~ Prologue ~

"Deleasa! Grab the sword, quickly!" Savanna yells as she fires a weapon at the enemy.

"Show no mercy!" The enemy yells.

Fire and explosions distract Deleasa as she rushes to aid her friend, and partner in combat. Fear and rage with other mixed emotions were flowing through her to her very soul as she watched her home planet being tortured and burned to the ground. Her people rushed about in panic as the enemy murdered whatever ran.

"We're not going to win this battle, Deleasa!" Savanna said as an enemy neared her.

Savanna and the enemy fired their guns at the same time. Her laser bullet killed him instantly, but she was wounded. Deleasa cried out in horror as she watched her friend fall to the ground in her hands and knees.

"Savvy! Get up!" Deleasa cried as she tried helping her friend to safety. "We can't protect our planet without you!"

"Deleasa... listen to me!" Savanna said, grasping her friend's arm. "You have to take the time machine... go back in time... protect the one known as Niall Horan. He is the key to our planet surviving."

"I'm not leaving you!" Deleasa said, tears streaming down her ashy cheeks.

"Listen to me! We will not win this war! The enemy is too strong. You're the only one the Counselor trusts... please Deleasa. You're our only hope," Savanna pleaded.

"But you'll die," Deleasa choked.

Savanna smirked weakly. "Then go save me..."
