Unwelcomed Guest

Another five months had passed after Yvonne had initiated her plan to integrate CLOVER into the noble market.

A lot had transpired over the course of these last few months, some of which were according to what the daughter of the St. Claire family was hoping for whereas there were many others that she had not anticipated in the least bit.

Right now, Yvonne was seated in a room on the ground floor towards a secluded area of their mansion as she sipped the warm tea her maid, Roselie, had brought for her.

"Why are you even here today?" An indignant voice slipped out of her mouth once her lips parted from the cup.

The person seated opposite her, accompanying her during this impromptu tea time rolled their eyes but did not care to reply.

Among the numerous unexpected incidents that occurred in her life during these last few months, this person's regular appearance at her mansion was one which she had least expected and even desired.
