I get up from my bed. The birds playing an interesting tune. A song long lost and forgotten is played from their beak. Tho they themselves have forgotten how the song goes. I go take a shower, after some time I go and dry myself then look myself in the mirror... "Damnnnn, I looked so young and innocent!" No scars anywhere on my body, my skin looks so supple and youthful as if bathed in high-quality Dragon Blood and Royal Bee Queen Honey. "Hahaha if I had taken care of my body, I might have had a flower garden following around me... but I became old and grimy, all because of that stupid cures!" If I remember correctly the curse is called "The Gift of The Past" "Gift my ass! It only made me look older and drained 99% of my Life Force every year, It even timed itself with the "HeavenlyWaves." (The "HeavenlyWaves" are what we call the changes every 1-5 years) "Whatever... I bet this mark is what sent me back to the past" I look at my shoulder "The Gift of The Past" it's like a black tattoo but ever-changing. It can grow to cover my shoulder and part of my chest and shrink to only be a very detailed dot of many patterns. I keep looking at it for a moment then turn on the faucet and splash cold water onto my face. I try to remember any important thing that could benefit me. Then it hit me. Dis: A book about training your movement speed to the point of being able to gather all the falling Sakura petals in an instant taking no time at all, "gather" as in from every different Omniverse in an instant.

The 10th Stage which is the last of the named Realms which the creator of this book was able to achieve but after the 10th stage of the "Law Alluring Body" there are no longer names for them as it would too tedious, so the names became "Stage #" for convenience.
