Time Stops When I'm with Her. (MHA)

A peculiar teen dies after being hit by Truck-kun. As the beaming lights flash into her eyes and the immense force tore apart her body, she finds herself motionless drifting off in a seemingly endless void until one day a light shone down upon her and she woke up in the body of a child. Chapter 36:

It was Sunday today; I wasn't expecting to do anything. Sunday is just pre-Monday to me; it serves no purpose other than to lead to disappointment.

What the hell would happen on a Sunday that would require my attention in the first place? That's one of the multitudes of other questions my past self would ask me if I told them the current situation I found myself in.

Let me paint the scene.

There I was, woken up by the smell of baked goods courtesy of Sato. What better smell could I have possibly woken up to? All was good with the world in my eyes at that moment.

The vanilla scent wafted into the room, encouraging me to get dressed so I could head downstairs to claim them. I obliged and got dressed. My oversized hoodie with a rubber ducky on the front kept me comfortable while plodding down the barren staircase. I wasn't planning to go out, so I could dress without worrying about my social status being harmed.

God being rich is hard…

Said nobody ever.

I found myself sitting at the island in the kitchen area, waiting for the assorted treats to be finished. I made small talk with Sato, mainly about his family's bakery. They wanted to open more shops, and he not so subtly hinted at my wealth when bringing that point up.

What a shameless person; I love it!

His family already made great products. The only problem would be to up the production without losing any quality. With my media connections and an extensive list of heroes owing me favors from my various deeds/hospital work, advertising wouldn't be a problem at all.

It will be a big change in how things would be run for the small family business, and one I needed to make sure they understood firmly before even speaking about money. There would be new equipment needed, more staff hired, buildings to manage, the hierarchy that will be implemented, various contracts with suppliers, and whether or not they were mentally ready for it.

It took a 30-minute facetime with his parents before they understood what they were getting into. There was even a tiny chance it might go international as an IzaYao brand. After confirming they truly understood what they would be getting into and not just seeking profits blindly, we moved into the money talks.

We discussed locations, prices, and fees. I wasn't about to be a charity. I needed some profits from this investment. It would also be one of the few investments out of my personal account, mainly so I can use it as my business studies project. I had a 100% success rate with my investments so far, and I wasn't about to have my ego tarnished by having a smear on that perfect record.

UA third-year business course students would need to set up a business with an assigned budget. Their only goal would be to earn a profit of at least 10% of the initial investment by the end of the year. They can team up, take out loans, scam each other, and generally do whatever they want with the money.

It was a giant mess, just like the real world of business.

As soon as the treats were finished, I abruptly ended the conversation with an excuse. Sato thought the deal didn't go through, only for me to reassure him that I just didn't wish to talk business at 9 am. We exchanged numbers for future contact, and I sent a message to his parents that a contract would be written up by the end of the month.

The surrounding students still weren't used to people talking about large sums of money like it was nothing. I, naturally, ignored their inquisitive eyes and continued eating my snacks. I was only even entertaining the idea of giving Sato's family the money, as I was sure I would be able to squeeze a decent enough profit from doing so.

Uraraka was obviously one of the people staring at me, an apparent hope present within her eyes. I had no delusion as to why she was so hopeful. Her family was poor and owned a construction company. She obviously wanted the same treatment.

I don't understand how a construction company owner could be poor in the MHA world, where buildings and entire cities need regular rebuilding. If they weren't thriving in those situations, I don't know when they would.

It could be outside factors like not having the equipment, or not being promoted enough to secure a lot of contracts, or being stomped out by the competition that has crippled the business. I could solve all of those problems, but I don't really want to invest in areas I don't know much about.

I, unfortunately for her, don't know enough about construction to feel comfortable helping her out. I know about bakeries and food-related businesses due to my past life. Momo and her parents are much more suited to making these sorts of deals because they have their own foot in the construction business.

When I finally finished my food, I made my way to the couch to sit down. I was successful in my mission for comfort. It just wouldn't last long. One of my clone's decisions was back to bite me in the ass. I only wanted to just laze around and maybe finish with my human experiments.

The world didn't want that one bit, so what did they do? They sent Melissa my way, someone who I barely ever talk to. I instantly knew what she wanted or had a good enough idea of what it would be. She wanted OFA training, something my clone decided to offer in my stead.

"Sakuya, do you think we can…?" she asked, in a way that would only cause misunderstandings.

"Can we, what? I would prefer it if you didn't cause a misunderstanding. It's far too early for one." I asked.

"Can we head somewhere private?"

"You really do love misunderstandings, huh? I'm a happily married, officially certified milf; you shouldn't invite me somewhere private to do things. What would David think if he heard you propositioning me?"

"T-That's not what I mean, and you know it!"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. We'll go and train your weird quirk somewhere private, come on." I left the room, signaling the blushing mess to follow.

"Wait for me!"

I didn't wait. I wanted this over with as soon as possible and to a satisfying enough degree where she shouldn't bug me for a while. I began thinking of what quirk I would unlock for her or what tort- training I would put her through.

I walked into the buildings where my test subjects were held. They were still both frozen in time so that AFO wouldn't be able to see through their eyes or teleport them out. She was taken aback by their appearance,

"Sakuya, why are there villains in UA? Shouldn't we inform the teachers?"

"No, we shouldn't. They are here to be reformed by me, and if you leak anything about them to anyone... I will torture you for all eternity before rewinding to before you told anyone just to slap you. Am I clear?" I let out a little bloodlust to make sure she complies.

I could have taken her to a different building, but then I wouldn't be able to do my experiments simultaneously. Some may ask why I didn't just send a clone to do it? The answer is as clear as day. My clones have been screwing with me, and I didn't want to let them anywhere near something as precious as my two nomu hostages.

"Y-Y-Yes!"

"That's good to hear."

We moved to the center of the room before I explained what we would be doing.

"Alright, Melissa! Welcome to Sakuya Bootcamp, where I will personally kick your ass until you can kick someone else's ass."

"Huh?"

"There are rules to this Bootcamp! They are as follows:

#1. Don't talk about Bootcamp.

#2. You DO NOT CRY during Bootcamp.

#3. Only Momo, or Eri, can backchat me.

#4. Don't eat my stuff.

#5. Don't dare defy my authority during Bootcamp.

#6. Don't break my stuff.

#7. Never, EVER, talk about drinks other than choccy milk during Bootcamp.

#8. Only I get to say when Bootcamp is over.

#9. Try not to die.

Do you understand?" I explained with a forceful tone.

"Yes, sensei!" she replied immediately with a salute.

'She's already learning. That's good.' I mused.

"I will be leaving you in the care of my clones. Well, it's more like abuse than care, but you'll survive… hopefully."

She began sweating profusely, clearly regretting her decision to join the Bootcamp in the first place. Maybe the rules have finally set into her mind, and that's why she hasn't spoken out of line.

"Inside of OFA, there is a quirk called danger sense. It is a discreet quirk and works as the name entails. It will probably be the most useful one for you right now to unlock.

The way you will be unlocking it is to dodge my clones hitting you with sticks while blindfolded. You will feel a sharp stinging pain in your head when it activates. Don't confuse that pain with the pain of getting hit with a stick.

That is all. I have things to be doing. Remember my motto, 'follow rule number nine, and you will be fine.'" I explained before leaving towards the two hostages.

I left four of my clones with her. They then blindfolded her as she sat on the ground and circled her. They began slowly and gently with their hits, which will gradually increase in speed and force as time goes on.

Melissa was REALLY regretting her choice.

'I should have kept my mouth shut in the USJ!' she screamed in her mind.

Time flowed differently in this enclosed building. I made it like this so I could make it back quicker in hopes of catching the sight of a sleepy Momo. Sleepy Momo always wants to cuddle, and it's my second favorite Momo of all time.

Number one is Ero-Momo; nothing beats Ero-Momo.

Ignoring the shrieks of pain coming from behind me, I got to work on Oboro's body. I chose to analyze his original cloud quirk first. I spent the next ten minutes trying my best to decipher the clusterfuck known as the quirk factor.

It was a monumental task. I could copy it easily, but understanding it was an entirely different matter. Unfortunately, to write a medical paper on something, you need to understand it first. Weird, I know.

I wanted to be a respected member of the medical field so people wouldn't look down on me. If I handed in a paper on something I had no real understanding of, I would never be able to live it down. My pride wouldn't let me!

Melissa and I spent hours in the building. We were both going through our own version of torture. Hers was physical, whereas mine was mental. Eventually, however, we both made our breakthroughs. I finally understood the quirk factor's genetic mess, and Melissa felt a pain in her head that wasn't caused by my clones.

We both spent the next few minutes improving on ourselves and testing our individual theories. After both of our tests came back with the desired results, Melissa could dodge blows with relative ease, and I confirmed my own theory. We celebrated.

""YOSH! I DID IT!"" we both shouted to the heavens.

I dismissed one of my clones to see what Melissa was celebrating for. After sifting through the newly acquired memories, I found it. She successfully awakened danger sense, or what I like to call the 'miniature plot armor'. I dismissed two other clones before having the final one inform Melissa to stand up and start dodging.

She may have awakened it, but she hasn't trained it at all. If I recall correctly, she can eventually decrease the pain she feels when the quirk alerts her. That will not only benefit her health but also decrease her response time to the warning. After all, you can't really focus when your brain feels like it's getting stabbed.

When I scanned Oboro's body, I found a quirk I wasn't expecting. It was a self-detonation quirk; I can only assume it's a failsafe like the one he planted in Lady Nagant. I promptly erased it. I did not need such a quirk, nor was I allowing it to stay inside his body.

The behemoth was just a complete mess. Fortunately, It was a mess I was able to profit off of. In addition to its shock absorption and super regeneration, I managed to locate a fascinating quirk I could only assume was AFO's personal addition to help run down All Might's timer a bit more.

It was called combo star. It operates by increasing the power behind each subsequent and successful attack by 0.5x for each blow that lands. The drawback is that whenever you miss an attack, the multiplier is reset back to 0. It's a strength-enhancing quirk.

A devastating quirk for a mindless brawler like the nomu, and something very profitable in my hands. The nomu also had many minor physical enhancers, which I couldn't care about, but for the sake of future deals, I kept them in my memory.

Seeing no need for the nomu anymore, I deleted him.

I didn't want him walking around, giving AFO a reason to suspect that I was lying about him being dead. It would also call the validity of my other claims into question. I wanted neither of those events to occur, so he was better off being erased.

After I compiled all the quirks I wanted into myself, I reverted Oboro to his former glory. I left him in temporal stasis for now. I did not want to deal with Homeless-san's tears today. I wanted to savor them on a day where I could properly enjoy them. Pulling out my phone, I texted Fluffy-chan,

[Evil Time Bestie: How are you, my dearest pet? Oboro is back to his former glory, and my experiments were a success. I have no idea about his mental state right now, as I don't care enough to check. You can get your portal quirk tomorrow.]

I received a reply in no time at all.

[Evil Rat Bestie: Please stop calling me your pet, even if this is a private channel. That's great news about Oboro! The being back part, not the potential insanity. I will drop by during homeroom; you can give it to me then.]

Shutting off my phone, I left my current area and traveled towards the exit. I erased the clone that was getting a sick thrill out of beating Melissa and called out to her,

"Melissa! Bootcamp is over!"

She let out a sigh of relief before undoing the blindfold and ran over to me. She had puffy red eyes; she clearly broke rule number 2. As I was about to call her out on it, she interrupted me,

"Sorry… The pain was just too much, so I broke rule 2..."

'She is more obedient than me when I went through this hellhole at the hands of a future version of me.'

I reached over and ruffled her hair a bit before speaking in a gentle tone,

"It's alright, Melissa. I'm too happy about my own discovery to care about your own failure right now. This will be the last Bootcamp for a while-"

"Eh?! Why?"

I chopped her on her head, just fast enough so her quirk wouldn't register it.

"Don't interrupt me! This will be the last for a while, as I will be busy writing a medical paper. Organizing a contract for Sato's family, and in turn, a few new business ventures. There will also be my speech for the upcoming sports festival I need to write. I'm just completely swamped."

"But you have control over time and can make clones. You can never be busy..." she said, narrowing her eyes at me in suspicion.

"Alright, you got me~. I don't want to do anything but cuddle with my family and play video games for a while with some choccy milk in my hand."

"That's fair... sorry for taking you away from them with my selfish request to train me."

"It's fine, I promised to train you, and I stick to my word. I just can't always be there to train you as I have my own life. But I will help you just enough so that you can safely walk on your own path towards your uncle's title."

I kept walking, leaving behind a tearful Melissa. The rumor mill started up once more the second they saw me bring a girl to tears within a few seconds. With my enhanced hearing, it was hard to ignore their absurd ramblings.

One person claimed I had an affair with Melissa, only to put a stop to our forbidden 'relationship'. They had a knife thrown into their thigh muscle the second the words left their mouth. Not wanting to deal with their screams of anguish, no matter how delightful they may sound, I opened up a portal on the floor in front of me and dropped myself on the couch.

"I told you guys she was with the villai- GAH!" Mineta started, only to be jacked in the ear by Jiro.

"Moron, if she was a villain, why bother being with those low-level street thugs? She can clearly kill us without needing their help."

"Aww~, thanks, Jiro. It's always nice to see humanity isn't completely stupid anymore."

"Aren't you human?" Shoji questioned.

"What are you talking about? Did you not hear those cultists outside the dorms yesterday? I'm clearly a goddess!"

I'm proud to say; I achieved smug levels that were never achieved before.

Seeing Momo coming down the stairs, still sleepy, I knew I timed everything perfectly. Timing is kind of my whole shtick. If I couldn't do that, I would be a failure of epic proportions. I made room on the couch before portaling her to my side.

Sensing me in her vicinity, she locked on immediately and cuddled into my shoulder. The others, who were curious about the portal before, thought they saw things. But with my show again, one of them asked,

"Sakuya?"

"Hai! Sakuya-desu~."

"Please never do that again."

"Aww~ you didn't like it, Shoto?"

"No, it was weird."

"Yeah, I didn't like doing it either. I don't know what came over me."

"Why do you have the villain's quirk?"

"I just made a groundbreaking discovery about the quirk factor. I can now copy quirk's amongst other things."

"Oh…" he said before walking off to who knows where.

"""Is that your only reaction to that?!""" the rest of the class shouted.

"Congratulations on your discovery, dear. I knew you were going to do it all along." Momo tiredly whispered into my ear.

I took Momo onto my lap; she was too tired to care about others seeing the display and pushed her head into the crook of my neck, where I began stroking her hair. She soon drifted off into a much-needed rest. After making sure she was in a deep sleep, I picked her up and moved to the couch located in our bedroom.

I joined Eri for some co-op games, where I let her have some fun 'trolling' me. I ordered some sushi for lunch for us as I was craving it, and I didn't want to wake Momo up with a heavy meal. The rest of the day went as without anything notable.

All Might did decide to call me, thanking me for helping him out with Melissa's training. I, in turn, asked for an internship with him. He was apprehensive but with enough guilt-tripping, his already fragile defenses crumbled.

(A/N: I have committed a cardinal sin today, peeps. I drank something other than choccy flavored milk... It was banana, and it did not do it for me.

What is your favorite flavored milk? PS. If it isn't choccy, you better have a damn good reason or I will steal your toes.)

Creation is hard, cheer me up! Love the book? Review it!

Before I knew it, I wrote 3.3k words within an hour. I don't know what kind of zone I entered to get that type of writing proficiency but I want to stay there forever.

Hope you all enjoyed it, if you didn't tell me why.
