Damsel in distress

Evening came and the girls had ordered everything they would need from the kitchen. Jamila was having fun and she wanted to eat dinner with her friends. The girls were currently on a jist and giggling break as each of the was doing their own thing.

Jamila was helping Daisy with her hair while telling her to try out some of her clothes. Daisy didn't protest and would try them out. Her appearance always made Jamila giggle with joy as she knew Daisy would be a man slayer once she grew up. He beautiful light skin coupled with her long brown hair made her beauty exactly like the things only read in fantasy stories.

"You're a real Princess" Jamila said.

"She really looks like a princess" Gina added. She was ready on of Jamila's love novels and Aziza was reading another.

I"'ll be applying make up on you now" Jamila said as she looked at Daisy who was wearing one of her short gowns. It was the one she had worn to Kin's birthday party few months ago.

As Jamila was about to apply the make up, she looked around and noticed Rafa was not back.

"I thought she said she wanted to go to the bathroom, did she get lost going just across the hall?" Jamila wondered

"Oh, Jamila, Aziza giggled, she not that dumb, she'll be back".

"Ashin," Jamila called

"Yes lady Jamila Kin replied as he entered from his guard post. Please check on Rafa, she said she wanted to use the bathroom she should be back by now."

"Alright, my Lady, I'll check on her."

Rafa who had left for the bathroom a while ago was seen moving across the street with the Mansion behind her. She used the excuse of going to the bathroom to sneak out. Her lessons from the spy class in happyLand made things easy and her appearance as a child made her free from suspicions.

After moving for a while she stopped at a nearby house. She looked around and when she was no one was looking, she placed a piece of paper under the door and knocked. After which she returned to the Mansion. A man with a scar across his face opened the door. He looked down and saw the piece of paper and opened it, after reading the contents he folded it and placed it in his mouth before swallowing it.

Kin got to the bathroom room and he knocked calling on Rafa. After calling for like the fifth time, he decided to open but he saw Rafa coming from another direction holding a plate.

"Lady Rafa, where did you go? Lady Jamila was asking of you."

"I'm sorry, I went into the kitchen to get some snacks, I'm a bit hungry, interested?" Rafa asked as she opened the plate revealing some chips".

"Thank you my Lady, but we should return to Lady Jamila's quarters".

"Alright, Let's go Rafa said".

"It seems the golden boy is Jamila's guard, he might be a problem but things will still go as planned". She said.

"When the time is right send the signal and let them begin the Operation." She said to Rebecca. Yes Lady Melisse

Few hours later, the girls were asleep after they spent most of the night telling different stories, they had fallen asleep before they even knew it. Kin was watching over them and after they had slept he left the room also and retired for the night.

Kin laid on his bed and tried to sleep but after some minutes he found out he wasn't really tired.

"I wonder if Rashid has marked the routes like Fati had suggested, I'll like to see if there's something I can use against Rashid so he will agree to help me."

"I can always kidnap his daughter if everything fails" he thought.

"That's a bad idea" Ashell replied

"Yeah, I know. But, that will be if I don't get what I need on time".

"What exactly do you need." Ashell asked

"Leverage, I need something that will make him very willing to work with me" Kin replied.

"Good luck getting that", Ashell said

As Kin was contemplating, he noticed a small light flickering outside and went towards his window to check it out. He noticed a small light flickering in the distance but it was dark and the distance was quite large. He was only able to see it because the light stood out in the dark, but was still small.

"What is that?" he wondered

"I can help you see it clearly" Ashell said.

"What? How?" He asked.

"Let my flames flow into your eyes, it will allow you to see as if it was day". Ashell said.

"What, were was this all this while?"

"Are you going to do it or complain?" Ashell asked.

"Fine," Kin said he focused on her domain and just like he would summon his sword he summoned Ashell's flames making it flow into his eyes.

"He did it again Ashell thought, he's able to use my abilities correctly with just little to no explanation. It's like he's had it all his life" Ashell thought

Kin opened his eyes and he could see a man holding a small light, he would cover it with his hand and remove them a some pattern. Kin stared of a while and he knew he was using it for a purpose, or a signal. Kin suddenly opened his eyes in realization and started running towards Jamila's room.

What is the matter Ashell asked.

"Only I and Jamila have a room in this side of the mansion, if that's really a signal, then it has to be sent to someone who can see it..."

"Someone from Jamila's room" Ashell completed.

Kin got to the door and knocked loudly calling on Jamila. After getting no response he summoned Ken, in just one slice he cut the door down.

Immediately he entered the room, he was greeted by a large pool of blood coming from two corpses, his fears kicked in but he checked the corpses and saw that it belonged to Aziza and Gina.

"Dammit, those two girls are not here, that means either they are the culprits or they are with the culprit".

As Kin's brain was contemplating he heard a sound,

"Assassin, Assassins, Assassins have attacked the mansion", not long after the sound of fighting was heard around the mansion.

"Tsk, it seems they've planned everything well" Kin thought.

"I'm going after Jamila".

"Are you sure that's a good Idea?" Ashell asked.

"No, but I can't just stay here either, I'll go after them and if I can't rescue her, I'll just run away, Rashid would kill me anyways". Kin ran out the widow and climbed to the highest point of the mansion.

Given its location, it was easier it view a major part of Bintan from there.

He activate Ashell new abilities, night gaze and started looking around for where they might have passed, they couldn't have gone far.

His search lead him to the location of a man carrying a moving sack followed by two girls.

"There they are" Kin thought and proceeded to the location with great speed.
