15 Chapter 15: SMILE
First I should say (as I wrote it in chapter 14's comments section that):
Sorry guys. I was stuck at work for a couple of days. It seems like even if you start a story and try your best to run from your job and the fucking reality by writing, it catches up with you. I don't see myself dropping this story any time soon unless I am made sure of that this is shit, and I am an insult as a writer. (Now that I'm thinking, I'm not that far from) And I am more excited to write this than anyone who reads it. I have couple of other ideas to write, I don't want to start them, at least not until I write 40-50 chapters.
The second thing also is:
I would've loved it if I could use the SCP's name, but I don't dare to. :D
SCP is bigger than anything that I could ever write.
My agency's name is SMILE J
Third thing is:
I don't know why I see some comments about his lack of powers or his mentality.
He is NOT a demon. don't compare him to demons. demons have Hell as their power source. And I thought the fact that he is limitless in the amount of power that he can gain and how he needs to work more to gain less was understandable.
And no one turn pure evil in one night. Unless that person has some sort of complex or other personality issues. Humans are constructions of Chaos and Order, this character is the same. He hasn't embraced the total madness. With divine power of the mind, his mentality will be protected.

Chapter 15: SMILE
"But what does that offer mean? That I should work for you instead of a country that is working toward the freedom of its people and other nations?"
"Oh Dr. Erskine, you maybe are a genius in science but it looks like you underestimate the amount of darkness and corruption that power can bring, by an error factor of, well maybe infinity. There are forces keeping the fragile balance of mankind, and when I saved you, I disrupted this balance. If you get out of Howards house, you'll be killed either by US government after they get the formula to serum, which they'll eventually, that's why they got the last dose of the serum from the Hydra agent and you didn't notice it. I stole it before they start to do any kinds of test on it and replaced it with colored water." I made the serum appear and put it on the table and continued, "Or you'll be assassinated by Hydra."
I stopped for a moment and said "Of course there is a chance of you being killed by a higher power that protect earth, but I think they are watching us to see why I saved you."
He said "Let's say that I believe you. Why do you think you won't be corrupted like everyone else?"
I smiled but because of my mask he couldn't see that "Oh Dr. Erskine, I already know the formula. With or without you I can make an army on super soldiers. Just for you to believe me, you got one of the main ingredients from the brain fluids of tigers." The shocked look on his face was amazing. I continued, "I only want you for your personality and your honesty as a person."
"I am going to make that agency, it would be nice to have you as one of the lead scientists."
Dr. Erskine didn't answer and I had to give him time to think this through. I told him that it is for his best to keep low profile now, before he decides on whether he wants to join me or not. Also the fact the US government thought Hydra had him, and Hydra thought US had him was funny. 'Let them fight it out.'
I got up to leave and said: "I'll be back for the dinner at 8pm and you can answer me then. Also just for you, I can add the revival of your family to your first salary."
Then I disappeared.

My agency. It sounded nice. I was in my room in Hogwarts and I was writing down all different agencies that I had to talk to or create a connection with. Some looked tough, for example Man of Letters. They were tight lipped with their secrets, and god knew how many they kept in each of their safe houses.
Maybe I need to just destroy them. Or overtake their organization.
I was looking at different angles, and the possibilities looked like they were too many, but each path seemed to have its own problems.
My catalyzer to make a giant shadow agency was Howard Stark who wasn't afraid to use his money. So I could make my own agency, SMILE, that absorbs SSR and maybe other agencies, to protect earth and gain power. It could facilitate many things for me.
There was also the ministry of magic. Maybe Wakanda. Kamar-Taj. Asgard?
'Well, maybe I should focus on short term plans now, the hand of God that is going to be in a submarine in November and the cloak of invisibility.'
I looked at the cloak which was on my bed. Yes. Finally I managed to convince Charles Potter to give me their family heirloom to study, and I would give them 300 hundred galleons to them monthly, and if I destroyed the heirloom, I would return whatever left of it to the potter family and a compensation of 10000 galleons. For them it seemed like a huge amount that they can use to improve their families influence and help them in the war to come. But for me it looked like:

I absorbed it and my magic divinity count raised up to 2/3.
Also there was a lot of souls coming to my way from my followers and their families and friends. Which helped me to reach level 11. And after level 10 I had a perk to choose from!

2. Fire enthusiast: +20% resistance to fire, +5% fire magic effect.
3. Potent Magic: +10% effect of all magic.

Which of course I chose long-runner. There wasn't any immediate danger that I was afraid of.
Also reaching level 10 started my tier level up quest.

I am not only of this earth. I am more. I can reach more.

I was struggling a bit for leveling up my tier. I had the Stat Points to increase my INT and WIS to 100, but if I waited, I could've gained those stats without the use of stat points. I could also focus all the souls that are coming to me toward my Demonic Heritage, and if it gave 10 physical stats each level, I could have my physical stats reach 100 in one or two months.
I chose to postpone deciding in this matter as Tom knocked on the door to come inside my room. It was 8pm and I told him to see me at this time, I wanted to talk to him about my plans and how to create an agency to reform humanity.
He was my second in command and I trusted him as a genius and a visionary.
*Three hours later*
"… so I'm planning to give Howard Stark some powers and a bit of immortality. He is a genius and I like his personality, also I think Dr. Erskine can make a serum to create wizards, and also tweak the current serum to buff wizards. However he cannot see the bigger picture about the government, he is going to be tough to convince."
"Aren't you afraid he is going to Erskine you, like he did to the Hydra?"
"Meh, he doesn't have the power to do anything serious. I can make some sort of betrayal detector."
Tom nodded in agreement.
We worked for hours to create an outline for the agency and how to start. Tom had to finish his fifth year and took his N.E.W.T at the Ministry and with my monetary help and his own influence on the Slytherin house, create the house Riddle, which then he could use Goblins magic to prove his bloodline traces back up to the Salazar himself, and upgrade his house to an Ancient house at least. With his influence, he could absorb new blood to the house, and increase the number and start training agents from then on.
Also I would work with Howard to create the muggle part.
Men of letters were hard to contact with, but with the upcoming hand of god incident, I was hopeful.
Overall, the SMILE agency would be made of four divisions. Each division with a specific job.
First division had to contact Hunters and stop any forms of apocalypse. And also contact Men of Letters and build a friendship there. Anything considered unnatural is their job. I haven't found the right person to lead this division.
Second was to take control of wizarding world. Power of wizards were underestimated. If I could build a military that could apparate anywhere we want and set that place on Fiendfyre, we would be nearly invincible. Tom was going to be the head of this division.
Third was a division to replace shield. Fighting against international threats, but only the things that didn't cross the lines of fantasy. Howard Stark? And maybe Peggy Carter? Like when they created SHIELD.
And of course the fourth division would be R&D and training. Dr. Erskine and Howard Stark could shine here.
I wrapped everything up with Tom and he went to his dormitory. I prepared a contract for Dr. Erskine, I wasn't a complete demon, like those in supernatural, but my powers had its own perks. Also I had to reach the high demon level power at least, so they couldn't kill me with a holy water and some traps when I contact hunters.

I wanted to continue this chapter till he talks to Grindelwald (at least) but I don't have any more time today, so I'll send this right now and next chapter will be longer. I rushed this one.
