Aleka's pov

I reached the pack border,

there was a deadly silence here and I feared that maybe I was too late.

I took a step further but I felt something wet under my combats.

What I saw made me freeze in my tracks.

There was a pool of blood on the ground but that was not it ,

I turned to my left to see something like hell.

Dead bodies lying everywhere.

Blood on every step

Children ,women,warriors all lying dead on the ground

Fear engulfed me

I continued to take small shaky steps further.

In front of me was a circle of people.

Warriors were standing near them with their swords daring them to move or do anything.

As I approached the circle everyone turned around to look at me.

Their eyes held the fear of death unlike me.

I am not afraid to die

I know it will come to me eventually.

I am just afraid of something happening to him.

The guards on seeing me grabbed me by my arms and took me inside the circle.
