru; I had gotten something; I would like to give it to you guys."

As he spoke, Rito pulled out two identical bracelets that, despite looking exactly the same, had really beautiful designs and a silvery sheen.

"These are bracelets made for religious belief and had a meaning of safety and protection, so when I was given them as a gift, I could not bring them away and thought of you guys and wanted to give them two days ago."

Rito caught Mahiru's attention, and she noticed a small flush on her face.

However, she struggled to accept this behavior from a boy as she watched him give the items to Mikan and Beta, who were their sister and cousin.

"Sorry, it is like a gift, and there is no other meaning; since we have met and are acquaintances now, I want it to protect you at the time of your need, that's all."

Rito attempted to explain his approach after observing Mahiru's reaction, and Shiina eventually nodded and accepted it in order to ensure that she would not disrespect Rito's feelings about defending her.

Rito's guild and system screen allowed Beta to see that Rito's sense of protecting them was genuine, so she laughed as she gave him the impression that she was applauding him for doing his best before changing the subject to lighten the atmosphere.
