CHAPTER 11 CURSED 2

"Help! No... Help!" Thia was woken up at the sound of a girl screaming for help. She open her eyes and saw two guards dragging Vicky towards a man, covered in some red substance kneeling own and praying. At first she wondered what was going on, but when she tried to stand up she saw that her hands and legs had been chained, she also felt weaker….

How did I get here...?

"Oh they must have drugged our last meal she replied to her question" before focusing on what was going on in front of her. Vicky was chained to an altar like stone that seems to have been carved to the roof of the room they were. She was chained to face the floor and throughout her ordeal she didn't stop screaming. Then the man who was covered in the red substance stood up and approached the chained Vicky. Once he stood below the screaming child, he spoke.

"O mighty demons your servants are here with hearts of gratitude and servitude, we come with good tidings and gifts, your servant Ajor Meri and my flocks sacrifice the twelfth sacrifice in front of you , oh great demons" as he finished speaking he moved towards Vicky with a knife and slit her throat. The child didn't stop screaming until she couldn't no more.

The man placed his face over the dripping blood as if washing is face in a fountain. Then he spoke again "Honor us with your presence o demons"

His flock spoke his lines with him

"Honor us o great demons"

After this he knelt down again and his guard swung into action and went for another child.

Thia who had just witnessed the greatest horror in her short life just kept on staring at the life less Vicky being brought down from the altar and thrown on a pile of dead bodies. She couldn't believe her eyes as she just watched it unfold again with another child screaming for help. Amy, she thought of her friend...

"Where is she"? She said as she looked around in her eyes were not functioning well due to what she had just witnessed.

She couldn't believe it when she saw it again, and again and again until the last child beside her was taken.

When the child came forward she wasn't screaming like the others in fact she stood up and allowed he guards to take her to the front. When she got to the altar and was about to get chained she looked at Thia with watery eyes and whispered "I don't want to die".

This word began to ring in Thai's ears

Do I want to die?

Is this it?

Will I die here in the midst of this crazy psychos?

Will my life be nothing....?

As she was asking this questions, she felt something roll down her cheeks.

"Tears?" she said

"ohhh I didn't cry"

"When mother died I didn't…"

"When Zinesh died I didn't…"

"When I was left alone in the forest I didn't"

"Why now?"

"Ohhh" she said again in realization.

Seems nothing is sadder than knowing I'm just going to die like this.....

"I don't want to die"

"I don't want to die"

"I don't want to die"!!!!!! Thia screaming on top of her lungs as both men grabbed her for sacrifice.

Immediately Thia reached into the domain of Plutonia and forcefully summoned her curse...

She kept on crying not even realizing what she had summoned to the world....

A sinister presence was cutting down all her captors starting with the two guards that tried to grab her. The creature holding a scythe sliced both men clean in half. Leaving its master covered in blood before exposing everyone else present to the same fate.

But as all this transpired Thai sat down crying until she ran out of strength and passed out in a room full of corpse and blood.
