1 Chapter 1. Introduction

A cold day on a Wednesday Morning, Seth Lynx was strolling through the markets, merchants trying to reel in nobles to buy their products.

He walked down the market getting stares at women started to giggle from afar and started to whisper, he glanced at the women and groaned as he rubbed his head whispering under his breath.

"What a nuisance… I can never catch a break." He continued walking as he suddenly stopped and stared at a ball of yarn.

"T-That….Milo would love that….", He happily chuckled quietly and went up to the merchant.

"Hello Miss, I'd like to buy this Ball of yarn, the red one." He smiled brightly while his eyes sparkled with delight.

"Oh my! Why of course young man!" He chuckles happily as he placed some coins in her hand as he grabbed the yarn and walked away as the woman bowed down as he left.

"Milo is going to just love this…" He started walking home as he stared at the sky.

"It's getting quite late, I better hurry." He rushed home and opened the door, the slamming it shut behind him then locking it.

"Milo! I'm home honey! And I brought you a nice little gift! It's your favorite!" He smiled as His cat started walking towards him.

"Milo! Sweetie! Did you miss daddy? Oh goodness daddy missed you too!!~" He smiles happily as he started playing with Milo as he rolled the yarn and she chased after it.

"Gosh it's so late…" He yawned and went upstairs and opened the door to his bedroom looking around as he noticed his files on the table.

"Odd… wasn't this on my desk…" He started thinking for awhile before he shrugged it off and started to look for his pajamas in his closet. He got his pajamas on and went downstairs to turn off the lights which were already off.

"Hmm…ok…" He was about to leave before he heard Milo meowing at a corner, he narrowed his eye brows then walked over picking Milo up as he started walking up the stairs with her.

"Milo c'mon sweetie, it's time to rest." He smiled and stopped as he suddenly heard a revolver click. He turned around and saw a masked person behind him.
