Chapter Fifty-Four: Mrs Bassett

Andrea sucked in a deep breath and called for her secretary on the phone.

Faye walked in almost immediately.

"Mrs Bassett" 

Ever since Andrea found out about her desires for Bree, Faye did everything so diligently so that Andrea wouldn't fire her, but she did not pass off a chance to remind her boss that she was married and Bree was still very single.

Andrea gave her a look but Faye did not correct herself. She didn't see where she was wrong, Andrea was Mrs Bassett now, it's time she accepted that fact.

"Mr Hart wasn't in the board meeting today, why?" Andrea asked as she ignored Faye's attitude.

"I had no idea, he did not call to inform anyone he wouldn't show up. Do you want me to go find out why?" She asked diligently.

Andrea pondered about it for a while before standing up and picking up her bag.

"I have nothing to do, I'll check it over myself" she walked out of her office.
