Life and death.

After all the Kids were sitted, Baji came into the room and glanced at the kids. He could only sigh pity fully as he knew only few of them will be alive after the test. He could only hope for the best as nothing could change that fact.

He stood in front of the Kids an immediate they all saw him they stood up and saluted the commander.

"sit" Baji said after all formalities had been observed

"As you have all been told today will be your final assessment here in happyLand after which you would be able to leave the island and off to your various assignments, as you know we can't send you out without fully Knowing if you can take care of yourselves so I'll say this failure today is not an option".

His words made a few of them who understood the hidden meaning of his words frown.

"One of the ignorant ones raised her hand"

"Yes Daisy" Baji said. One would be surprised how he knew their names but Baji had taken his time to Know the names and faces of each of the kinds in this particular group after all their deaths would be on his hands.

"What will happen if we fail Daisy who was the assassin" in Hana's group asked.

"I'm sure you won't Daisy" Baji replied with a smile

"Now as I was saying, your mission today is an obstacle course. You are to place this crystals on the respective pavement. Doing that will mean u have passed".

They were all surprised how easy the test sounded, but the few of them who knew nothing was ever that easy, especially when they had made such a huge fuss about the assessment.

"what exactly are the obstacles" Hansi asked after raising his hands.

"Humans, like me and you" Baji replied

His response only made them frown more.

It was all too easy, just be passing through someone to place a crystal on a pavement. There must be something more to it and they knew they couldn't get more out of Baji.

"Now if there are no more questions", Handlers come forward, pick a tag so u can know which of the course your group will be entering. Hansi stood up with five others and one by one they picked a number from the jar and when Hansi picked the number 6 Baji could not help but sigh at Hansi's bad luck. After all was done they were all guided to the entrance of their choosing.

After few minutes the signal was given for the assessment to start.

"Are they your Kids"? Baji asked Ryker who had froze since Hansi picked the unluckiest number.

"Yes" Ryker responded.

"Will they survive"?.

"No" Ryker answered biting his lips.

Few hours ago six people landed in happyLand. They were all greeted by Helen with the most humble smile she could ever muster.

"Greetings Lord Dylan, Lady Melisse, Lord Mystos, Lord Wilde, General Kyle and Lord Hazel".

"You must have really whispered something interesting to the queen to get her to order all of us here at the same time, you are really something Helen" General Kyle the Oldest amongst them spoke.

"Let's get this over with, I have better things to do". Mystos said

"Don't be like that Mystos, how many years has it been since we all gathered, and here we are all gathered for the most craziest reason one could ever think of, a damn children's test" Dante Wilde said showing his sharp set of teeth.

"I apologise Lord Wilde" Helen said but we were on short notice, and we needed effectiveness. I couldn't think of a more effective and quick way to make them ready for the mission ahead".

"You are right" Dante said with a loud voice

"We are very effective now let's go before I lose my patience on you instead of the kids". Dante said and walked away.

"Lord Dante as I believe you have been briefed please hold back as much as possible".

"Hmmm" Dante replied as Helen chased after him

Immediately the others followed.

" Are you alright with this Hazel" General Kyle asked

"It doesn't matter if I'm fine with it, let's just do this and leave" Hazel said.

After they all got to Baji's office, they were all asked to pick a number before the kids would pick theirs and Hazel had picked the number six making everyone pity the kids who would be stuck with Hazel and Dante who picked the number two.

Obstacle course two

Five Kids made their way towards the entrance and after walking for a while they found themselves in an open space with a man sleeping in front of a pavement.

They didn't need any one to tell them what they were supposed to do so one of them took out the crystal they were give before they entered and began to walk carefully towards the sleeping man. Immediately he got close Dante opened his eyes.

The leader of the wilde family stood up and glanced at the Kids with an indifferent look.

"I had thought I would face her, but it seems I got a bunch of naughty boys instead. Oh well it doesn't matter. Now who wants to die first?" Dante asked and immediately screaming was heard from all over until it suddenly stopped and the boys could no longer scream.

Obstacle course one

Sin and his group glanced at the man in front of them and immediately the boy bowed his head and spoke 'master' this surprised his friends because that was more than he had said since they knew him.

"Oh Sini it's been a while, I thought you were dead. Oh well then let's talk in private", those were the last words the others heard as the man Killed the rest but Sin

Obstacle course three

Hana found herself in a cave with a man she recognized too well, Mystos was one of the five pillars of their Kingdom. Along side her father Dante, Hazel, Dylan and Melisse Immediately she saw him she understood why Baji was being weird.

"How are we going to fight one of the great pillars of the Kingdom". As if reading her thoughts Mystos came down from where he stood, but the kids could not even make out his movement in the slightest. And immediately everything went blurry

Mystos came out of the assessment area and saw that the others were already there, except for Hazel which surprised him. Dante was picking his tooth, Dylan was his usual self, General Kyle was cleaning his sword which made Mystos clench his fist and Melisse was holding a boy who was shaking profusely.

"What happened?" Mystos asked Helen who was staring at the others with regret written all over her face,

"Lord Dante and General Kyle killed all the kids, only one survive in The remaining two".

"How were the Kids" she asked Mystos not ready for the answer

"They are strong, although they are sleeping, they still passed the test"

"You mean you put them to sleep and placed the crystal on the pavement yourself. Is that not quite lazy? I thought you prided yourself in doing things the right way". Dante Said

"I did do the right thing, they were not ready to face me yet, when they are I'll gladly grant them a real fight until then I don't care about this stupid test" Mystos replied

"So you are ignoring the Queen's orders" General Kyle said

Mystos shrugged

"Where's Hazel?" He asked changing the topic

"Interestingly he has not come out yet". General Kyle replied

"How long has he been there with the Kids?" Mystos asked Helen

"Ten minutes". Helen answered making all of the surprised. Only a hand full of people could survive a ten minutes battle with Hazel and none of them were in that room at the moment.

Few minutes Later Hazel came out of the room and all of them could not believe what their eyes were seeing. Hazel had a wound on his arm and a smile on his face. He walked straight to Helen and spoke.

"That girl Thia she's strong, make sure you take good care of her and her friends, and oh they all passed". Hazel said and walked away with a smile on his face.
