The Beast Titan

(A/N: Do check if there are any mistakes. I read it over a lot, but I always seem to miss a few...hahahaha...haaaa...)

Following Lafitte's Vivre card's direction, they were soon led to an open grassy plain. Far off in the distance they could see Lafitte flying in the sky, his wings flapping quickly as he was dodging projectiles coming towards him. Some of those projectiles would be rocks, trees and debris. Occasionally, a small titan was thrown towards him, making it a bit harder to dodge as the titan was purposely swinging its arms towards him in an attempt to grab him.

"Aww, why does he get to have fun..."

Ban muttered, getting a flick to the head with a long tail in repsonse.

"Don't whine. We're getting closer."

Akane grumbled, retracting her tail and spotting the Beast Titan.

"Damn it's ugly."

She couldn't help but mutter, looking at the titan with a fur coat covering about half of his body. Its arms reached down to his feet, being incredibly long. The total size of the titan itself wasn't to scoff at either, being around the 55,8 feet (17m). It looked similar to an ape.

"Oi, Lafitte. Are you having fun?"

Shinobu called out, smiling as she waved at Lafitte like an excited little kid.

Lafitte looked towards her and waved as well, laughing a bit.

"Well, it is fun in a way I suppose."

Lafitte replied, flying towards Akane and taking a seat in her back as well. Sweat dripped down his face, but he didn't seem to mind as he was exceptionally jolly at the moment.

"I broke through with my Observation haki. I am just outside the reach of future sight."

Lafitte commented, smiling brightly at the prospect of achieving it.

"Wow, good job."

Akane said as she began to dodge a boulder that was now aimed at her.

"He really has a good aim. Almost makes me want to recruit him."

"Don't. The ship can't handle such a big guy."

Ban replied, looking at the Beast titan as well.

Not even bothering with jumping down, Ban flexed his arms, cracked his knuckles and began to thin the crowd.

"Snatch!"

One by one, spines of the titans began to appear in his hands, being thrown aside with each handful. One by one the titans fell, small ones, regular ones, big ones, even the abnormal ones weren't spared.

Only the Beast Titan remained.

Finally jumping down, Ban put his hands in his pockets as he looked at the towering figure of the Beast Titan.

"Damn, you're a really big guy. Even bigger than a Red Demon."

Ban whistled, looking the Beast Titan from to to bottom.

"You have an odd power for a human."

The Beast Titan suddenly spoke, making Ban a bit shocked, only to grin in response.

"Oh man, it is so much more fun when your opponent can talk back. It was getting rather boring after just killing all the little ones."

Ban replied, stretching himself for the exercise he would soon be doing.

"Let me guess, you're an important guy for the whatchamacallit's Marley place. Too bad that place isn't in this world. I would love to visit to see what kind of people were living there."

The Beast Titan smiled, a row of pointy teeth showing their sharpness.

"I would love to hear what you just said about my country. It seems some things happened I am unaware of."

The Beast Titan glanced up, seeing Akane and her crew looking on from above.

"It is the first time I am seeing such interesting humans."

"Well, we are one of a kind, true."

Done with his stretched, Ban motioned for the Beast Titan to begin.

"The let's get this over with. You should be the strongest of the bunch. I really want to see what your world has to offer."

Smirking in reply, the Beast Titan took the challenge. He swung his arms around, decimating all of his surroundings as his long arms tore easily through the ground. The force behind his arms was terrifying, as well as the speed and the dexterity of his attacks.

Still, it didn't faze Ban at all, as he easily dodged the attacks. Jumping over it, Ban could see the arms make a quick turn mid-air, coming straight at him again.

Placing one arm on the Beast Titan's arm, Ban once again moved out of the way, only this time, he grabbed the Beast Titan's arm in a firm grasp.

"My turn~"

Landing on the ground, Ban planted his feet firmly to the ground, usinglittle to no effort as he pulled the Beast Titan and made him fly airborne through the sky. Swirling around and around, they almost seemed like a spinning toy, as their after images seemed to blur together into a mass of brown and black.

Throwing the Beast Titan over his shoulder, Ban slammed him down hard, pinning the Beast Titan deep into the ground.

"You're as light as a feather. Let's go a few more rounds."

Not waiting for the Beast Titan to reply, Ban made a swiping movement with his hand again.

"Snatch"

In his hand, one of the arms of the Beast Titan appeared.

Grunting a bit, but not screaming, the Beast Titan got up again as the arm that had just been torn off began to regenerate.

Not playing around anymore, the Beast Titan began to scream loudly. Its roar echoing through the land into the far distance. Yet the expected sight did not happen. The titans that had appeared to aid him were easily burnt to ash. The fox above him smirked, showing her sharp fangs as she just looked at him in amusement, as if waiting to see what other trick he was planning to play.

"It is getting boring again. You are too weak to fight seriously, you are too weak to play around with, what good are you for me to fight you? Captain, do you want to take over? You could have a bit of fun playing around."

Ban yelled, waving at Akane as she had landed on the ground and turned back.

"I thought you were bored. Still are?"

"Unfortunately, my boredom is special. It seems there is no cure to be found~"

Ban shrugged, tapping Akane on the shoulder as if to comfort himself.

"The I suppose Shinobu has to do her best to make a cure for you. Good to know you want to be a test subject."

"No- No I didn't mean-"

"Good luck Ban."

Not wanting to hear anymore of him, Akane stepped towards the Beast Titan who looked at them in a bit of curiosity. There was no terror, no anger, no confusion. Just curiosity.

"Let me formally introduce myself. I am Akane D. Eldertale, captain of the demonfox pirates. I will be your opponent."

Akane gave a small nod in greeting, as she placed her hand on her chest, drawing out both Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu.

The blades hummed in excitement, both wanting to have some action after a while.

Tapping Tsukuyomi, who gave a small tremble in response, Akane tightened her grip just a bit.

"I expect you will fix this after the battle."

Tsukuyomi just hummed back, not even bothering to answer her with words.

"Cheeky."

Glancing back at the Beast Titan, a cold yet sadistic smile appeared on her face.

"Don't try to die to quickly on me."
