Kirishima Vs TetsuTetsu

As Present Mic introduced them, both walked up to each other, shaking hands, before going back to their respective places.

Midnight, seeing the two confirm their readiness, raised her whip and swung down, "Begin!"

"Alright!" Tetsu-Tetsu grinned, transforming into Steel. Eijiro is also going bulletproof.

Both ran towards each other and clashed their fists. It caused a spark as Eiji punched him in the face. Tetsutetsu staged before charging back in. "I felt nothing!"

He lied as he swung back, his iron fist smashing into Eiji's face.

-Bam!

'Huh, I don't feel it. He grinned and countered with a jab and a sidekick. "Not even a scratch!"

He shouted and closed the gap, launching blow after blow of jabs and uppercuts. Tetsutetsu was stumbling back. "So many punches! So fast!" He was being forced to block with his arms and was being pushed back.

'I see an opening!' He took a jab in the face, swinging his left arm, but before his fist could connect, another swing came from the left.

-BAM!

It sent him rolling to the side. He got up, coughing. "I left myself open," Eiji said, turning to him, "and you fell for it."

In all honesty, Eiji, with Bulletproof and Flexi Harden on top, could finish this fight in one or three blows. He was rather using this as experience.

[Class 1A stands]

"Yeah, beat his ass, Eiji!" Mina cheered, standing next to the others.

"How many times has Tetsutetsu been hit? I kind of lost count," Sero muttered. It feels like Eijiro's not going all out."

"You're wrong," Midoriya said. He's analysing Tetsutetsu's attack pattern," he said, watching as Eiji ducked and blocked a blow from his iron foe and threw his punch at the same time as Tetsutetsu clashed in sparks.

"So his strategy is to understand his opponent and figure out a viable tactic," Iida commented, tilting his glasses. "He truly is capable."

-Bam! -Bam! -Skr!

Their exchange of blows was slowly ending. Tetsutetsu was slowly getting exhausted. 'What is this guy!?' He thought, looking over to Eijiro, who showed no sign of slowing down.

"This was great man, but I have to finish it now." Eijiro gave a sharky grin and clutched his fists.

'Level 2 hardening Blastproof! And Flexi hardens on top!' He grunted his body hardening and getting stronger than before. Blastproof was the new name he gave Level 2, hardening the step between bulletproof and unbreakable.

His muscles hardened, not knowing what was going to happen. Tetsutetsu gulped, knowing he had lost the man, and smiled, pushing his iron to the limit. "Bring it on!"

He smashed his fists together as Eiji closed the gap in an instant. 'He's fast!' Tetsutetsu barely saw it as Eiji reeled his arms back. Tetsutetsu crossed his chest to block.

-Crack! -BAM!

The ground cracked slightly underneath the pressure in the next moment. Tetsutetsu went flying out of the ring and into the wall!

-Boom!

He was embedded in the wall, and his quirk was giving out. He fell to the ground, unconscious. In terms of Eiji's strength and endurance, he outclassed him.

"The winner is Eijiro of class 1A!" Midnight announced that the crown cheered for him.

He smiled, gave a wave to his class, and stepped out of the ring. He walked over to Tetsutetsu, who, regaining consciousness, saw Eijiro approach him.

"Heh, I lost. I guess I wasn't strong enough, huh?" He said this, looking up.

"You did great," he said, offering his hand.

Tetsutetsu chuckled, grabbing it. "Next time, it'll be different."

Both moved their hands up into an arm-wrestling handshake, activating their quirks. "I'm looking forward to it!" Eiji grinned excitedly.

"So manly~" Midnight cooed as many in the crowd cheered further for the two.

"Eiji, you were awesome, and that punch, too, was powerful." Mina gave him a thumbs-up as he sat next to her.

"Yeah, man, you rocked it out there." Sero smiled.

"Thanks, but now we've got to focus."

They nodded as the last match of the first bracket, Bakugo vs. Ochako, was about to begin.

"Damn, this is tough to watch," Kaminari said.

"Mn," Eiji said nothing, examining Bakugo every time Ochako charged, maintaining low gravity as he blasted her. She sent rubble up with her quirk.

Slowly, the crowd hissed at Bakugo for being too harsh. The others looking around shared a bit of worry. But Eiji looked up and grinned.

"It's alright, guys," Eijiro all said, looking confused at him. "Look up, Eijiro said, one by one, their eyes widening.

'Uraraka's spirit never wavered in the face of the impossible. That's what makes her a great hero.'

"Go for it, Ochako!" They cheered Eiji felt their enthusiasm but gave a bitter smile as Bakugo raised his hands.

-Spark! -BOOM!

It was Bakugo's win, but the crowd still cheered for both of them. After that, however, the quarterfinal round was about to begin. The first match was Midoriya vs. Todoroki.

Eiji went down with Mina to support him. Placing a hand on his shoulder, Eiji gave a convincing smile.

"You can do this, Midoriya. Use everything you've learned and help him."

"Wait, how did you?"

"I overheard him and Endeavour talk, and knowing how he rejects his left side, I can tell you want him to accept his quirk of who he wants to be."

"Mn!" Midoriya gave a shaky smile, ready to go out. The presenter called both of them out. The battle was soon to begin.

"Do you think he can win?" Mina asked as they got back to the stands.

"Hmm... no. But it doesn't mean he won't try."

Ochako and Iida watched, with Ochako tilting his glasses in thought.

The fight began, and Midoriya charged ahead with one for all at 2%. He was fast enough to dodge the incoming ice and get close enough to flick with his finger.

"He's hurting himself again," Ochako said, "but he's able to control his quirk to move around; why not when attacking?"

She commented as Midoriya dashed up close. Todoroki reacted, ready to send his ice, but the flick pushed them back.

"He can only use a small portion of his power without hurting himself, but the amount needed to fight against and break the ice is more than he can handle," Eiji answered for her as they watched.

-Bam!

Midoriya flicked his fingers. He was running out, but to his advantage, Todoroki's ice was getting slower.

"Hah, I think this should be enough. Thank you, Midoriya; you can stop now. Your fingers are all broken, so there's no point in you fighting back." Todoroki breathed out an icy breath and shot his ice towards Midoriya.

'He's shivering!' He gritted his teeth, pouring all he could into his broken finger. "Where do you think you're looking?"

-BACK!

He used his broken finger.

"He did it, damn," Eiji said, surprised. He watched as Midoriya called out to Todoroki.

"Everyone's giving everything they've got there doing it so they can get that much closer to victory! You think you can win by using half your power, but you haven't put a single scratch on me! Didn't you hear Eijiro say If you want to get to the top, then come at me with everything you've got?"

Todoroki glanced towards Eijiro, who stood up and said, "Don't stop Midoriya!"

"Words of encouragement from Eijiro! Is this the turning point that'll spur Midoiya to go beyond?"

Midoriya grinned and charged Todoroki, doing the same, but his movements got sluggish as he jumped. Midoriya landed a powerful blow on him, sending him back.

'What is happening? Is this my father's doing? Why is he going so far?' He was at a loss for words, no matter how close he got to the amount of ice he launched. Midoriya kept coming back.

"It's your power, not his!" He shouted. And as expected, his words reached the ice boy's heart.

-Fwoosh!

He summoned his flame as the growing heat spread to everyone in the stadium. "I'm going to be a hero!"

"He used it!" Iida said.

"But now the fight is decided," Eiji grinned seeing the flames come out, hew as happy for Todoroki, 'the first step is always the hardest.'

Eiji breathed in as Todoroki attacked with the sheer force of his flames, and Midoriya, using one-for-all, got close to him and clashed, destroying the ring.

-BOOM!

They destroyed the ring in an enormous explosion. Smoke filled the entire place as it disappeared. Everyone watched Todoroki. He stood, half his shirt burned. And across from him, Midoriya is on the ground.

"Todoroki wins!" Midnight announced, "We'll be taking a brief break to rebuild the ring."

"We have to go check on Midoriya," Ochako said, getting up immediately.

"Hang on, I'm coming too," Iida said.

Eiji also got up and followed along with Mina, Tsuyu, and Mineta. Everyone went down to support him.

"You guys blew up the ring, so we're taking a break to rebuild it," Eijiro said.

"Oh, thanks for coming, guys; I appreciate it." Midoriya gave a weak smile as his arms and legs broke.

Everyone was supportive except Mineta, who called him scary and demeaningly said no hero would want him as a sidekick. Their stay wasn't long, as the recovery girl pushed them out for his surgery.

"Eijiro, good luck with Bakugo," Midoriya called, meeting his eye. Eiji grinned and gave a thumbs-up.

Eijiro made it back up to the stands, and time flowed as his fight came closer still. He watched the other battles, Iida vs. Shiozaki and Mina vs. Tokoyami, go as expected.

"Ah man, I can't believe I lost," Mina sighed, leaning against her seat.

"Aw, don't be upset. Every setback is an opportunity to get better!" Eiji smiled, blasting her with support. They were in the waiting room, waiting for Present Mic to call him and Bakugo out.

"Sigh, yeah, but how are you feeling?" She asked, "You're going up against Bakugo after all."

"Honestly, I'm nervous, but I'm going to give it my all!" He patted his chest, blowing steam out of his nose.

"Hihi, spirited like always, huh? Then I'll be rooting for you. I'll be sure you can hear me!" She gave him a pat on the back and said, "I believe in you; you can make it to the top."

She said with a warming smile that he was stunned by her honesty and chuckled about saying something back, but Present Mic's voice boomed out of the speakers.

He shook his head and thanked her before leaving. He stood proud and strong, knowing that he was going to change destiny.
