68 The Sorcerer is Different

The sun was slowly setting when XueYa halted in his tracks. He had finally reached the low archway leading to his and LiangLin's sleeping quarters.

This wasn't good, he was too riled up to see LiangLin. The snake was already wary of him. If he lost his temper out of jealousy now, it would just ruin everything he was working for.

Their mating wouldn't be completed properly if LiangLin wasn't willing and eager to be pinned down by him. XueYa hoped LiangLin would willingly give into him eventually, but this approach of respecting one's lover seemed to be a one way ticket to the hell of permanent blue balls.

XueYa glanced at the low stone wall before he let out a heavy sigh and turned away. Let LiangLin have some alone time, while XueYa went to search for more information on fated mates. He really didn't want to feel this irritated over the matter of mates, he hadn't paid it much thought until now.
