51 Retaliation

If one looked closely at Asher's eyes, they would see slivers of Miasmas flowing within his eye from time to time. 

The thin veins in his eye seemed to throb from item to time, making one feel uncomfortable. And if one looked at the eyes too long, they wound find a piercing gaze looking back at them.

It was as if a Venomous Viper was glaring at them, paralyzing them from sheer terror!

Asher flicked his right claw, splashing the blood away from it as he stood up.

"H-how… How dare you kill these knights!?" Mage Clor shouted, feeling humiliate that he had actually felt fear for a moment. 'This is just a boy, not even eighteen years old. Even if he's awakened his Heretical powers, he is still too inexperienced,' The mage said to himself.

He tried to make himself believe that things were still as they were, and that his standing as a Mage was enough to suppress others by merely speaking.
