Kim Si-Na's POV

I stared blankly as the teacher continued with her boring lessons.

I was bored and wasn't looking forward to going home either,cause going home is more and extra headache due to my aunt and her daughter's problems.

My parents are dead since I was a baby and I've always lived with my aunt.When I was little my aunt was the nicest person on Earth but suddenly 6 years ago she changed to a evil ice queen so going home scares me and school is a living hell because of my aunt's daughter.

As I anticipated when the teacher would be done I felt a knot in my chest,I felt my heart ache seriously and my eyes started to become blurry.

"Mi-Ha"I tapped my seat mate

"Yes"she looked at me

"it feels like am going to faint"I said holding my chest tightly as the pain intensifies.

"What"she held me and that was the last thing I saw before everything went dark.

I woke up again and saw myself in a brightly lit room with a lot of machines strapped to my body,I looked sideways and saw a girl probably my age busy with her phone,and by my right was a young female doctor and my aunt.

"where Am i?What happened?"I asked as the doctor helped me sit up and I was able to read her name on her tag doctor Lee NaNa

"How are you feeling now?"my aunt asked acting like she cared

"am feeling fine"I replied

"so what's wrong with her?"my aunt faced the doctor

"well with my diagnosis it shows that Si-Na has a chronic heart disease"doctor Na-na said and it seems like the world came crashing down.

"chronic heart disease"I repeated

"wait this is a situation where we will find a donor right?"my aunt asked

"wait am not done!...like how much are we talking about"she asked

"getting a heart donor from the USA with surgery and all will cost 45million won"doctor NaNa said

"you know what she can die she's not my daughter anyway"my aunt said and left angrily

I didn't know when I burst into tears,why should this happen to me,I am an orphan with no family!I thought as I cried.

Noh Si-Nae's POV

I dropped my phone beside me and looked at the poor girl.

She was dying!and the only family she looks up to just disowned her.I got out of my bed and sat beside her she stared at me for a while and started crying again.

"Chaeba Oolijima"I begged as I hugged her

"how can life be so unfair to me"she cried

"do you know what made me a patient in an ICU?"I asked and she looks at me

"I have lung cancer and I have just 3weeks to live"I said and she gasped

"I bought it upon myself though I was really a bad girl before I got sick I smoke,drank and had multiple boyfriends suddenly I started coughing seriously and I was diagnosed with lung cancer"I narrated and the girl stared at me

"my parents were disappointed but I have to live my short life"I added

"OMG am so sorry"she apologized

"it's not your fault you still have hope while I don't"I smiled

it's true if she sees a donor she'll be whole am just wasted.

"Am Kim Si-Na and am 18"she said with a smile

"Am Noh Si-Nae and am 19"

"okay should I call you soon now"Sina joked

"of course am one year older than you"I replied and we both laughed forgetting the pain

"judging by the fact that we have almost same name Haven't you noticed we look alike"I said and we both stared at ourselves.Only our hair was different I had blonde while she had brown.
