Ch 210: The One to Blame
Despair was a phantom that stole my beatless heart away, that second I saw Orlando making out with another woman with brown hair on his lap. Those ocean-blue eyes batt at her lustfully. Then his face tilts to devour her perky lips again. I looked away and glared up at Kai since he was taller than me.
"Don't lour at me," he said. "I'm only showing this to you so you wake up."
"How could you do this?" I asked like this was his fault. In many ways, I do blame Kai.
"You shouldn't blame me," Kai claimed. "Does Orlando honestly look like he's in any hurry to free you from me?"
"Just leave me alone! You have me, so what's the point!" I shout and then take off.
I ran fast and dodge between people having a good night over me getting my heart ripped from my chest.
I evaded Kai and managed to get outside without him catching me, or so I believed. Until my boots got lifted from the sidewalk!
"Aaaaah!" I screamed as Kai pulled me to his chest and then whipped me in a flash. He grounded us and I looked around to see I was at the front entrance of the mansion. Mia, Rose, Sharlene, and a few more vampiresses were in the living room. But I didn't hold back my wrath just because they were there.
"How could you do that!" I shoved Kai off me.
"You seriously blame me!" Kai shouted vehemently. "I'm not the one making out with a random girl on my lap!"
"Yes, because you know I love him! So you have to show me that he moved on! You should be glad! Yet, you have to rub it in my face!" I screamed at him which drew in a lot of interest even with the Butler, standing closer to us by the door. Many eyes were blinking at us.
Kai pinched his brow in exasperation before he yells and belittles me. "You are such a brainless girl! I wasn't showing you that so you knew he moved on! I showed you that so you'd wake up and realize he's always been a cheater!"
"You made him a cheater!" I nearly yelled in his face. "Never once had this happened before you ruined my life! He slept with Ashley because you tried to kiss me! Now he's with another girl because I told him I'm pregnant with your baby! You're to blame!"
Kai ripped his raven black hair from the roots of his skull. Then his hands dropped and his face grayed into that vile monster.
He gnashed fangs and yelled. "You are so delusional and blind to him! You always believe him and never once take any consideration to believe me! I was at the hospital, yet you believed him over me!"
"Orlando admitted that to me! Crystal is the one who lied, not him! So you're a brainless eviscerated pig!' I screamed and threw an insult at him.
Kai roared like a lion. Magically, he poofed into smoke and was gone as if he was a magician.
Silence was in the room and I wiped a few tears, and realize I had the Butler and these vampiress gaping at me.
"Well, I think chocolate and Ice cream are needed," Mia declared and then came over to me. She hugged me tight and took me to the living room.
"We can cry it out together, girly," Sharlene said. "Jack crossed boundaries with me too. He's out on a date with a human girl. No, a offense."
"None taken," I said, hugging her on the floor. "I'm sorry he did that."
I rested my head against her and the chocolates were bought out. I told them what happened and they were on my side, over Kai.
Sharlene cried because Jack hadn't come home from his date. Around some point, we bunked out in Sharlene's room.

Saturday morning, we hung out in this larger lanai. That had these marvelous floor-to-ceiling pillars, standing on the outer edges, which gave it a roman style appearance. Rome, Glenn, Ace, and Ivan were at a bar by this floor-to-ceiling panel window.
You'd think it would have been a better day, but it was far from it. Drama arose, once Jack waltzed in, as we watched Sharlene from these couches, went to his face, and slapped him. Her claws scratched his flesh open. After the impact, Jack only stared at her while four bloody gash wounds heal from his cheekbone.
"You were out all night with her!" Sharlene growled maliciously. "You reek of her perfume you!"
"Ya, I stayed the night with her, but that doesn't mean anything happened," Jack replied, calmly.
Sharlene smells his lips. "Your breath reeks of her!"
"Would you like me to not date anyone while you are pregnant?" He outright asked.
"Oh, right, and make me look bad!" She snipped full jealousy on her face. "Just tell me where she is?"
"You aren't to touch her," Jack said, tiredly. "I can't read your mind like Veronica, so if you don't want me to see her, or date anyone, then say so, and I'll stop."
"I never said you couldn't!" Sharlene growled.
"Then don't hit me for dating," Jack plainly said and went over to the bar.
Sharlene started again. "I don't understand what you fancy about her! You know Kai hates humans!"
Jack sighed once he stood between Rome and Glenn. "I don't see how that is anyone's business, and Kai doesn't control our lives. If you don't have a problem with me dating, then drop it."
Sharlene growled and then disappeared where she stood. I remember Rome told me they won't kill what they like. So Jack must like this woman enough not to wanna feed on her.
"Jack, you're being a moron!" Rose went to the bar and chided him.
"Please, Rose, go bite somebody else's head off for a change," Jack told her when he rubbed his throbbing headache.
"Once I find Kai, I plan it," Rose guaranteed.
"Where is Kai?" I walked next to Rose, asking.
"Probably somewhere hiding from Rose," Jack replied and most of them laughed.
"It's not even funny. Kai went too far and Jack, you have no idea that you mar..." Rose halted herself from spilling something secretive.
Jack cocked his head and completed. "That I got Sharlene pregnant because of Rex..." He paused and his red eyes narrowed with tremendous fury. Yet, I was lost on why Rex was mentioned. "I swear that vampiress is going to pay!"
Suddenly Jack disappeared, so then I asked. "What did Rex do?"
"He gave Sharlene and Jack a lust spell drug that caused them to sleep together without any realization. It's how she got pregnant. The drug makes you wake up with a blank memory, they'll never get back," Ivan told me and I was heartsick.
