Preparation Pt:1

"You want me to do what!" "I want you to give me 8 starchips so that I can become a finalist."

"Why do you think I'll agree to that." "Well I could force you or I'll make it worth it for you, I own a powerful card it's called Icarus Attack and it works extremely well with your Harpie lady deck.

If you give me the 8 starchips required I'll give this card and another card I've obtained that would work beautifully in your deck."

"Why are you so confident in me being able to get you starchips." "Well your one of the most powerful duelists here and unlike your fake psychic powers mine are real how else would I be able to beat you at a card guessing game agianst your aroma filled cards."

"You cheated!" "and so did you so your point is invalid but I seek to help you to help me. With that I'll upgrade your deck and you'll give me starchips then if your up to it you can be apart of my plan."

"Fine but don't ask anything of me after this." "Good then."

10 minutes Later

"When are you going to leave!" "What? this is a nice room can't I stay I promise I won't do anything wierd." "NO!" "Fine then be like that, I'll leave.

Room 021

"Mission accomplished! now that I've got Mai on my side I don't have to worry about dueling and revealing my cards to Pegasus the only worrying thing is that Pegasus will probably send his eliminators after me but with multiple spirits on my side hiding is going to very easy.

'Now all I need to do is wait until we get to duelist kingdom and then I'll be able to complete my second recruitment. The american man himself Bandit Keith and with him and his lackeys of Bonz and Zygor I'll be able to get some decent duelists on my side.'

"Hey boss man what are we doing now that we've got Mai?" I turn to see a normally quiet spirit Dream Clown asking me a question. "Well my friend we will then follow Bandit Keith and Bonz to their little hideout in a cave, then I will go to Bandit Keith and show him a card he can't resist. The Burning Barrel Dragon and while he probably won't be able to feel it the card is almost ready to become a spirit but once it does so he'll know that his luck went up plus even if I can use this card its not in my interest to."

'Barrel Dragon in my past world was one of the fun but weak boss monsters of early Yu-gi-oh but here it's very strong for this era as it's ATK is 2800 and it's DEF is 2000 and it has the effect of once per turn it can lower it's ATK points by 700 to flip 3 coins and destroy cards on the field with every heads on the coins and if a monster is destroyed with this effect deal damage equal to its level x100. This card is unaffected by trap cards. Immunity to traps and a target destruction effect isn't bad for these times, thought the only thing on my mind is why is Pegasus making such powerful cards.

Like Pegasus didn't make such strong cards in the original yet he's making all these cards that make the ones in the original look like jokes. Like Starship Cannon and Tri-horned Dragon they're so much stronger than in my orginal world and the original Yu-gi-oh world its not even funny.'

"After I finish my plan Bandit Keith will probably challenge me, I hope I won't need to take control of him with a shadow game but even if I don't I'll probably get Burning Barrel Dragon back since he would most likely challenge me during battle city.

I hope I can keep Bonz and maybe Zygor under me without having to go that far and hopefully I don't have to make Bandit Keith a mindless doll and just have it be that I keep his soul and make it so that he doesn't challenge me again."

"So thats the plan huh?" I look and see another spirit look at me, a newer one The Unhappy Girl. "Oh I don't think we've meet hello and its nice to finally talk with you." "No you've talked with me before I'm just in a different form." I watch as The Unhappy Girl turns into The Unhappy Maiden and while they look similar their demeanor shifts.

The Unhappy Girl had a more warm aura and had shorter hair and her presence felt more at ease, while The Unhappy Maiden has longer hair with her dress becoming more ragged and her aura dimming heavily.

"So your the same spirit but in different cards?" "Well sort of my personality changes and my Ka shifts but it's more of flipping the same coin then two similar looking coins." "Ok I understand, so your energy or Ka changes and since for spirits Ka is essentially your being your personality shifts making 2 different cards.

Well then I have another question what has to happen in order to change a spirits Ka?" "Well multiple things could happen such as a spirit harmed lowering their power and changing their form or a spirit gaining power. Or a spirit could forge a new allegiance gaining power bestowed apon it and changing their name and Ka."

"Wow that actually makes a lot of sense." 'In both the original Yu-gi-oh and my world retrains happened often which gave old cards new names and new effects or atributes like Man Eater Bug to Mimicking Man Eater Bug.'

"Damn its already nearly 12, I think duelist kingdom starts at around 10am so I should be getting to bed by now. Thanks for telling me this Unhappy Maiden or Unhappy Girl whichever you want me to call you."
