"Now that we are alone, you can drop the act. You don't expect me to fall for your bullshit like Haewon, do you?" He asked, and she frowned.

"What bullshit? Do you think I made that all up? Didn't you see things for yourself when you came? How can you imagine that I would lie about something like that? Do you think I am that evil?" She asked, trying to sound hurt, and Jake laughed humorlessly.

"You are such a terrible actress, Lottie," He said with a shake of his head, and she scowled, hating how he called her Lottie in such a mocking way.

"And to answer your question. No. I don't THINK you are that evil. I KNOW for a fact that you're evil. You're such an evil genius to have pulled off something like that. But unfortunately for you, nothing gets past me. Especially not your poor acting skills. Haewon can buy all of it, but not me," He said, and Charlotte sighed exasperatingly.
