As Jake headed home after his classes for the day, he was filled with thoughts of Haewon.

He contemplated calling her but reasoned it would be best he called her before retiring to bed at night.

So, instead of a call, he opted for a text. [Hey, beautiful! I hope you got home safely and have had something to eat. Take care of yourself, and don't get in trouble. I'm on my way home.]

He smiled when he pictured the smile that would be on Haewon's face when she read his text.

He chuckled as he thought about how innocent and lovely her face looked whenever he stared at her or said something sweet to her. She was so easy to please.

As he approached his apartment, he suddenly began to feel anxious, and he couldn't help but wonder why.

He didn't have to wonder for too long because the moment he got to his door, he realized it was open.

He didn't need to be told who was in his apartment. It was his grandmother.
