FLASHBACK

I sat on my king sized bed reminiscing on what happened years back. Five years ago to be precise. I remembered how he left without saying nothing. What I went through during those times.

"I love you". Those were the last three words he said to me a day before he left.

I remembered him inviting me to a fancy restaurant, we were being all lovey-dovey and happy that even a blind man could tell the connection between us. That was how we have always been.

FLASHBACK

26th July 2005

"Ring! Ring!! Ring!!!" The blaring of my ringtone woke me up from my slumber.

"Oh my Gee! Who the fvck is there is disturbing my peaceful sleep at this early hour of the day!?" I groaned while reaching for my phone on the bedside table.

Checking the caller ID, a smile spread across my once angry face as I picked up the call.

"Hey baby, Good morning". I grinned happily.

"Good morning babe, your night?" His deep yet sweet voice echoed through the speaker of my phone.

"It was awesome hun, and yours?" I replied smiling sheepishly.

"Great. I guess you are yet to get up from bed." He said more like a question.

"Yeah, your call actually woke me up. Hope everything is alright?" I asked, a little bit worried.

He chuckled "All is well baby. Just missing you so I decided to hear your voice".

"Awwn, so sweet. I miss you too hun." I replied blushing.

"Will you be free tonight so we could hang out, maybe in a restaurant?"

"Yeah baby. My parents went on a business trip yesterday night so they will be coming back....." I tripped off " well I don't know. But I'll be available tonight, all for you." I smiled at the thought of meeting with my boyfriend tonight.

It's not as if we don't see each other frequently, but me seeing him every passing day feels like I'm just seeing him for the first time.

He is the definition of perfect.

He had the kind of face that stopped you on your tracts. I guess he must get used to that, the sudden pause in a person's natural expression when they poked his way followed by over compensating with a nonchalant gaze and weak smile. Of course the smile that accompanied it is a dead giveaway. It didn't help that he was so modest with it, it made the girls fall for him all the more.

"Hey babe, can you hear me?" He jolted me out of my reverie of admiring him even in his absence.

'Oh! What has he done to me?'

"Yeah. Yeah. What were you saying?" I asked feeling a little bit abashed.

"What were you thinking about?" He asked.

"Nothing. Really".

"Meet me at 'Rich Table' restaurant by six O'clock in the evening so we could have some fun".

"Yayy! Fun! Fun! Fun!". I squealed like a cute little puppy.

He chuckled "Alright dear. See ya later".

"Okayy". I smiled and hung up.

There might be a little or more mistake in this book. Sorry about that.

This is actually my first book. But I'll try to write better as the story goes on.
