Father and son

- Twelve years later -

Hiro is already in high school and is close with numerous friends and has been apart from Nobuyuki. Because of the busy schedules and he had a two month break Yuki decided to go have fun with Hiro because he's a teenager and he knows he'll get along with him. Therefore, recently their father had a private meeting at Los Angeles coming up but he's too sick to come since Naoko is now the Ceo of his company. The father asked for Nobuyuki's guidance, Naoko was flustered, he was already at marriageable age but Yuki's always by his side. Yuki was honored to, but suddenly appeared in his mind of Mitsuya to spill out his reason for not coming with him although he didn't promise Mitsuya for anything he wants but they rarely see each other for straight days already so he wanted to take this chance to repay. -

" Dad, I have an excuse..I can't join Naoko's trip to LA because I planned to spend my day off with my son "

" Aha- Hmm..", Their Father Michio deeply thought.

" It's okay brother you don't need to come I can do it by myself~ "

" What do you think, Dad? " [ Glance ]

" Come join with him I'll send Hiro too so he can also experience out of the country, oh and by the way not to mention he just got his report card I didn't see it because he said he wanted to let you see first Nobuyuki "

" Dad...."

-He ran as fast as he could, because he thought Hiro was despot and depressed but surely he was happy that he wanted to see him too. -

" Hiro!! Daddy is here! ". Quickly opens the door.

" D- dad?! when d-did you come? "

" I'm here now actually your grandpa told me you wanted to see me.. " [ inhaled exhale ]

" U-umm..." [ Nods ]

" How are you doing lately you've been popular at school, you know what when I was at your age and your Uncle Naoko we're so popular that girls even fall for us in just one glance " [ LOL ]

[ Nobuyuki's POV : ]

Hmm..? I didn't tell a story of my past didn't I?

" Son? Are you... still meeting your Mom? " He gulps.

- Hiro turned around because he didn't want to hurt him or feel abandoned or even make Nobuyuki himself feel like a terrible father, and for not looking at him. So as he confronted his Dad, he had a serious look on his face and Yuki was confused. -

" W-wh... y-you are? seeing her? "

" So...? I wanted to see her by myself. No one forced me, I was the one who forced Grandma to ask for her number.. "

" Ah... I thought you'd abandon me.. I was thinking wrong.. ha.. ha... I'm sorry Son.. "

" That's why.. I'm trying to find a way to have a conversation with you Dad because I don't want you to know about this from anyone but me, I planned to talk about what we do together and what she'd said and deliver the message to you right now.. "

- He smiled, but he felt bitterness, Haru, his Mom who'd abandoned her because of the past but now wanting and craving for love and support because even Nobuyuki gave him everything he can, he was always dumbfounded that he needs a mother. Without a mother there's nothing he feels incompleteness to his heart and mind and he'll never get inspiration or maybe ruin his mind of thinking and go to miserable life.

Nobuyuki didn't want that to happen, it's actually Hiro who doesn't want to meet Haru, so he'd stop letting him meet her when he's still a child.

But now the pain in the past came back and it's doubled, the reason is he's scared, Haru might manipulate him and say something bad about him and change what happened in the past to the opposite.

Hiro was confused but tried to look more on Yuki's situation. He's having a deep anxiety, so he quickly embraced him.

and said, -

" Dad I won't leave you! Whatever she does, whatever she says about bad or something worse I won't believe her because you're my Dad you've always put me first, don't look down on yourself.. I'm- I'm sorry... Dad please raise your head I'm just meeting her because I was bored and.. and..."

" Nothing Has left "

"..... huh?..."

" You know what she does to us right? She hurt you, abused you and even made me feel more miserable because of what she's doing. You're a smart kid of course you're my son but whenever you smile or make expressions it reminisces her face you resemble her appearance heh... Hiro.... your Dad loves you so... so... "

" Dad... no need to be afraid.. " He saw him shaking.

" Dad! you're shaking, Uncle Naoko!!! "

- Runs to the bedroom and Naoko is shocked. Yuki passed out for the moment, Hiro felt deeply guilty of what he did. But the whole family said it was fine. He did nothing wrong, it's Nobuyuki's self panicking even though he knows his limit, it can't be helped.

Yuki's at the hospital, waiting for him to wake up. Someone's walking towards them and Hiro's looking down and saw long hair touching his haggard face. -

" M-mom? what're you doing here"

" I heard Yuk- your Dad passed out.. "

" Ha-Haru? " Kazue, Yuki and Naoko's mom, confused , asked.

" Ah... Mothe- Ms. Miyazono.. " She bowed.

" Why are you here?! " Naoko walked angrily.

What's this bitch going around here at the time of brother's suffering?!

Now I see, it said in the newspaper she's had a successful project that the product can finally be used by numerous people and she's selling it to all stores..! Heh.... that'll be fine but as I heard..she's having a ceremony and paparazzi's there.. and might show my brother up there..!

- They went outside to talk because they saw Yuki giggling with Haru and might having a good time with her -

" Naoko-san Mom mustn't used... magic on him? "

- Hiro accidentally overhear Haru's words to him, and trying to get his attention, even Haru's already at the age of menopause she'd take advantage on Yuki, so Hiro was worried at this state he wanted to call Naoko but it might be too late before Haru starts to do lavish things. -

Shit!!! What am I supposed to do? If I interrupt right now..! I'll be... Dad will be mad...? th-then Dad will... be back in Mom's arms again.. I knew what she's doing but right here in the hospital doing boldish things... Now that's the reason Uncle Naoko didn't explain much further.... because of right now what I'm hearing... there's no choice but to-

- He heard Nobuyuki shout. -

" Haru...!!! until when you're gonna stop this trick huh? " Yuki pushed Haru away from him.

- Nobuyuki was in an awkward situation but still even so, he looked at Hiro smiling and laughing. He's having a good time along with friends and other families. Yuki felt warmth and freedom in his heart, besides that before Hiro's birthday came Haru's in prison and while she's there she asked Yuki to go to Rokuro's house for her gift. It was an enormous and extravagant present she bought for him. Instead, he'd invited Rokuro since he's a family too. Everyone at the party was not toxic, and so Yuki might not be the main character of that particular day, but he'd cry a lot in the moment of cheering and blessings. The man who'd suffered twice past then present, and has been seen by his own son, being thoughtful to himself everyday if his own son doesn't love him anymore. He'd also prayed for his first child daughter in heaven, Akira in the past. Now that Hiro knows that he has a sister, both of them are finally going together to visit her when they have time. -
