Therapy

Eric's POV 

So, the lady was Elliot's mate, and they all stayed together, no wonder she has Victoria's scent on her that day.

If Elliot has found his mate, and they all stayed together, that mean nothing happened between Victoria and him.

I groaned at my stupidity and slowly ran my fingers through my hair in shame before speaking to Elliot through telepath.

''You've found your mate?'' I asked, 

''What do you think that something was going on between I and Victoria.'' he replied in an angry voice and moves his gaze away from me.

''I can't remember all of this.'' I heard Victoria saying those words to Catherine, who has been telling things of the past.

''Stop, don't stress her.'' Elliot muttered those words to his daughter, who only shook her head and moved away.

We noticed the door opened, and the doctor walked in with a weak smile on her face.

''Sorry to disturb you guys, but we have to perform a physical therapy on her.''

''Go back home, I'll see you guys at home.'' Elliot said those words to the two ladies, who nodded their head and smiled at Victoria before leaving the room.

The doctor walked up to Victoria and flashed her a big smile

''How are you.'' he asked 

''I'm not fine doctor, what is wrong with me and where is my aunt.''she asked in panic and kept on staring at Elliot and me.

''Calm down my dear, your aunt is on her way but before that, I will have to ask you some few questions, and you have to answer to the best of your knowledge, hope you can do that for me.'' he asked as he took a seat before her.

Victoria stared at everyone in the room before she slowly nodded her head.

''Very good, let's start with this. What is your name.''

''Victoria Williams.'' she replied, 

I took in a deep breath in relief when I realized she knew her name.

''How old are you.'' he asked 

''Seventeen, but I will be eighteen by next month.'' she spoke so confidently.

''Shit.'' I whispered to myself, but the doctor signaled me to keep quiet.

''What year are we.'' he asked

hearing those words from him, I took in a deep breath and await her reply.

''Year 2015.'' she murmured tiredly, 

''Fuck.'' I heard Elliot's loud exclaim, but the doctor signaled him to be quiet.

''Is something wrong.'' Victoria asked while staring at everyone in the room.

''No, dear, everything is fine.'' the doctor said those words with an assuring smile on his face.

Hearing those words from her, I felt my body became numb, and my heart clenched in pain.

We were in 2021 and yet, Victoria thought we are still in 2015.

All these were my fault, if only I was smart enough not to let my anger and jealousy enveloped me, maybe she wouldn't have been in such condition.

''Tell me the last thing you can remember.'' the doctor asked as he wrote a few things on his pad.

I stared at Victoria and watched her thought for a while before she spoke up

''I was preparing dinner for aunt, then how did I get here.'' she asked in panic and stared around with fear.
