Unanticipated Start

「 Commencing the second stage of the tutorial 」

"Wait! I didn't mean to choose that!"

I stare ahead in hopelessness.

Thirty seconds pass and I finally snap back to reality.

"Well.."

Sigh.

"I can't do anything about it now.."

"And I'm not sure of what that voice was, but I have to move on since if I want a new account. I need to purchase another VR Pod."

"Which I don't have enough money for."

「 Stage Two: Please select your Main Class 」

「 This class can be changed twice 」

"Hmm.. I need to pick something that will go well with spearmanship."

I stare into the air and think of many different thoughts.

In front of me, there were three different classes: Mages, Warriors and Thieves.

"Well, it's already decided."

I stare at the game-like panel.

"I choose the warrior class."

「 Chosen the: Warrior Class 」

「 Stage Two complete! 」

「 Last stage beginning.. 」

"Here it comes.."

Behind the fog ahead, there was a silhouette.

A small creature with a long nose, ears and wide mouth. It breathed heavily while it held a wooden bat, contrasting the orange-like red skin of it.

Krrrooo!—

「 Stage three: Defeat the Goblin 」

「 You will be timed. The quickest time you get, the better the rewards 」

"Okay.. let's give this my all."

I stared at the goblin which returned the glare with a smirk of wickedness.

Kikikikikikikikiiiiiiii—

It laughed before charging at me.

Krrooo!—

I close my eyes for a few seconds while breathing calmly.

I felt the air.

I felt the peacefullness.

I ignored the screeches.

And,

I take in the silence and open my eyes instantly.

My foot plunging me forward like a cheetah before stabbing the goblin's chest with my spears metal head.

「 You have defeated the Goblin 」

「 Calculating rewards... 」

"Huuuu.."

I sit on the floor.

I could feel the exhaustion.

Possibly because it was my first time fighting like this.

It was to be expected.

No matter how much research one does, it does not entirely change the experience of something new.

There was food and even a bonus reward.

I ignored the food and water, and looked at the better rewards.

"I'm not sure why this is a bonus skill but it's a higher rank so I'm not complaining."

I close the screen and just in time, see the game panel appear.
